Emily and Taylor are really nice and address your concerns! They are friendly.And Deron is amazing! He is the most jolly and hardworking person I have seen. Its his initiatives which keeps our pools clean and our community in shape. Thank youThere are just a couple caveats for this community in which there is no gate causing security issues for some cars because of geographical reasons and its right next to stores. Also not much for kids to do.Apart from that the building is posh and upscale.Its been 5 months here and I would say its a nice community to live in.

After looking for about 2 weeks straight for a new apartment for my sister and I, I found the International at Valley Ranch and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff was and the atmosphere at this complex.This was the fourth apartment that I had visited that day so finally being able to find a “home” was a relief to say the least. Ashley, my guide for the tour, was phenomenal. She was kind and very honest with me, and gave me all the information I need. My sister and I are super satisfied with our new apartment.My only complaint would be the size, I wish they had some of the larger units available because my sister and I have a lot of stuff. Other than this, great great choice! 😊

We recently came to know about the Valley Ranch area and started exploring the beautiful and peaceful neighborhoods. Having seen many apartments and homes in the area, we were happy with our visits but were slightly skeptical about the age and condition of the interiors and appliances. But our search fruitfully ended with The International. Its very well located, has brand new amenities and interior work, beautiful pool and sky lounge, and the apartment itself was our favorite when we saw it. The leasing team explained everything well and move-in was totally hassle free. We are loving it here.

My girlfriend just moved here and I was astonished at how wonderfully easy the process was for her. I avoided going here because I assumed the prices would be exorbitant. Previously I helped her shop around for other lease options in the area and the prices were similar to the International, except the properties were 20+ years old. She got a great deal on a beautiful 1 bedroom and the apartment has incredible amenities. After seeing her experience at the Interntional, it is completely a no brainer for anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I moved in here December 2023. Emily was super helpful early on in answering all my questions. Deron who takes care of the property is beyond awesome. The property is quiet, and in a great location. The amenities are great for people of all ages.

I recently leased an apartment at the international. The process was smooth and easy. Emily (manager) was great to work with and she was super patient with me coming bunch of times to take a look and measure the space. The management seems friendly and most importantly are focussed on taking care of the customer.
