Just moved in few days ago, love my 2 bedroom layout, spacious. Office staff are friendly & understanding , professional. Maintenance crew on point & professional . Neighbors are OK just depending on what building you at. Convenient location. Update/ management is great. No problems since I’ve moved in.

I’ve been a resident of The Henry since April of this year and have yet to come across any issues. The staff and maintenance team is always quick and responsive. Evelyn and Ms.Kim make it a very enjoyable environment with their friendly attitudes and awesome community events 🙌🏽

Resident of 5 years - love the long lasting management , and the property is in perfect location - 15 mins away from Downtown. Several highways with easy access and last but not least a office staff that will literally become your family away from home. Ive lived in these apartments for 3 years and was a first time renter. I would like to say that area is a nice place to settle if you are on the Eastside, it is a very convenient spot to be in as you have different accommodations like shopping, restaurants, and plenty of gas stations around (including the one next door to the location). The office staff are helpful if you have any questions or concerns; Maintenance is usually on time when it comes to inputting your work order, and the area is usually quiet. I never had a problem with my neighbors because, for the most part, everybody stays to themselves. The dog parks are decently big and the floors plans are reasonable, depending on what you are looking for. The pools are majority of the time clean and stays packed for the summer! Youll hear music playing loud, but it wasnt a big deal to me. For the course of 3 years, rent has been raised gradually each time we renewed, but wasnt on the high end.I cant attest to what the negative reviews say, but this was all my personal experience. If you ever think of renting here, I would recommend to speak with Ms. Kim because she has helped us with so much and is one of the best leasing consultants to speak with!

I absolutely LOVE my new apartment. Its quiet, big and the amenities are outstanding. The office staff are amazing. Maintenance is prompt and once you call them they fix it IMMEDIATELY. One of the BEST apartment complex you can live on the east side of Houston. I have lived here for 3 years and can say for sure I would recommend people to move here, reasonably and decent sized floorplans depending on what you are looking for. Ms. Kim is arguably one of the BEST leasing consultants to work with in this apartment complex, she is always nice and never had a problem with her. The maintenance people are on POINT when it comes to getting stuffed fixed, as well as contacting you before hand to make sure you are home or not. The pool is decently sized and ALWAYS cleaned when I see it, good sized dog parks to take your pets out, and the gym is good as well for those who like to workout. Never had any issues with neighbors and mostly everyone keeps to themselves, there will be times where the pool WILL be packed and loud music will be playing but I never had an issue with it. Thank you for accepting me as a 1st time apartment renter, I will truly miss these apartments and hope for the best of future residents to give these apartments a chance.Best of luck to the leasing office team and to the current/future residents.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for nearly 4 years and we love it. I especially enjoy the pool and outside community area while he appreciates the balcony space. The staff, especially Kim, are very kind and professional and quick to act on anything we may bring up. As well, it is one of the few apartments in the area to be bird-pet friendly, which was very important to us. Overall, they have us completely secured as tenants until the time comes we can buy a home.

The ladies in the leasing office are very nice & understanding. Ms. Kim always greets everyone with a smile. The maintenance men are nice & work hard. They will not halfway repair anything. I have stayed here for 3+ years with little issues. Depending on the location of your apartment building, parking can be full in certain areas. We can now reserve parking spots! Maintenance is friendly and will solve work orders quickly. We can open the gate from our phones and send temporary access for our guest. Also, they are quick to document and respond to neighbor complaints. Nothing has happened to my car since Ive moved in. Do not park in reserved spots and you will not get towed. Gyms are 24hr which is great because it can get packed once everyone gets off work. Pool area is nice, and the swings are a great addition. Thank you! This is the best and safest apartment I have stayed. No rent increase when I resigned my lease. Thank You the henry staff! Also, I have ZERO issue with this complex. Its pretty quiet at the Henry

I had the chance to visit this complex and I must say that Ms Evelyn was very welcoming and nice the community was well kept I even had a chance to enjoy the food tent outdoors which was very delicious highly recommend this place !!!

I highly recommend The Henry at Liberty Hills. The staff is amazing and friendly. They walked me through the process step by step and answered all questions I had. My unit is really nice. I love the layout and the unique features it has. The amenities are also great. I workout faithfully so I get a lot of use in the gym. If you’re looking for a great place to call home and wonderful people to welcome you in then look no further than The Henry at Liberty Hills

I have lived here since 2019. I’ve lived on the 3rd floor prior to exterior renovations and now the 1 st. My experience has been great since the transition of management 3 years ago. I cannot attest to others negative comments but this has not been my experience. The new interior paint allows for me to manage the cleanliness of my unit because I can wipe the walls without residue being left. I always have parking around my direct building. I have a great rapport with the office staff and Ms. Kim is truly a gem. I very seldomly have issues with noise and have never had a Maintanence issue that could not be resolved quickly. The staff are friendly and consistent. The gates remain operable and I have not experienced any vandalism. I appreciate the strictness in parking and towing of unauthorized vehicles as an effort to minimize crime and ensure residents have adequate parking. I have never experienced an issue with pest. My breezeway is kept clean and the valet trash man is consistent. I have dogs and there are 3 dog parks. They stay stocked with dog waste bags and are kept clean. My rent has raised but fairly within market rates and not significantly higher each year I renew.My only con is the restrooms are a tad outdated . The brown beige tile on the ground and countertops do not go with the newly renovated paint job color scheme. I’d love for the new design of the office to somewhat reflect the actual units design. My concerns are only cosmetic though

If I could Id give this place 100 stars. Lets start off with Ms.Kim this lady is an amazing woman. I have a disabled wife. Kim goes up and beyond. For my wife she makes sure my wife is always ok. If she gets a package. Ms. Kim takes it to her. I feel safe here especially having my wife living here.Ms.Kim will do the impossible to make sure that you feel comfortable. I could write a book on how awesome Ms.Kim is. No matter what you need. She will fix it for you.This place is amazing weve lived here for 3yrs. I highly recommend this place.

I have toured dozens of apartments, I have read review after review and some kind of way I stumbled up on the Henry, I came to this gem without an appointment because there reviews were amazing I asked if I could tour a unit and without hesitation she showed me an apartment, she was so professional, patient, knowledgeable and by the end of the showing I knew I had come to the best place. If you’re looking for a nice place on the East side this is it, I’m looking forward to calling this place home.

If you’re looking for a place. That you could call home. This is your place. We have 3 yrs here. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Kim I tell you this lady goes up and beyond for you guys. I fell safe here. There is no drama. This place is well kept. They are on top of everything. If you have a problem with anything. I promise you won’t go a day. With out them reaching out to you or fixing it.

Angie and Jeanette made the process of moving in easy. They remained in contact with me, ensured the apartment was complete and answered all remaining questions I had. So far, everything has been perfect and quiet.One thing I would suggest is putting up a stop sign when entering the gate because there has been multiple times cars will pass and dont stop to yield to the vehicles which are crossing over.

My husband and I have been residing here for 9 months and experience here has been great. The office manager and her staff has been very attentive. The maintenance team take care of any problems very promptly. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and the shopping areas are near by. I will highly recommend to reside here!

Great place to live if you work in the Houston ship Channel. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment as well as the Ship Channel. Not too far from downtown. Great schools! Parking is okay during the week but on weekends its hard to find parking after 9pm. There is no assigned parking unless you purchase a garage. Management is great and really friendly. This complex offers 1-3 bd options and really is a great value for the price.
