Took a tour of the complex and I must say I was mind blown! Such a beautiful area and everyone I met was beyond nice, Peyton the woman who helped me was very helpful throughout the whole process. Answered every question without hesitation, knew details about every unit and left no stone unturned when it came to showing the complex. Hands down the best tour experience I have ever had. Will definitely recommend Ms.Peyton to more people.

From the first time I set my eyes on this property, I loved it. I have lived here about 8 years, and the feeling hasnt changed. Easy access to almost everywhere. The current management ably led by Blanca is awesome. Overall, I my experience here have been incredible.

I am giving one star because this place is at the bottom of the morals list. Blanca is ok but asset Living is the worst property management. So we were supposed to move into our new downstairs apartment in March, but there was a roach infestation. This left us displaced for TWO months while trying to get rid of them. This was a nightmare to say the least. Since all of our belongings were in there I was not bringing them back to the one bedroom and I refused to stay in there with the roaches. They gave us air mattresses in the one bedroom. The few days turned into two months on the air mattresses. They still charged us for the two bedroom but gave us credits. At the end of the day all the credits did was reduce us down to the full price of the one bedroom and gave us a credit of $20 for not having access to our apartment. So since then they double back and charge us for the electricity being on in the apartment that we did not occupy. After this lease I am out of here.UPDATE: So the management company got a new Regional Director named Nancy! She literally is saving Asset Management. She stepped in and acknowledged the issue and made it right. It’s now feeling homey again. I’m enjoying my two bedrooms. Not to mention NO SIGN IF A SINGLE ROACH. They ended up spraying everyone attached to me and hopefully this was helpful to my neighbors as well. Plus I do like the fact that I’m in the same building as the courtesy officer.

The Henrys are beautiful I love the new renovations! I had a great experience from the moment that I first step foot into the office. Blanca made the transition to my new apartment very smooth. She was very informative, available, polite and resourceful. She was also understanding and compassionate to my last minute decisions on what I wanted and needed. I came in stating that I wanted downstairs apartment and at the last minute decided. I needed an upstairs apartment for personal reasons. With my last minute request she made it happen in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to move in before the deadline of my move out date. The Henrys are a great place to be if you are looking for a nice place and a smooth transition.

I love my home love everything about the apartment quiet nice environment. Keep safe me and my son love it and if I need anything she’s there or you have to do is go to the office and they gonna do what they have to do To provide any services we need with your apartment. I love it here, and I love Miss Blanca.

I lived here for a year and was pleased with my experience. Maintenance was on time and the office was very helpful and quick to get back! Blanca took over close to the end of my lease and was very helpful even in the transition of management and she was very fair with handling my move out! Would recommend

Been living here for almost a year now. I have never had to call maintenance for any issue, I have never had an issue with parking with my pass, I have never had an issue with mold, excessive bugs (we live in Texas…be real) or Anything breaking in my apartment so far. The leasing team is amazingly supportive and CeCe is the BEST leasing manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She will be missed dearly. My apartment is beautiful, my neighbors are friendly and respectful. Im very blessed to have been connected with this location when moving from Florida last fall. Best rental experience I have had so far!

My experience with The Reserve at Jones Road started back in October 2019. I had a situation at my old apartments with my old roommate. I asked for some advice and was given amazing recommendation to help my situation. I then came back looking for a Unit since I had a Pleasant experience.The staff are Awesome. They are proactive on reaching out to see if you are still interested. They are very quick to respond to questions via email or phone. (Which is such a fresh of breath of fresh air) They are so sweet and helpful.The units are AMAZING. This is honestly the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in so far. In My LIFE!!!I never usually write reviews, but something needed to be said. These employees here do amazing work. My unit is super clean and feels like a home I can live in for a long time to come!Thank you Blanca and Tiffany! Ill be trying to bring people y’all’s way

This review is based on my overall stay at the Reserve at Jones Road. I am a former resident. I lived here 5 years before purchasing my home. I really missed Rita, Ashley, and Carlos. (Previous Staff) Blanca was sweet as well. My last year of living here, the property declined. It took forever for a maintenance request to be completed , the pool was never clean. Trash everywhere. Weird people moved in. The only thing I will say it was nothing like when I first moved in. However, the area is still nice. Great school district. I received my deposit Back within 45 days as promised.

We moved in after our house flooded because of Harvey and it has been a great place to call home. The apartments are spacious and very nicely designed. Huge master closet! The property is clean and well maintained. It is a small gated community and I have always felt safe here. The management team is great! Theyve always been caring and helpful. Oh and I love the garbage valet! No more schlepping bags to the dumpster. Just leave it outside my door in the evening and it magically disappears! Thank you T.R.A.J.R. for being a great home away from home.

I visited this apartment community today. What a great place! I was cheerfully greeted by the staff as soon as I opened the door. They were very informative and truly cared about my needs. The apartment layout is so nice and spacious! The location is perfect and surrounded by everything that I need. I will definitely be bringing my roommate back to reserve my apartment later today!!I cant wait to move in! I would highly recommend.

Old comments prior to new management:Lack of maintenance took over a month for move in list to be completed.Roach and ant infested, I travel extensively for work it’s the apartment not me ( generic pest control company only comes once every two weeks).Building dirty needs to be power washedUpdate as of new management 11/2019New management and empowering of long time office personal. 90% issues addressed, and corrected(since new management I personally forgot to address a few, which I’m sure would be corrected) I greatly appreciate.
