    Although the turnover in staff here is high, the new staff that’s here, which includes Karl, are great. They recently held a bingo event last month, which was enjoyable! I enjoy having events at the leasing office, because I love interacting with neighbors and the staff, and meeting new people.I would like to see an upkeep of the exterior grounds, as the last staff did not seem to care. In front of building 3, and maybe around the property, it it’s mostly dirt, no grass or any landscaping. I’d also like to see if the fitness center can get new equipment in the future, like a squat rack.

    I recently toured The Grand on memorial with Marzell, and she was fantastic! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made the tour a great experience.However, I wasn’t as impressed with the overall community. The grounds and amenities didn’t quite meet my expectations, which was a bit disappointing. While the apartment itself had potential, the overall appeal of the property just wasn’t what I was looking for.If you’re considering this community, I’d recommend touring with Marzel—she’s great! But I’d also suggest taking a close look at the amenities to see if they fit your needs.

    The apartments were very nice, and I had a great experience during my visit. Mazell provided an excellent tour, showcasing the property and all its features. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. Her professionalism and knowledge made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

    Took a tour and met with Mazell. She was very knowledgeable of the community and showed me a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. This community is very peaceful and the pricing was actually affordable. Thank you Mazell for a wonderful tour and The Grand is my wifes and I number 1 choice right now to apply to and call our home.

    Hello, I share this opinion with you... When I requested maintenance, minutes later, I was contacted by Mr. José, who very kindly told me that he would arrive shortly. Once in my apartment, he arrived and examined the equipment on the outside, and immediately decided to check the internal equipment, cleaned the air conditioning drain and immediately it began to cool. I am very grateful for the efficient and immediate service from the Grand Memorial and Maintenance group.

    I really like my apartment here. Agree with others on wishing they’d clean the halls/stairs- outside my apartment was stained when I moved in and wish they’d power wash stuff. Maintenance is amazing and always on top of any issues, had no problems getting answers or help from leasing staff. My biggest complaint is how thin the walls are. I can hear everything my neighbor is doing in their bedroom walking around, opening doors and drawers. I know some noise is part of living in an apartment but I shouldn’t be able to hear every time a drawer is opened or have the walls shake when doors are opened and closed.

    Ive been living at the Grand on Memorial for almost 2 years. Its the perfect location for Terry Hershey Park which makes my daily jog/walk convenient. Plus Im about a mile to work.Maintenance request has always been great, even for the little things.Management has always been helpful and friendly when I bother them with silly issues.The only challenging thing about the Grand would be taking a left turn when leaving the complex during rush hour.Overall, its been a positive experience living at the Grand on Memorial.

    Assistant manager Andrew was amazing with the move in process and was very helpful through it all. We appreciate you Andrew and your staff! We got prompt service as well when it came to putting in a ticket with maintenance! It got taken care of the same day and he was very nice and quick about it all!     I have lived here for a year now and my husband and I really love our home. I appreciate that management listens when we have concerns. The maintenance team is wonderful and they are so quick. My husband goes for a walk in the park every day so it’s nice that the property connects to Terry Hershey park. Overall I highly recommend the Grand on Memorial.

    I moved into these apartments a few weeks ago - first, Olga and Cielo were amazing with the move in process. They are very efficient and respond to questions promptly. The apartment itself is gorgeous and relatively quiet. Its also connected to Terry Hershey park and is great for biking and running.

    I was having some bad experiences here from October to January with the electric and leaking in the bathroom, but Thank God, things are so much better now. The leak in the bathroom was repaired excellent, and I love it. Thanks a lots for everything. Have A Great Day!

    The Grand on Memorial has exceeded all of my expectations! I toured many communities before deciding to move and this was by far my top choice of both apartment and staff! I was so pleased by how polite and welcoming the leasing agent, Ingrid, has been through my whole moving process. She is positive and patient every time I see her, not just when on tour! Also, the location is great! It is so easy to access everything I need and want including restaurants, grocery stores, and the huge park right next to the property! Plus, the apartments are spacious, gorgeous, and affordable. What more could you ask for? Beautiful apartments, exceptional staff, and quick maintenance make it easy to feel right at home! I could not be any happier with my decision to call The Grand on Memorial my home. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an unbeatable value in their next home!

    An extremely safe community! Beautifully maintained common areas. The management staff is always on point and willing to get you desired results. The maintenance crew is fast and gets the job done the first time. Only downside is the parking. But the living experience makes up for it.Updated 2024: when it comes to the management staff I have no complaints, especially now. Mia’Liza is literally holding it down during the aftermath of a hurricane ALONE! Parking has gotten better. Maintenance crew is still good. Our neighbors above us were really loud during the wee hours of the night. Mia’Liza was very understanding and helpful. After a good conversation that situation was resolved. Growing up my mom didn’t play with us walking hard in the apartment, we learned to be considerate of the ones living downstairs from us. Asking neighbors who also live on the first floor we all agree that we can hear walking above us. Quiet hours start at 10pm.If it gets too bad we have a courtesy officer that lives on the property. Still 5 stars from me.

    Lived here for one year and thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Grand. It was well kept, clean, and both companies that ran the community while I was there did a good job to take of its occupants. The community was always friendly and I never had an issue with too much noise pollution. There is plenty of parking though the spaces are a little tight in certain spots. The only real complaint I have is the cell phone service is VERY spotty in parts of the complex. When I did move out, the front office team were accommodating and did a great job at being completely transparent about my move out costs as I did have to partially live under a mont- to-month lease. I would recommend The Grand to anyone looking to live in the Energy Corridor.

    I’ve been living here for a while and the property is nice, is very close to the park and shopping area. The manager Latasha is a very nice person, she is always there to try to help, as well as Heather and Cielo. We had parking issues and Latasha implemented new rules that has helped a lot. The the maintenance guys are so nice too, they usually come quick for a services request. My only concern is the new company ( American Communities) should improve or upgrade the seconds and thirds floors with new appliances and look inside the appts. Overall, good 😊 property.

    I will say that i love these apartments. Wish i didnt have to move due to rent increase not being worth the price considering the parking situation is horrible. Paying 1500+ Renewed price and not being able to park on the complex is not worth it. However i will say that the parking situation has gotten to this worsened point over the last year of 2021-2022. Had no issues in the first year 2020. Quiet community. Besides two mishaps of a guy shooting in the air and a domestic situation. Would have loved to stay honestly.maintenance was always quick.

    To those looking for a good community to call home. I have been here for a year now and I can say the team at this property is superb. Latasha, Cielo, Heather, and Jose give the best of their abilities keep our community beautiful and our homes running smoothly. The property is quiet, dog friendly, and parking is actually good. We often have community events and food trucks once a month that gives our community a chance to get to know new residents and the team. To top it off Terry Hershey is right next door too. All in all Im glad to call The Grand home.

    I just moved from one apartment to another, I’ve lived here almost 5 years. Management struggled through some changes but we now have an amazing manager, assistant manager, and a leasing agent.     I relocated from Ohio to Houston a year ago and just renewed my lease here. I love the complex, it’s conveniently located near an array of restaurants and things to do , most importantly work. The apartment manager LaTasha is very nice and always ready to answer any questions you may have. She coordinates events for the complex so we get to know each other as neighbors and I like that.

    This was by far the best apartment / apartment complex Ive ever lived in. In specific, I was in a 3rd floor unit with a loft that overlooked the pool. Absolutely beautiful apartment. Deby and the front office team were always so responsive and polite. The complex is quiet, gated and safe. Being right next to the Terry Hershey Trail was nothing short of amazing -- I got so many great runs in there. The complex is a nice halfway point from where I worked in Katy, while also not being too far from downtown life in Houston. I just cant say enough good things about my time here. If I hadnt received a job offer in Colorado, Id plan to stay here for many more years while saving up for a house. Thank you for everything guys! I will miss you!

    Good first Houston apartment experience. Cielo was an amazing staff to work with. The water shutoffs were a bit annoying and the summer time pests can be a bit much. Luckily, The management and pest control respond very fast to requests. For the most part its very quiet, clean and calm.

    Been living here for about a month now. Have had maintenance come out on 2 occasions within 2 days of requesting a work order. The staff responds to emails promptly and the property is well kept even though there are renovations throughout. Also love that there are often two security guards monitoring the gates and property as well. Great place to live and highly recommended!

    I have lived here for almost 2 months now and I am LOVING it so far. I needed an immediate move-in and Ingrid made the signing/move-in process seamless!     There isnt much that I dont love about this apartment complex. Ive lived here almost a year and have thoroughly enjoyed everything The Grand has to offer. The interior of my apartment is gorgeous, as are the pool and outdoor spaces. The location is not only incredibly close to my office, but also to a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, local services, and outdoor parks. Every interaction Ive had with the management and maintenance staff has been friendly and prompt, whether Im just picking up my mail or my washing machine needs repairing. The noise I can hear from the outside AC units and the upstairs neighbors took some getting used to, but is nothing compared to what I had to deal with in my college apartment. I plan on living here as long as I can!

    I came in and toured with Mazell today and she really does get exceptional service. She showed me around their beautiful property and after seeing that and those amazing rates I think I’m definitely gonna apply! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
