I’ve lived here for almost a month, from the first minute I walked into the office me and my husband felt more than welcomed. Diana was one of the best leasing agents ive ever experienced a tour with. I’ve never had any issues with the office once, I didn’t have a washer when I moved in due to my quick move but diana had no problem providing that for me!! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office and gym facilities. I wanna give a huge thanks to DIANA and thank you for assisting me during my quick move😊😊

The rental process was very easy. The rental staff was very friendly, I was assisted by Taylor who had no problem answering every question I had. She was very polite on the tour and clearly explained everything I needed to know about the property. I have visited several apartments complexes and they were either rude or couldn’t answer most of my questions. So the service that I got at The Grand Hampton made me comfortable enough to seek an apartment there. Floor plans were super dope, from the stainless steel appliances, to its very own unique design! Highly highly recommend this complex! Also, Taylor is the best! The outside of the apartments is great theres gates around the apartment. The inside is beautiful as well. But theres a few problems, When my famiily first moved here there was alot of cabinet doors missing.Then there was more than one light switch for that light. We also had a couple of mold problems to where they would just put paint on it and it was just come right back. Also the hot water would keep on turning off and on with no reminder from the staff. The power has when out to and when it did it caused are cable to bust. But the good news is the all the staff members are all nice and welcoming. The maintenance are very kind to. And to recover all the damage and problems they gave us a 100$ gift card. And when you tell them about a problem they come within mintues. I highly recommend this place!

I would like to give a special shout out to the Manager Edward Laurel & office staff Brenda as today due to a lawn-mowing companys mishap, my balcony glass door shattered and in a short time span of 4-1/2 hours, they cleaned up the mess and replaced the door. Despite the fact that it is the weekend, they still managed to address the issue. This shows how responsible and dedicated our management is in taking care of their tenants.

I’ve lived in or around the clear lake area for most of my life so when we needed to move i wanted to check this place out. I knew they had renovated the entire property recently. I was greeted by Cedric and he showed us around the property and a couple units we were interested in. I was aware that in the past these apartments weren’t the best but all of that has completely changed. The pool area now has two brand new gas grills and a bar with tall chairs surrounding it so that the cook can socialize. The grill and bar area is covered by a beautiful pergola and all the patio furniture is new. We decided on a townhome unit that includes a 2 car garage FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST!!! I know for a fact that there is nowhere else in this area where you get this much square footage, all brand new appliances, flooring, paint, fixtures, private patio, and a 2 car garage for this price. Plus the office staff has been wonderful, especially Cedric. He has made us feel so welcome and answered all of our questions. We are beyond excited to move in.

My grandson Im raising and myself have been very pleased with Grand Hampton apts. I try to refer anytime I hear people looking for a new apt. The new mgmt is doing a great job of implementing more benefits to tenants and revitalizing the property. This is our 2nd year. We feel very safe & it is peaceful n quiet despite the large size of complex n variety of tenants.Andrea Ponce, asst mgr n Ed Laurel, mgr, are exceptional representatives of the complex n mgmt. They take time to listen, no matter what the issue is and have been very helpful in unique ways! Andrea always has a smile, a kind word and makes us feel like family, not just a reason she gets paid. Her bright disposition makes it a pleasure to talk with her. My grandson is autistic and doesnt take to people very well but every day, he wants togo see Ms. Andrea n Mr. Ed...to at least say hi.Having employees like these 2 representing the complex and CAF Mgmt is a huge part of why were so happy here.Thank you!Wendy Christoph n Dean
