The stars are all for Lyndon, I loved my tour. He was very knowledgeable, amazing when it came down to understanding what I was looking for. He showed me everything but knew what I would and wouldn’t like. I did end up requesting my deposit back and not moving forward due to lack of communication with upper management. I didn’t like that everyone played the blame game when it came down to what was happening with my move date.

The overall experience of The element has been amazing ! From the rooms to the amenities. Also our residential managers are amazing especially Lyndon who is always helpful with anything I need. Always professional and resourceful. The vibe in these apartments are second to none.

I toured with Lyndon at the Merc, Element, and Wilson. I’m actually super interested in the locations, the units were great and the Wilson is so cool. However, Lyndon in particular was one of the best apartment staff and tour guides I’ve had in all my searches. He was so knowledgeable, so real, and most importantly, he was so patient and made us feel important. Not only did he NOT rush us or have us feeling like we need to get in and get out, he walked us around to numerous buildings, and just based off my vibes and what i was showing interest in, was curating additional places to check out at the expense of his own time and workday. I came to view one or two units but he was able to accurately sense what else he think i’d like or even prefer more within my price range, and then he’d take us to go look. I cannot recommend him enough. I already know he is an asset to his team and to the tenants.

I would like to say this property for the amenities and service of the staff is a great place to live in downtown Dallas. Clarissa from the management team helped me find a great unit within the budget I was looking for to stay in downtown Dallas. You have modern kitchen appliances, large walk-in closets and great views of downtown Dallas. I recommend this place if you’re looking to live in downtown Dallas
