    Living at The District Apartments has been a wonderful experience! The accommodations are top-notch, and the location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to everything I need. The amenities here are fantastic, from the fitness center to the beautifully maintained common areas. I especially enjoy spending time in the hush pods, which provide a peaceful, quiet space to grab a coffee and focus on studying or working.The staff at The District is exceptional. Theyre not only professional but warm and approachable. Norma, in particular, stands out—her patience and attentiveness to the communitys needs make her truly amazing. Heidi provides great oversight, always making sure the culture and lifestyle of the community reflect a sense of care and inclusion.One of the things that make The District so unique is the creative community gatherings. These events allow tenants to connect and get to know each other, fostering a small-town feel within the larger city. It’s rare to find a place that combines modern living with such a strong sense of community, but The District does it perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both luxury and a sense of belonging!

    Living here has been fantastic! The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. Management is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the amenities, especially the gym and pool, are top-notch. The location is perfect for my commute and offers easy access to everything I need.     I can’t recommend The District in Little Elm highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful grounds and modern lobby. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, making me feel at home right away.The amenities are outstanding—theres a fantastic fitness center and a stunning pool that’s perfect for relaxing. My one-bedroom apartment is spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light, featuring high-quality finishes.The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, living here has been a wonderful experience, and I’m thrilled to call The District my home!

    Leasing here was the best choice! Johanna and Norma made us feel very welcomed. Not only did we lease here for the appearance but also on how lovely the ladies from the office are. When I came in to pick up keys Kim helped me and her personality was amazing as well!

    Came to tour this property and fell in love. It’s near a small beach in N Texas; within walking distance.The office staff was so kind. Jhoanna was very knowledgeable about the community and the one bedroom apartment. She showed me the community amenities. My favorite was the future Lonestar Market area and the dog wash station.

    Im very pleased with the new management team for our building. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any issues. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring everything is well-maintained.Their professionalism and dedication to excellent service have made a noticeable difference. Highly recommend!

    I moved in to the District exactly one month ago. This is a huge transition as I am downsizing from a house to a 1 bedroom. Overall the experience has been good. Veronica was my leasing agent and she was great! The apartments are very nice, I have not had any issues or complaints. I love the area and its especially nice being so close to my job.

    These apartments are absolutely gorgeous! Brand new, with top of the line amenities. I was able to tour with Ginger who was fantastic at explaining all of the details necessary in the leasing process. She went above and beyond and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. This community is so beautiful and in a really gorgeous location. Highly recommend.

    We moved in in Sept 2023 and for the most part we have really enjoyed it. Great apartments, nice amenities and the staff is friendly and really tries to accommodate you. Repairs take a little longer than I would like but I know they are very busy. Can’t wait to enjoy the fabulous pool!!

    So far I have loved my time here at The District! Shyli gave me my initial tour a few months back when I was desperate to move in somewhere quick and got me all set up with deals that would help take down some move-in costs. She was very kind and has continued to be super helpful in all her emails! All the ladies who work there are very kind, as well as my experience with the maintenance team. Lovely amenities too. Only current downside is the noise from construction but that is a given since it is a new building.

    I hated to have to move from this Absolutely Beautiful Complex. Due to my business it was a necessary move. I lived there for one year, had a fabulous one bedroom apt over looking Lake Lewisville. I highly recommend this complex. Sooo much to do and close to the beach! The staff is very friendly and maintenance is on top of work orders. You wont be disappointed. The tenants are super friendly as well.

    Veronica my leasing specialist was fantastic she helped me through the process and made it easy. Love the building and all its amenities. Charging station is great and can’t wait for the other 2 stations to open up as well. All the tech behind the complex is fantastic.

    No issues with my stay so far rough lease signing process really enjoy being here only issue I have is the elementary school doesn’t send a school bus which we did not know about moving in my son is 9 and now I have to pay before and after care to prevent my son from riding a bike 1.3 miles to school which is a major expense which means I’ll have to leave when my lease is up wish this was a reason to cancel the lease but it’s not so good luck

    We love! The apartments are beautiful, modern and brand new, the complexs facilities have everything we need, its super clean and the best attention from Ginger Goodman in the leasing office has been the best experience so far, while we explained what we were looking for and during the application process he was super attentive if we had any questions or problems to help us.
