Damona in the leasing office is so kind, knowledgeable, and knows this property!! She is just simply the best! She greeted my family and I with such generosity and made sure to show us anything we might need in thorough detail during our tour. The property is very clean, quiet & safe. The EV chargers, pool, & 2 gyms are such a plus!! 🙌🏽 I am excited to have moved here & I’m now close by to Mona who is always of great help, & on top of things at this central location!!!

The Delegate at City Point is such a great community with friendly welcoming office staff. Damona, one of the leasing agents, does not disappoint! She is knowledgeable and always caters to each residents needs individually. You can tell she really knows her stuff! It feels nice encountering people who you can tell enjoy doing what they do and look forward to making a long lasting impression. If you are looking for a new place to call home please stop by, you wont regret it!

I went tour The Delegate at City point In North Richland Hills , It was amazing. The building was brand new , very bright and clean , and the area was very peaceful. Beautiful pool and the gym has a lot of equipments. I highly recommend Debby Smith , she really helped me tour, was very patient with me and was ready to help. She follows up to see if you have any more questions which is important. She needs her credit because she was really nice and very professional. Thank you again for your time.

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, modern, private and upscale place to call home. Any issues I have had, Isaiah has always taken care of it and gets results. Very friendly office staff.Ive had a consistently positive experience with the maintenance team at The Delegate. From the initial request to the completed repair, theyve been incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient.Specifically, Id like to commend Ernesto on positive quality, e.g., promptness, thoroughness, friendly demeanor, problem-solving skills. For example, when I had any issues he was here within 24 hours or the same day and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. Ernesto went above and beyond, cleaned up the area afterward, offered helpful advice on preventing future issues, followed up to ensure everything was working correctly.Beyond individual repairs, the overall upkeep of the property is excellent. The grounds are well-maintained, and I appreciate their attention to detail in keeping everything in good working order.Overall, the maintenance staff at The Delegate is top-notch. A very valuable asset to the community, and their hard work makes living here a more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them!

Ive been living here for about three weeks now, and I must say that the pros significantly outweigh the cons which wanted me to share an in-depth review of the complex. I also want to give a special shoutout to Gabby and Isaiah for being absolute superstars during my move-in process, making everything as smooth as possible.Pros:Responsive Leasing Office: The leasing office is extremely receptive. If you have any issues or questions, they are quick to resolve them in a very timely manner, which is a huge plus.Well-Maintained Building: The building I live in (Building 1) is always impeccably clean and has a pleasant fragrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time you walk in.Amenities: The amenities are solid, including a small but functional apartment gym and a clubhouse. What makes it even better is that there’s no amenities fee, which already beats out the majority of apartments in the DFW area.Beautiful Pool Area: The pool area is stunning, complete with outdoor games, a grill, and weatherproof seating. It’s a great space for relaxation and socializing.Modern Appliances: The apartments come equipped with the latest GE appliances (although the dishwasher feels like the lowest-tier option among them).Safe Environment: The area feels relatively safe, considering how it is right next to city hall and in a higher-priced area compared to the surrounding neighborhoods.Quiet Neighborhood: The area is generally quiet (granted, you might occasionally hear cars racing or revving on 820/183, but thats to be expected).Convenient Location: The location is quite convenient, with a Kroger just 2-3 minutes away from here. While bigger stores such as Sams Club is less than 10 minutes away as well as downtown FW less than 20.Cons:Construction Noise: Since this area is still developing, there is a significant amount of construction noise (particularly from the commercial lot being built directly in front of Building 1). It can be quite disruptive at times.Elevator Issues: Since each building only has one elevator, if it ever breaks down, you’ll be forced to use the stairs. This happened during my first week here but has since been resolved.Mandatory Valet Trash: Valet trash service is mandatory (from what I can tell), costing $30 a month with no option to opt out. The guidelines are quite strict, with rules about not including cardboard or only allowing two pieces if they are broken down and folded.Outdated Thermostat: The thermostat in my apartment is an older digital model (can’t speak for other apartments), which is disappointing for a brand-new building. I was expecting something more modern, like an EcoBee or Nest, especially since the complex markets itself as offering luxury living.Small Clubhouse: While not exactly a con, I was a bit let down by the size of the clubhouse. For a complex built in 2024, it’s roughly the size of a studio apartment with limited amenities—a TV, a hot/cold drink maker, a sofa, and a shuffleboard (hopefully, it could be expanded in the future, if possible).Overall: This apartment complex is a great option when you consider the price, location, amenities, and the general atmosphere. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself and seeing if it meets your needs.Update 1: Construction noise as subsided to other buildings now so they are no longer constructing the frame in front of building 1 now.

The Delegate is a great place to live, building is always clean, and they take great care of the amenities. Have not had any issues with my apartment and the few work orders Ive had were done the same day. Leasing office is really sweet and have been great too. The only downside is that there is construction that starts every morning at 7am so if you want quiet mornings, Id like to suggest getting an interior facing apartment. Love the location and the finishes inside are really great.

This place is perfect for families and feels more like a luxury hotel than apartment. It is always super clean and a very friendly inviting environment!
