So happy to be at home at The Courts of Bent Tree, excellent office staff and mgt company (Willow Bridge) they really take care of the tenants and the community is clean, safe/gated and well maintained. Security onsite as well as great lighting so to feel safe at night and neighbors are great and very friendly. Door to door trash pickup is really nice and the area is just pleasant and inviting! Elizabeth and Chanel in the leasing office are great as are their maintenance team of Cesar and Mani, a class act! -

2025 Updated: We have lived at courts 5 years now and overall our original review stays true, its a great place to live but a couple things we experienced.Because we have been here 5 years, it does feel more and more dated and the water issue sort of proves that. Paint chipping off blinds, floorboards & when asked to paint they are willing to give you paint to do it yourself.HUGE issue with water damage throughout the years:1. When we moved in there was water damage by the fridge and I asked to get it changed but after all that happened below, I didnt press it anymore.2. Our spare room flooded due to an outdoor pipe in the summer and they had to tear out part of the drywall and the guys they outsourced had water streaming in his room trying to fix it. That felt like a circus.2. The air conditioner flooded 3 of our closets not once but 3-4 times. Flooding my husbands entire closet & ruining a lot of his things. The latest time they did not replace all the floorboards so they look bad now.3. Water was dripping in our master closet and they had to cut into that closet ceiling to find out the issue, it was fixed though very quickly.4. Water damage in another spot in spare room dripping form the ceiling in the spare room, that was fixed as well very quickly. If you are on a first floor you will hear everything upstairs. When we first moved in, the upstairs had carpet and we heard noises but overall pretty quiet. Then when they switched the floors upstairs it became more of a nuisance hearing washer/dryer, footsteps, coughing, TV, Music, cabinets closing etc. But the biggest thing is in the spare room where our baby sleeps, there is a LOUD clicking whenever someone upstairs showers or flushes and it wasnt an issue when it was a spare room, my parents mentioned it kept them up once. I do think once our son was born it woke him & scared him if trying to fall asleep. This might not be a deal breaker for most people (it wasnt for us for awhile) but something interesting weve experienced as new parents. We heard thy tried to fix one unit but couldnt find a solve for it & it was too costly to do that.2021 Review: My husband and I moved into a two bedroom about one year ago now. We love living here as the community is really friendly. The office staff is delightful and always available. It’s peaceful living right next to a golf course and sort of off the beaten path. We love walking around the community with our dog, there are doggie bags around the community and a small dog park. We didn’t lose water or electricity during the storm, which we are grateful for. Recently a new management company took over, but when we moved in the previous management were updating the units to be a bit more modern but it seemed like landscape was neglected in certain parts, specifically certain areas that use to have grass are now pretty muddy. Recently I’ve noticed some improvements with the landscaping and hoping that improves under the new management. It also gets a little frustrating with how many people don’t pick up after their dog. We got a puppy and have had to stop the pup from eating dog poop or avoid stepping in dog poop on every corner. I don’t know how they can prevent this from happing. Despite that, you can’t go wrong with the unit, lower level have garage entrance in the kitchen and a really nice size patio. -

I absolutely loved living here! This is a first apartment that I actually called home. The office staff is super friendly the maintenance is wonderful. They allow you to decorate and hang plants and do as you please in a tasteful manner. The pool is beautiful and well kept, it is a little shallow. -

I’ve lived here for a year and I’m renewing my lease for another because this place is amazing. After breaking a lease to leave an apartment where there were car break ins, loud neighbors, and overall unrest I was so excited to discover the gem that is The Courts of Bent Tree. I’ll admit I held off on leaving a review for a while because I wanted to make sure this place was truly what it seemed, plus I kinda wanted to keep this hidden gem a bit more hidden (selfishly so). The staff here are wonderful, and Claudia in the leasing office is an angel. It’s peaceful, quiet and the only reason I’ll be leaving in a year is to move on to purchasing property. Otherwise, I would absolutely continue living in this space beyond the next year. The apartments are older, so don’t expect super fancy furnishings and amenities. However, if you’re looking for a space that feels like home, you’ll find it here. Grateful for this little community and the peace it’s brought me over the last year. Thank you!! -

Ok I’ve been here for 2+ years now and here’s my two cents: The buildings are older but they do a good job of keeping them nice and remodeled. The amenities aren’t amazing but they are sufficient. Pool is a little small. I don’t interact with the office too much but whenever I do, they are always responsive and helpful. The best part about this place is the quiet. It is the quietest complex I’ve ever lived at. Never people outside shouting or playing loud music or anything. The place feels very safe. -

I love this place so much, it truly is a hidden gem. I’ve been dissatisfied with about every apartment I have lived in until moving here. This places feels like a home- tons of natural light/windows, very spacious floor plans, fireplace, vaulted ceilings (if you live on the second floor), spacious balconies that you can actually put furniture on, a garage comes with every unit. Maintenance is wonderful, friendly, and responsive. The front office staff including Claudia and Jennifer are SO helpful and sweet.Don’t get me wrong, there are *quirks* that you have to deal with typical of living in an apartment complex. The complex as a whole is old (30years) but they have been doing everything possible to keep the units looking updated and modern. The foundation isn’t leveled which causes some sloping in the floor (not enough to bother me). Windows are old which kinda sucks with the electricity bill in the summer. Gym is tiny. It’s pretty expensive considering you don’t get “luxury” amenities associated with paying for luxury prices. However, in spite of all of the “negatives”, I am still going to try to stay here as long as I can afford it. I love this place and wish I would have found it when I first moved to Dallas. -

Great apartments, great location. Although, I do not believe charging both residents applying to live in the apartment a fee to apply is fair, $550 just to put an application in. The staff is very helpful. -
