    Great Living Experience with Excellent Support from ManagementI lived at here for 2 years , and overall, my experience was very positive. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-maintained, conveniently located, and the community had a great atmosphere.A special shoutout to T’Yanna and Victoria from the leasing office, who made my move-out process incredibly smooth.

    This is a nice apartment with a decent price and size. The apartments come with a balcony and storage, which is very important. Some apartments have book shelves in the living room or a fireplace, but you cant have both. Additionally, not all but some apartments come with a large dining area wall mirror, which is cool. It makes the place very beautiful. The reason I gave 4 stars is that the community pool is always dirty even in the summer when it is open for use, I dont understand why? The other issue is that there is always a water shut down for hrs maybe 3 times a week. They sent an email to let us know that water will be shut down in some areas every day for repair. I dont understand? Ive never seen anything like this before. It may happen once or twice in a year, not every week. Other than that, the place is mostly quite which I really liked about it. One last thing, if you decided to live here, youve to choose an apartment very wisely, because even though the place is very big there are very few staircases and elevators, which makes it difficult to carry stuff to your place if you are far from the elevator or stairs. On the other hand, the very nice thing about this place is it has an underground parking garage with your own parking space. Which is very convenient. Overall, I like living here, and I would definitely recommend it.

    The apartment complex itself has it’s own issues that has nothing to do with staff or ownership. (My car was hit while parked in the garage) I did have issues in the apartment such as mold on wall, oven stopped working, and A/C went out. Items were repaired and the maintenance staff was professional (wish I knew the maintenance man name but he was awesome as well).When I called the office Tyanna was amazing. She was able to assist me by putting in work orders and assisted me when I was ready to move out by providing me with accurate information of what I needed to do for a smooth transition.

    I had a 13 month lease here and honestly nothing bad to say about management or the community. The lockers in the mail room is nice for your packages and work orders get worked on fast. The washer/dryer was outdated and made too much noise and they had to come spray roaches in my apartment a couple times, they did let me know before I moved in that my unit had a previous pest problem but they were able to take care of it so that was nice since some places will just lie.The only bad situation here is that the parking garage is not safe, probably due to the area. My bf’s work truck got broken into and they stole a bunch of tools.

    Just want to give a shoutout to the staff and maintenance workers here! I had a 24 month lease with Courts and honestly, one of the best places I’ve rented. Any maintenance service requests were promptly addressed, any security concerns were immediately investigated, and the grounds were more or less maintained well. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but moved due to personal reasons!

    Went for an apartment tour and it checked all the boxes. Naomi was super nice and super knowledgeable about the complex. Prices are incredible and the floor plans are very nice with great appliances, lighting, and color choices. Assigned garage parking space, club house, pool.

    Just had a tour here with TYanna and I must say, she was very well informed and really kind and sweet. I came with my daughter and she gave her snacks and juice which was really kind of her. She is definetly the best at what she does. There wasnt a question that she did not answer well and was always willing to further explain or even show. I cant wait to move in!

    I moved in before a couple of weeks and I am enjoying my experience so far. Tina from the leasing office is very nice and helpful. Anytime I need anything or have a concern she handles it with ease right away. She is very welcome, very easy to talk to her and creates a comfortable environment. Valerie also nice and she helped me to switch to a different apartment and with the same day move in process! Very positive experience so far!

    I love my new home here! Everyone Ive met has been nothing but kind, but Valerie has been especially helpful. She made sure I was able to change units last minute and always gives my dog a treat when he comes by the office :) Its a nice, quiet community and close to everything you could want.

    I was there for 2 years. The property is really good compared to what they charge you for rent. Maintenance guys are super professional. I hardly needed them in 2 years. Safe parking locations. Calm and peaceful surroundings. Secured mail amd package delivery. Great location. Highly recommended.Couple of things the management can take care of-- Very frequent water outages- Building lobies are not cleaned regularly- Consider providing pedestrian entrance from noel side.

    Great apartments, the only thing is that they are old and all the bathroom tubs do make a loud creaking noise that i had never experience before. But overall a great community, very responsive management , great gym with a lot of equipment, clean pool. So easy to receive mail and it is secure. The maintenance requests usually complete within the same day. Safe parking locations and a lot of visitor parking spots as well. The location is very convenient.

    I just moved in (04/2022) and all has worked out great so far! Nesha has made the move-in process easy and is so sweet and helpful! All of the staff have been very professional and polite, the property is well-kept, and any move-in repairs have been attended to quickly. I feel very welcome and look forward to living here!Update: 12/16/22Ive been living here since April and can say with the utmost confidence that this is the nicest apartment Ive stayed in. The service here is unheard of in the apartment industry. For example, my last apartment flooded at 1 AM and they left 4 inches of toilet water throughout our entire apartment for us to clean up when they had brought a dryvac to suck up the water ONLY in the bathroom. Life was rough there. Thankfully NALS knows how to treat their residents. If I put in a maintenance request, they come to fix whatever is wrong within 2 or 3 days. Sometimes its even the same day. LOVE it. Thank yall!

    Love it here!! Tracy is the person who helped me and he was AMAZING!! He toured me through the whole complex and made sure everything that I needed worked properly. He also assisted me with any questions that I had after I moved in. I really appreciate his kindness and how he went through everything thoroughly.

    This place has been home for over 5 years now and it’s was good for awhile then got a little rough but the new management and staff has really improved. Yes it has water shut offs from time to time and an elevator may go out but things happen. I’m sure with so many people that live here these issues are caused by residents who don’t care or know how to be a good neighbor and take care of stuff. But honestly maintenance is relatively fast and get the issues resolved. I mean who cares if the water is shut off for an hour or two during the day? It doesn’t typically bother me. They seem to Have really improved communication and notifications to residents of important things going on, a year ago I never knew why or what was happening which is a breath of fresh air. Recently new upgrades like the mail room and package system are more than I think anyone expected in this area. Price has been fair over the years and the area alone is so convenient. Restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. Resident events are cool, I can’t attend them all but it’s nice to have something offered to meet neighbors and to get to know the staff. The leasing staff is always willing to help where they can...I typically stop by just to say hi to them, they know you by name and seem to really like their job and care about your issues. The manager is one of the best in awhile, she has really been focusing on the overall property which is nice and makes it so hard to leave. I am only leaving due to job relocation but I would have stayed much longer if I had the choice, I hate moving too 😜A few of my neighbors have been here for 5-10 years, that says a lot. If your looking to move somewhere that has a fair price, staff that makes you feel at home, and a great location...live here! All places have their cons and no where is perfect but courts is perfect for me and I recommend to anyone. A couple of my work colleagues moved in and love it too! Courts thank you for being home for the last 5 years and keep up the good work!

    I loved living here! Theyve done a lot of renovations, including re-painting the buildings and doors. I wish I was able to stay but my husbands job just got relocated. They have a great team working in the front office who are always willing to help. Erin and Tarsha do a really great job and I have never had a hard time resolving issues. Would definitely recommend!

    Moved here in 2017 from NYC and as long as Dallas is home so will the courts. Office staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Apartments are well built and quiet which is what I wanted. Maintenance is amazing, always show up same or next day for any issue. Sink backed up Xmas eve and one of the guys came from home to fix it. Cant ask for more than that. The compound is clean, well kept and non smoking. Highly recommend.. Plus Im now known as the cat mat guy for my awesome door mat. So if you want a nice apartment and potentially a cool nickname move here.

    Courts is definitely my favorite gated community so far. Very professional staff, who are there for you any time and ready to solve your issues asap. When I was looking for new apartments- they did their best!- showed me several units and spent significant time with me to find the best unit that would fit all my desires and requests! And they found the unit that fitted me perfectly and that I love! I have moved and didnt have any regrets and complains ever! Staff are working hard and provided outstanding service to all tenants! And the location is perfect! close to everything- malls, restaurants, cinemas, school, major highways! Very safe as well- 24/7 guarded gated entrance!Definitely recommend it!

    Living at the Courts @ Preston Oaks has made my living experience in Dallas amazing. The office staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. The property is always clean and gates are always closed! The maintenance team always get repairs done with a sense of urgency. I love how the property manager Sammi has events every week for the residents to get to know each other and mingle! What an awesome idea! I have been living at this complex for about a year and a half now, and I have no complaints! Thanks for making this complex my home away from home!

    Its a great community to live in. Everything before we moved in was processed very efficiently and professionally. The environment is nice and the community has two pools and a large fitness center. The appliance in the apartment is fairly new. Its also safe here. Theres one time that I got home after 11 pm, and I saw a patrol golf car passing by. Theres also a huge garage down below the apartment complex, and the buildings all come with elevators, which are very convenient.

    I recently re-signed my lease at The Courts for another 12 months. The staff here, including the community managers, are SO nice and have treated me incredible since day one. Any time I have needed anything it was taken care of immediately. Very proud to call this my home for another year. It’s quiet, safe, things get taken care of, and you know managment has your back.

    Just recently moved (1 month ago) in the apartment complex and it has been a great experience thus far! First and foremost, the staff that work at this complex are extremely helpful and friendly. They communicate well and will assist with any work orders. During my first 2 days I filed a work order and it was handled immediately. In addition the complex is very well kept and for the age of the complex it is very well maintained. You will not see any trash anywhere including the garage area. The pool looks clean everyday and the pool area never looks trashy. My visitors have complimented how well kept the complex looks. And lastly, the area; the area where the complex is located is fantastic, it is centrally located. You will be around 4 major highways and tons of shopping centers. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

    This is an older complex, popcorn ceilings, creaking bathtubs, & if there’s a water issue they’ll have to shut the water off for the whole building. That being said, it is a well maintained property. They have a gym, yoga room, sauna in mens bathroom, & luxer lockers. Also underground parking garage, 2 pools, plenty of elevators, & their maintenance staff were always efficiently responsive. When I first moved in, Vee was a leasing agent. Now he’s currently the property manager. He has been nothing short of stellar the whole time I’ve lived here. They also returned my deposit, no hassle. The assistant manager Shine made the process so simple & very comforting. As far as management goes, they have a wonderful staff on board. It’s an older complex, but way better than the older apartments surrounding the area. If you’re looking for some decent apartments with sufficient amenities, responsive maintenance team, & supportive management, this is your place. Take care of your apartment & leave it clean when you move out, & you’ll get your deposit back, I did. Thank you Vee, & thank you Shine!

    My girlfriend and I had an awesome experience with Morgan his past Saturday. She showed us multiple layouts and gave us the full experience of this place. We got an awesome deal but she really helped us feel like this could be our home. I definitely recommend her for any questions you have regarding this property. Shes very detailed , genuine and courteous when it comes to your needs. Were stoked about moving and will do so this coming Saturday. Everything moved quickly and efficiently as far as getting us approved to move in within a week of our interest.

    It is almost a year when we moved in and we enjoying it a lot, it is so close to stores and restaurants, cinemas, in the middle of nice apartment area and convenient for driving to every direction. Apartment is nicely set up so you can barely hear your neighbor , never ever had a problem with any kind of bugs, nice lobby and really nice crew, any problem we had ( AC ) was resolved the same day, you are always welcomed with beautiful smiles when you come to office for any reason, almost like family members, since last few months its even better, we have e-mail notifications sent out to let us know about any incoming works or plans. We also have some community party meetings so we can know each other better! After tornado we had recently we were shocked how quickly it was put back to normal. All this comes to decision to stay here longer :)We love new management with positive and innovating approach ! Thank you Sammie! your whole team is great!

    Just moved in a couple of days ago. Apartments are in good condition, no pests in my unit. Breezeways are clean, and I see maids cleaning exterior areas often. Elevators are quick (no waiting forever for the door to close, lol). Shower water pressure is good on 3rd floor and bathroom is spacious. Adequate amount of storage; Im in the smallest floor plan and I do not feel cramped. Really appreciate the underground garage with reserved parking space. Front office staff is not hard to reach, and is very efficient. No hounding people for answers, no wasting your time. Youre getting a lot for the price: garage w/ reserved space, nice workout room, saunas, trash chutes, most central location possible in Dallas, washer and dryer included in unit, high ceilings, built-in bookshelves; this is a lot of stuff you find at the higher end, pricier complexes but for like 70% of the price.

    I am very happy with my choice in moving here. Ive lived in many apartments and experienced changes in management before so I expected the worst, but honestly all of the changes have been for the better! Communication to residents is clear, work orders are done quicker, maintenance technicians leave notes w/ legible handwriting, improvements were finally done to the elevators, and overall there is a pride in ownership throughout the property. I will most certainly be renewing my lease : )

    Had a great experience touring the apartments. The staff had very welcoming vibe. One of the managers, Stephanie was super friendly and I can say I had a lot of fun with my overall experience. The apartments seem very well maintained and clean. Not to mention how great the overall apartments look. I’m looking forward to moving in very soon!

    My husband and I are moving into these apartments next month. We’re really excited to live here, it was by far our favorite complex in the area and the apartments are reasonably priced. We also love how close it is to all the bars and restaurants in Addison and the Galleria shopping center. We are looking for somewhere safe and clean and we were impressed by the security and the underground parking lot. The apartments themselves are very nice, recently renovated, and there are plenty of different floor plans to choose from. The pool and gym areas look new and you can tell that the whole complex is very well taken care of. The office staff were extremely helpful and friendly, Simeon was great and helped us to find our perfect apartment. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

    100% would recommend a friend to rent here. The entire staff from the maintenance men to the managers are exceptional. I did run into several issues at the courts, but management did a fantastic job negating every one of my concerns. The pool is a fantastic hangout spot, and the office staff is extremely personable, and friendly. All around great experience and I have more than enjoyed my time as part of the courts family!

    We recently moved here and so far our initial experience is very good... we liked our apartment & loved this peaceful society which has almost all amenities.Rents are affordable & lesser then most of good competitive societies in this area... Key attraction is Fitness Center due to its latest equipment & huge space.. due to winters yet to explore pool & other amenities but they all look good... waiting for summer 😎Leasing staff is very helpful & courteous especially Kwanza my leasing representative who made sure my movement should be smooth as I moved from Raleigh NC... hoping to have good time here...

    Being from out of state, The Courts on Preston Oaks is my home away from home! I have lived here for 3 years and plan on renewing my lease. I love my apartment and the nice pools! They have a big fitness center, as well as a covered garage for parking. There is always a lot of visitor parking available in the garage and on the street. The office staff is so helpful and amazing! They plan fun events to get the community engaged with one another. My work orders were always completed the same day, if not then the next day.

    Ive been living here for about 6 months. The staff takes fantastic care of the grounds, any service request Ive had has been taken care of in a timely manner, and this is a safe, quiet residence surrounded by ample things to do (walkable/bikeable distances).     Great staff following covid guidelines. This place has great eye appeal on the apartments and amenities. It has wonderful security measures and an underground garage and parking it choices for you and your guests. The pools were clean and the areas beautifully landscaped creating a cozy included almost Tuscan feel to the environment. It was my second choice for the area based on price and offerings.

    I can not say enough good things about this property. I just renewed my lease for another year, and unless my employer sends me elsewhere the Courts will be home for the foreseeable future. The vibe of the office staff is great! Anytime I‘ve gone into the office everyone is smiling and laughing which is contagious! In the nearly 2 years I’ve been a resident here I’ve had the run of the mill maintenance issues you’d have in an apartment like the garage disposal, and I’ve one major issue of my AC dying in JULY. The office staff and maintenance guys made sure I was comfortable in my apartment while waiting for parts to come in - bringing me a portable ac unit. I highly recommend the Courts!

    I went to tour several properties in the area and picked this one. I even toured it twice before signing my lease. The staff was very friendly and didnt mind. I love the set up, assigned covered parking, and pools. Oh and the gym has to be on the top of my list. Very reasonable rates for the apartment itself and location. Id recommend this complex to anybody.

    Starting off with this community, there were some issues that took place. However, once Sammi was promoted to the Property Manager position, things totally changed. Her and the other staff members are all so caring and helpful to all residents. They provide excellent service every time I am in need of something with no questions asked. They work extremely hard and do all that they can. It really makes me enjoy living at this community. It feels like a family. I would highly recommend living here.

    I lived here for two years and cannot say enough nice things about the staff and management. They take every issue seriously and act on it right away. The staff also makes sure you are satisfied with any solutions put in place.     What can I say about The Courts? I cannot say enough how happy I feel coming home everyday to a well secured, beautiful property. I love being 6 mins from The Galleria, and 3 mins away from the nightlife in Addison. Carla is wonderful addition to the staff. I have lived here for over 5 years and have seen staff come and go, but Carla makes me feel most welcome, and like an appreciated tenant living here. She brightens up the room with her smile, and attentiveness to any tenant issues. I am so happy that she is with the company permanently!! She really is a wonderful woman! Kawanza is so awesome, helpful, and a wonderful leasing agent. He is very knowledgable and helpful for anything that you may need as well. Erin - the manager has really turned this place around, with her selection of employees, and overall concern about the property, and tenants. Erin has also gone out of her way, when I have had an issue in the past to fix it for me. :) I find the staff to be like family to me. They have shared in some monumental moments in my life, over the past few years. The previous management was neglectful, rude, and unmotivated. I actually moved away from the property for a brief year. When I moved back I found new staff, and have been at home ever since. I love my apartments, and do not plan to leave any time soon.

    I visited The Courts on three separate occasions while trying to find an apartment in the area. The employee who gave me a tour and helped me every visit was named Marquis and he was an overall enjoyable person to be around, he made me feel comfortable and I never felt rushed to make a decision. After looking at many other apartments in the area, The Courts was my final choice because not only are the apartments beautiful inside and out but the price cant be beat!

    Have lived at the property for a month now and have absolutely loved my experience. Incredibly friendly staff, well kept outdoor space, lounge areas, fitness center, garage, etc. All of it is wonderful! I made a major move across the country and wasnt able to view my apartment or the complex prior to my move- I have absolutely no regrets of choosing to start my life in Texas with the Courts.     I’ve been living here for over a year and the staff has been completely amazing. The property manager Sammi and her team Vee, Amanda, and Andi has been so hands on from day one. Sammi has come in and did a complete change with the property and it has honestly been for the best. The complex is more safe since her and her team has been here. Her and her team listens and tries their hardest to handle our needs when we have a problem. They never keepUs waiting.I can honestly say I am beyond satisfied with my stay at the Courts.     I am officially a new resident at The Courts at Preston Oaks 🙏 and it is nothing short of amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The location is in the heart of the Galleria area and close to everything you could possibly need (including night life). As of now I cant think of anything to complain.     The staff is friendly and helpful. The property itself looks great and is very secure. A lot of nice perks are offered with the apartment, such as an included covered parking spot and in a lot of cases interior washer and dryer. I also feel the rent pricing is quite competitive for the area.

    We’ve been staying at this apartment for last 2 years and the experience has been nothing but the best. Erin- the manager, is very professional. She will go above and beyond and makes sure that all possibilities has been exhausted before she says NO.     I toured this complex Saturday along with 5 other properties. Kwanzaa was very helpful, and I felt welcomed by all the office staff as soon as I walked in. That was the first good sign. My top needs are in-unit laundry, covered parking, and security. This place has it all. I went back Sunday with some more questions and to see the property again before putting in an application. Even though they were busy, Kwanzaa made sure everyone got to see what they wanted and got the information they needed. I was able to view some of the available units and ultimately turned in an application right then and there in the business center. For the location, amenities, and helpful office staff, these units are priced well. I can see why ratings are so high online :)

    Love this community, staff & location. All my neighbors are so friendly & Beltline/Tollway is right up the street. The staff are always on top of any work order or issues theyre already aware of.     I wanted to shout out to Vashon, because when I toured the place, it was heavily raining. He put on a parka and lead us around (going through the garage and the walkways to keep us as dry as possible). Im very thankful to him for doing that. The day I toured was the only day I was in the area to look for apartments and there was one tour guide at a complex who just refused to go out in the rain. He made a great impression of the place and the management. The landscape was beautiful even in the storm, and he even showed us a floorplan that we thought to see last minute.He was very knowledgeable about the place, was able to answer all my questions, and was very honest too (he didnt try to sell, sell, sell and I like that). The one thing I was worried about (a balcony facing a walkway that my cats could potentially jump to) was something he helped with - locations of apartments that faced away from them, and a map of the complex with notes on it. In the end, Ive applied and was approved. I move in soon, and after a while I will give another review. But I thought that the service here really set a good impression.

    Ive lived here for a year and a half now... and this place has its flaws (every place does) however, for the location and the price I cant complain. Yes, the property manager can be a little harsh; however, some residents can act like they dont care about the place. Sadly not everyone knows how to take care of the community that was upgraded for our enjoyment. I like Holly because she is very involved and dedicated.     I have been living at The Courts at Preston Oaks for 3 yrs.l. Yes in the past the previous management acted poorly. But since the change of management, I have to give credit to the new management. They are attentive, helpful, friendly and courteous. I have called in several times with minor maintenance issues, and the issues was taken care of the next day. One major issue was my request to get my carpet changed. Holly, the manager immediately sent me an e-mail, wanting to know when I will be available to get the carpet changed. The carpet was installed three days later. Holly, Tasha, the maintenance crew and the office reps are the best. I have no complaints. I see every day, the maintennace crew working the grounds, putting in appliances, so I do not understand all the complaints I have read. Courts at Preston Oaks is in a nice area. You meet joggers everyday. The location is one block before the Town of Addison, where you get the luxury of restaurant row, grocery stores, ect. I love that place and I love my apartment. I hope Holly and her crew last for a very long time. So six stars Holly and her crew. People I recommend that you go by and you will see exactly what I am talking about. Every where you rent, you will have some issues, but when the problem is fixed for the better, that should be given recognition.     Updated 11/11/2015. Been harsh about this place in past reviews but the new management has fixed several problems around the place (see Sylvianne Noelien comments below). Gates still break but they always have, cant stop people from hitting them at night after too many drinks. My biggest complaint was elevator 5 west but after talking to the office they fixed the problem associated with that elevator. Its a good place to live.

Ive been with the community for 4 months now, havent had any issues with pest, if there is a maintenance issue, its been taken care of almost immediately. My only concern is how often the water is cut off for repairs (mostly during my work hours)...but its an apartment complex, it kind of comes with the territory. All in all, i like the community.

    IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS I WOULD. THE STAFF IS AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PATIENT(i was at work and had to place them on hold a few times)!!!! After having a horrible experience with the property across the street I called and Erin answered she was super sweet and knew her stuff, apparently she mentioned to Kwanzaa the i was going to stop by (which took me a week to do). I went in and asked for Marcus(i had called a few other times and spoke to him and scheduled a tour but Kwanzaa was there when we got there and once I introduced myself he said Yes Erin said you would be stopping by to tour I was super amazed because he remembered. The tour was great, the unit we looked at had everything we required. The Property is EVERYTHING WE WANTED. So i bugged them a few more times and got Marcus again and he was very helpful as well. I think every complex should have staff like this, I cant remember how many times i called but each time I they were helpful they didnt seem annoyed by my questions even after I repeated for understanding they made sure i dot it. it is clear that they care about the residents.
