    My daughter needed a short term lease and The Cottages was one of the few that offered that and that was a student only property. No problems while she lived there but if we had questions or concerns, Coltin (I think hes one of the Managers) was ALWAYS very helpful and pleasant. When she first moved in there were some maintenance things that needed to be done but I knew they had to take care of urgent things like AC first, he was very good about giving us info as to when they would get to her apartment.

    I haven’t personally lived at The Cottages but I have many friends that do. One perk is that it is one of the less expensive college townhomes for just about the same amenities. My favorite is how huge, nice, and gorgeous the pool is. The volleyball courts are probably the best compared to any other complex and it is always a good time at The Cottages!

    I was a resident starting august of 2024 and I had requested for furniture and maintenance multiple times and nothing was done about until we got new management in December. The new management team has been wonderful! I requested furniture to them and had it delivered the next day. Additionally, all of our maintenance requests have finally been completed after requesting for it just once to the new management!

    My experience at The Cottages has been like no other! Since the transition to new management, everything has been amazing. The new leasing staff is incredibly kind and genuinely takes our concerns seriously. TJ and Rebecca always greet me with a positive attitude and make an effort to ask how I’m doing. Both the leasing manager and the property manager have welcomed me into their offices to address unfortunate experiences with the previous assistant manager and management company.The resident events have been super fun—especially the Pilates class, which was my personal favorite!This is a genuine 5-star review, so believe me when I say The Cottages is heading in a great direction. Thank you to the current team for all that you do!

    I lived here for a year and really enjoyed it! My roomates and I loved the layout of the five room duplex. Maintenance was kind and helpful when we needed them. The pool was always fun to visit and the sand volleyball court was my favorite part. I highly recommend living here, you get a a lot for what you pay per month!

    I moved to the Cottages August of this year! This is the first apartment I’ve lived in and I’m thoroughly happy with my experience! Great staff, great quality apartment, and a great community! If you need somewhere to live, this is great place to check out!

    As a parent of a daughter who renewed her lease for a 2nd year, I am quite impressed with our recent experience at the property. We had an urgent concern regarding humidity in the unit that lead to some mold accumulation over the summer. A maintenance request was made early in the morning that stressed the urgency of our concern. That morning the manager was on the phone and wanted to connect us with the director of maintenance, Sam. Sam had already taken readings and wanted to discuss with us parents in person. One of the roommate’s fathers went to meet him and showed him the areas of concern. Sam was quick to remedy each concern. Ducts were professionally cleaned, filter changed, stools replaced. The girls had stools made of a natural material that acted as a magnet to the humidity. The carpet is due to be professionally cleaned and a couple of other items got fixed as well. I cannot express the comfort that Sam’s response has provided us with. It gives great comfort knowing that our girls are in a safe space!

    Maintenance was fast, and overall I enjoyed the last year I lived here. The pool was closed all summer which was extremely frustrating, as every time we drove by there was nothing being done. The apartment was fine, it was mostly the amenities that were not the best.

    Sarah Fogg is AMAZING!! She made the tour very personal and she cares about our needs! She went out of her way to give me and my roomate for next year her phone number in case we needed extra help during the application process. Us and our moms absolutely loved her and she totally got us hooked on living at the Cottages next year!

    Elizabeth was AMAZING. I went to a bunch of places before here and i never felt at home until i started talking to her. She talked to me & my other roomate for so long just helping us with every question we had. So patient and helpful. Made me feel SO at home. If i decide to live here it will 100% be because of her.

    The Cottages is the best place to live in Collage Station. The apartments are clean,, well kept, and comfortable. The pool and club house are second to none. I enjoy watching A&M games in the club house when Im not able to attend. It really feels like a home away from home.

    I had the best customer service experience with RYAN from The Cottages in College Station. Ryan listened to my issue, was extremely polite and professional.     I like living at the cottages! The management is nice, the people who work in the front office are cool, and the maintenance does their job well. As soon as I put in a request, they are at me house within 2-3 days to fix what needs to be fixed. The maintenance is very polite as well. My house I live in has had some problems, but maintenance comes in and fixes it every time. Whenever I have questions or concerns about rent or anything to do with my resident portal, the people in the front office are always attentive and help. The rooms are big, the closets are big, and I enjoy the whole resident area of the cottages, rent is not super cheap but its worth the money if you want to live in a house that is 5 minutes from campus.

    This is my second year living at the cottages and Ive really enjoyed living here so far! The staff is very friendly and they have a bunch of resident events with free food, drinks, and the occasional groceries. Patrick has helped me out with my lease the past 3 times Ive signed and hes great. Hes very helpful and informative, even went through all of the tiny details of the lease with my parents. Pat and the rest of the front office staff have made living here all the better. Cant wait for year 3 at the Cottages!

    If youre looking for student living in College Station, The Cottages are one of the best places to live.The apartments themselves are fun and top notch, but the area and community really push it up and over. Its a beautiful place.Maintenance requests are always completed and are super professional.The current property owner Tinesha is awesome, and has a good grasp on things. Youll be in good hands as long as she has watch over the place.

    Working in an apartment complex myself, i understand if one on call maintenance callout after hours is missed, but not 5. i’d expect a lock out for my fiancé to be handled quickly and efficiently. sucks knowing they will not take care of you after hours as well.FOLLOW UP:a girl came drove by as we were about to leave for another place for the night and said she worked in the office. she noticed us standing around and asked if we were okay. told her our situation, and unlocked the door for us! didn’t catch her name, but truly an angel. thank you!!!

    I moved into the Cottages in January 2022 and have loved it ever since!! The pool, workout facility, and staff are all amazing. Damiane who works at the clubhouse has always been excellent help every time I’ve needed to pick up a package, print something for school, or renew my lease!

    Ive had NOTHING but an amazing experience here at The Cottages since I moved in at the beginning of January! The staff is SO helpful and any issue Ive had is immediately taken care of. They accidentally got my furniture deal mixed up and not even a day later they had it figured and furniture in my room, which I am so appreciative for. They deal with hundreds of people day in and day out and I for one, am grateful for everything they do! Thank you to the employees and management for making this such a great place to live.

    I recently visited The Colleges for two weeks to stay with my boyfriend who lives there. While I was there everyone that works in the main office and on the maintenance team were all super nice, accommodating and helpful. Tinesha and Emily who work at the front desk made sure that I was having a good time and I was amazed by how hard the maintenance team works to keep the grounds clean and working well, especially during the winter storm that left many without power and water. Sam worked super hard to get all the apartments their utilities back and Priscilla has been super diligent keeping everything sanitary during COVID.

    My daughter moved in to start the school year. This property is very well kept. The complex was extremely large. All the buildings were pleasing to the eye. My only concern came at nightfall. The lighting between the buildings was insufficient. Walkways were dark, or poorly lit. I advised my daughter to be aware of her surroundings, especially at night. She has a stun gun with a light. I have her give it a test stun while walking from the parking lot. I didnt see any security on the property, but this facility appears to be safe. My daughter loves living here. Im very pleased with her choice.

    I have had a great experience with the leasing agents at the Cottages. Patrick Boland stands out and exceeds expectations. He really shows how much he cares about his customers and makes the process very smooth. He will even help answer questions on and off the clock. He ensures that everything is in order and you understand what is going on at all times. Overall, super helpful and very professional.

    When I first moved in, I took over someones lease and things were a bit hay wire in the leasing office but I moved into a cleaned and painted room, and that was really awesome. I wasnt expecting to have an easy transition based on the former reviews from Facebook, but Im glad I moved here. Things get better every day. Since the day I moved in there have been changes in management for the better and things are going smoother. A lot of people have negative things to say about this community, and I would have agreed before because I worked in the apartment management industry here in CS but I must say my perspective has changed. The new management at the property is going above and beyond to right the wrongs that have been done and reshape the image of the the property. For instance, maintenance has gotten immeasurably better. The maintenance men are much more eager to help than they used to be and they are always asking if there is anything they can do. The property stays much cleaner, theyre taking serious pride in the communal grounds. This week I pulled a muscle in my back and I emailed a manager and they had my packages delivered to my house. I was recently studying all day and couldnt make it to the office to sign my renewal on time so one of their agents brought me my lease to my house so I could take a quick break to renew. I am extremely impressed with the direction things are going. I only deducted half a star because of the gate situation, which I know all residents and staff are very aware of. I have total faith that they are in motion to resolve the chronic gate issue. To be totally fair, this isnt really the managements fault. A lot of hooligans with big trucks who like to show off their ranch guards act like a-holes (for lack of better words), actually...just kidding, they act like animals and force the gate because theyre impatient and childish. And that being said, thats my only rant. I like this place a lot. I feel really safe. Management is extremely understanding and respectful and Im only sad that I only have a year and a half left to live here!

    Stayed here for a while during college and had the chance of meeting Devin Wood. He was insanely helpful and gave a great tour of the facilities while being personable and super friendly. He helped with getting me situated in my room and making sure I had everything I needed for the the remainder of my lease. I 100% recommend anyone that is planning on staying here to go through him and I promise he will make sure you have everything you need to be set up!

    We took our daughter back to school this weekend. The grounds were very neat and clean. The unit that shell be living in was neat and clean as well. The staff at the office were helpful and friendly. According to my wife the ladies rest room located in the office was the bomb. Overall a nice place.

    I’ve lived at the cottages for a few months now and have enjoyed every part of my experience! The staff is very helpful and really knows how to make their guest feel comfortable and right at home. Devin Wood, one of the employees is who gave my roommates and me our tour back in February of the property and helped us sign our leases, move in and even helped us renew for this coming year. Looking forward to continuing living at The Cottages of College Station.

    Really nice place to live with great amenities! We had some problems with management at the beginning of the year, but since then everything has been wonderful. Maintenance comes almost immediately and is very thorough. Our ceiling started leaking after the office had closed, but I was able to get help through their Facebook page, which was nice.

    The Cottages is a wonderful place to live and I have enjoyed this entire year. Any problems I had were solved very fast. The maintenance supervisor is a great guy and takes care of any problems or issue with a professional attitude. I give the Cottages a 5 star and the staff 7 stars!!

    I am literally renewing for a fourth lease here at the Cottages. I love the community and the office and maintenance staff is magical. When I first moved here, it was pretty rough, but this new management company made incredible changes that put my experience at the Cottages far above every other experience that I hear from my friends here in CSTAT. 10/10 would recommend

    I have loved living at the cottages. They have been very helpful with any need that I have and have very nice and professional staff, especially Devin Wood. He has helped me with my original lease and my leasing to resign and has answered and question I have had and has even come to fix some things in my apartment to make sure they are done quickly. I would absolutely recommend living at the cottages.

She was very knowledgeable and was able to not only assist with my questions on the property, but was able to provide information about the area as well.This place is my top pick if my student picks A&M.

    My son went to pick up keys and check on apartment on 8/14. Although he wasn’t going to be moving in until 8/20. He was disappointed when he entered the apartment. Nothing to do with the actual apartment itself, but with the common area. He knew right away that this wasn’t a good match for him, without ever even meeting his roommates. Needless to say the video he sent me of the apartment was not the environment I wanted my son in. And I knew I had to do something. I tried calling apartment complex and no answer, so I took a drive to College Station to see what needed to be done to have my son reassigned. I was told that I would have to go through the office manager Tinesha, as she is there Mondays-Fridays. So I emailed her my concerns and requested for him to be assigned to a different apartment. She went above and beyond and made it happen, and he moved in today. We are very pleased with his apartment and just knowing he is happy and excited now makes all the difference in the world. He is now in a 3/3 cottage instead of the 5/5 cottage. I liked the price of the 5/5 better lol. All I wanted was for my son to be happy, and now he is. I really appreciate everything Tinesha did to make this happen!!

    We have had a great experience with The Cottages of College Station since the new management company took over in October 2019. Both of our children live there and they both just signed leases for their 3rd year. Any concerns or issues we have had were always addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Tinesha and Victoria have been wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend checking out The Cottages! Its been a great place to live for our Aggies!

    Damiane and Jake were so great and made the whole experience easy for us. We were nervous about our son going off to school for the first year but they put our minds at ease. The property was gorgeous and there will be plenty of opportunities to meet neighbors.

    Awesome complex and amazing people there. I would recommend Dasean. He has amazing customer service skills and never dissapoints. He makes sure his clients are taken care of and breaks down every detail of the living subdivision. Nice living spaces, nice people, and great community. Go to him if you are looking for a home to live in or just something for college which is right down the street :)

    Been apartment searching and Im so glad to find such close apartments to my job.These apartments have beautiful rooms at a great price. Special thanks to a gentleman named Dasean for helping me in such a short amount of time being very helpful with answering all of my questions. He was very kind and was able to respond to every question I had. And definitely reassured me about the safe environment here. Then told me that if I ever had anymore questions to make sure I called back and I would surely be assisted. Thank you so much.     Starting my second year living at the Cottages Of College Station and couldnt be happier, there has already been community events and social outings. The management as had a total change since i moved in a year ago. This year I got my best friend to move in and its great. I will defiantly be renewing my lease for the up coming year!

    My experience with the cottages have been great. The management really cares about their residents and do whatever they can to help. They are very organized and go out of their way to make sure all my accommodations are accounted for. The management also helps to provide a friendly and inviting environment for residents, potential residents, and guests. There is always something fun going on whether its different events, hanging out at the pool, playing sandvolleyball, or even hanging out in the club house. I never want to leave this place!

    I have personally been working with Devin at the front desk, and he has been nothing but helpful. Personally reaching out and keeping me and my other future roommates up to date consistently and giving us tours whenever we have asked. Nothing but good things to say about Devin, Im sure everyone there is great, but definitely ask for Devin if you are new to the cottages.

    This place is a great place to live. Neighbors are friendly, maintenance under the new management is quick and dependable, and the workers working at the club house are very helpful for your questions and issues. Trying to re-lease was stressful, but the staff, especially Caroline, helped immensely with the process. My only issue is the internet here. It can act shoddy at times, and its very weak. Overall, however, this is a great place to live.

    We are getting ready to move in, it is very difficult to reach someone in the office because they are so overwhelmed. I never got a call back after trying for some time. I finally reached Natalie. Part of it was I was leaving messages and not calling during business hours. So I suggest call during business hours and keep calling until you get someone. Natalie was so helpful. She followed up with me and got done for us what we needed. I really appreciate her and she will be our go to person. She got me to the people we needed to get done what we needed. Once we move our son in we will update to let you know how it goes. Thanks Natalie you get 5 stars. ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️💯🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

    I recently went and visited The Cottages of College Station and I was greeted with open arms and friendly attitudes as I entered the room! Libby Dinkmeyer should my family and I around the property and provided us with all kinds of information. She truly knows what she is doing and is a great asset to the cottages! We were also very impressed with how well maintained the clubhouse and grounds were along with the amenities. You can defiantly guarantee that I would love to stay at the cottages.     After living here for two years I can confidently say that the staff at The Cottages of College Station go above and beyond for their residents. Two people that I feel deserve recognition are Colton and Alex. They are both very understanding and dedicated workers that enjoy helping others. I always go to them when I have an issue and they clear it up almost immediately. I can genuinely say they have made living at The Cottages a lot more enjoyable.

    Words cant honestly explain how excited I am to live here. After finishing my tour given by Andrew Richards I knew this was the place I wanted to live in. He was able to show us how cool and awesome the place was through his humorous yet very being informative personality, if you can I recommend you request for him. Any how, going back to what I was saying, having lived in College Station for 5 years I have been able to see all types the different options and places to live in. But not have been able to hook me in as much as the Cottages. Im so excited to start this new chapter of my life in such a cool place where I will make so many life long memories.
