I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience here, I felt compelled to share. Consuela and Ruby are absolutely amazing. Their professionalism is matched only by the excitement and positive energy they bring every time you meet them. Its rare to see people in any industry who show such enthusiasm for their work.Ive lived in several apartment complexes before, but none compare to the efficiency and consistency I’ve seen here. From the quick responses to maintenance requests to the overall condition of the facility, Im genuinely impressed.The location and price were key factors in my decision to move here, but its the people like Consuela and Ruby that make it truly special. Im so glad I chose this place—not just for the great value, but for the amazing team that makes it all come together!

I had a great experience touring The Co-Op at the Med Center! The property is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and spacious floor plans. Ruby, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home.Although I ultimately decided not to lease here because it’s a bit too far from my current job, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic community near the Med Center. I absolutely love this property! They have so many great amenities with a few of my favorites being the basketball court, heated spa, swimming pool, and fitness center. I think this is a great community to raise my child in, I feel safe and secure daily. The management team is great and are always available for anything that I may need. Definitely renewing my lease.

Thank you, Ruby, for the excellent tour! The property was well-maintained, and it checked off many of my requirements. The only reason I decided to lease elsewhere is that I really need an in-unit washer and dryer. Otherwise, everything was great!

The staff members at the front office are both very friendly and professional in their handling of issues. I have went to them various times with challenges and problems I was facing where they helped me with it with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed.The groundskeepers and maintenance men as well are professional and courteous and whenever we have had maintenance issues it has been handled quickly and effectively and if it was unable to be fixed quickly I was provided with an explanation of why and a timeframe on the expected date things would be fixed and they communicated with me the whole way if things changed.The location is amazing, if youre like me and constantly forget little things when you do your shopping, I can be inside of kroger within a 2 minute walk via a personal access gate with a code only known to residents that takes me right into the kroger parking lot and get the small things I forgot and get back to cooking.The aesthetic is very nice as well for the overall complex with the hanging lights between the buildings and the pool is maintained well.My experience here has been amazing and I would highly recommend checking this place out.

The Co-Op is a great place to live. Consuelo and Ruby are great to work with. Mike and Tracy are extremely responsive with addressing work orders. The teams handling of the recent damage following hurricane Beryl while addressing normal maintenance issues has been outstanding.

I have to say the grounds are just always beautiful and the staff that work here daily are extremely hardworking and always ready to help the residents with anything. They have a guy named Mike that works there and u will see him all the time cleaning the grounds or helping a residents with things around the property. Also the clubhouse staff is always so kind and outgoing, it is a great community all around! I love it here!!!!

My experience being here for over 2 years has been great. Consuelo and Rubi at the leasing office have been very helpful and diligent solving all issues. Always offering a smile, patience and solutions when any situations have come up. The management will fix everything ASAP and when some situations have needed to take longer they will make sure to keep the tenants informed of the process and dates for resolution.

I moved to the Co-op at the end of last year and have been loving it ever since! The location is amazing. Its literally next door to Kroger and near Target.The apartment unit is great. I like how it is peaceful and quiet at all times.I am excited for when it gets warmer so I can finally use the pool! 5/5 This place is perfect!

This place is Awesome. I moved to Houston about 6 months ago and a friend told me about it. Best place I have ever lived. Between work and my online classes I get to squeeze in fun with my neighbors. My apartment is perfect for me. I cant even complain about the stay at home order, when home is this much fun! New Staff is great, so easy going and fun.

I absolutely love this place! My apartment is gorgeous and the complex itself is very quirky and unique. The neighbors here are also great! A lot of graduate students here. Maintenance is great, too! Someone typically comes to fix your requests within 24 hours. I also love that this is an all-inclusive living complex. With rent and all the utilities and internet, and valet trash, I definitely think the price range is very reasonable especially when considering location. Its very close to my school and I love that they keep the lounge open 24 hours for studying.The only thing that I feel could be improved upon: the models are not always representative of all the units. (Not all units have partitions and faux wood!) There was a mess up with which unit I was initially placed in that had carpet and no partition which was opposite of what I had requested. (I am allergic to carpet so this was a bit upsetting for me!) The staff remedied this by transferring me to a new unit. Moving all of my things twice in the heat definitely sucked, but my new unit is perfect. Also, there are no pictures online of the furniture that you may be getting if you decide to rent furniture. Luckily, they were able to provide me with a picture after I emailed.However, besides that whole predicament, Im ultimately very satisfied.Like I said, my new unit is beautifully chic, and this complex is very pet friendly which my fur baby loves. Also, shout out to Sasha at the front desk. She is very hard working and so bubbly and always puts a smile on my face lol :-)Yes, you should rent here!!

I’ve lived at The Co-op a little short of two years. I consider myself a tough critic, so when I say I have no complaints, please understand it’s coming from a thoughtful and sincere place.And while I’m very excited to carve a new home with my fiancé, there’s a deep level of sadness I have leaving this place.I highly recommend this property. The level of professionalism and competency from the leasing staff and maintenance is unmatched.Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

The location is perfect as its close to any and everything you could need. Theyre still working on a few of the amenities but the feel Ive had in my time here has been nothing short of great! I was even offered a free hot spot today to help with the internet until the switch is done! Great place Id highly recommend

Since the new management company has taken over this has been wonderful! Patti is doing an amazing job with the place. The theme is so homey and comfortable and it’s a great vibe. There are great amenities and the rent is all inclusive which is a big headache saver!

The new staff is awesome! They’re always so helpful and friendly! Now the WiFi actually works and the clubhouse is 24 hours! These changes finally make it convenient to use the gym after work and laundry is free! It doesn’t get any better than that!

I’m a travel nurse and moved to the co-op in November. Being a traveler it’s hard to find affordable housing with a preference of not having a roommate and being close to work. I stumbled upon this place on a Wednesday and by Thursday i was moving in. They only had one style unit avail when i was applying so i ended up with more space than i needed however i still liked my unit. During the merge of management it was a little messy, but the new team is just as nice and accommodating as the old team. WiFi Internet is no longer an issue and the gate has been fixed to work with key fob access. Nevertheless- i would recommend this place hands down. Another favorite feature is that there’s a key accessed door to get to Kroger and there’s a Starbucks inside.

Amazing apartment complex and staff! I love a lot of the ammenitites, but the 24 hour study lounge has really saved me during the lockdown with studying. Very comfy and spacious place to study since the libraries currently have limited hours. Also, love the gym and all the friends Ive made here. Very awesome maintenance staff, too!

I have lived here for a year now, almost from the very beginning. The rent is quiet reasonable for the locations. Its really close to the med center which is a huge plus. All the amenities are rolled into the rent which eliminates the month hassle of paying bills. The internet has been an issue, it worked in fits and starts, thanks to cloudstreams subpar setup, though I hear they might be on their way out. The leasing staff has however been quiet gracious in how they have handled things and have always helped out with the internet issues (and any other issue I have had). Sans the internet the apartment and community is cozy and the staff friendly.

I love the staff at The Co-Op! Theyre always friendly and ready to help the residents, and the clubhouse is open 24 hours for free laundry, studying, or to work out whenever you want.The location is perfect; its right next to the Med Center and close to Rice Village, too. The community is so pretty, especially at night, and the space inside is so unique and amazing to make a home in!

Really nice place to live! A little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for considering location, amenities, etc. Only four stars because the I had quite a few problems with the AC and the apartments themselves dont always get a lot of sunlight which can sometimes feel like living in a dungeon, but the management is nice and professional and the community/neighbors are top notch.

How does anyone expect for maintenance to do their job if they are not willing to allow them access? No one was breaking in on your mother in law they were merely responding to a complaint of a water leak. The Coop Maintenance are skilled licensed and responsible no one will jeopardize their livelihood to break in on anyone. People really know how to blow things out of proportion. Get over yourself Lawrence.

I had an issue with my AC one day and Tania, the office manager, sent maintenance over right away. Omar showed up within the hour and had everything fixed working properly in no time. They were both very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that my issues were resolved as quickly as possible.

If I were an accomplished poet, then I would have written an ode of high praise to The Co-Op at the Med Center Apartments. Alas, I am no poet. Nonetheless, I shall compliment them appropriately in this review, since their entire operation--across all divisions and parameters--is itself poetry in motion. Poetry for the tenant...whom the Co-Op sees as their customer... The poetry of not having to sweat either the small things or the large things which inevitably come up.... The poetry of loving where one resides... The poetry of being able to live your life at will, without having to wonder if management will have your back--a thought with which most folks are burdened at so many other apartment communities... The poetry of effective, timely, and thoughtfully sensitive communication, so that no one is second guessing. The poetry--rare these days--of flexibility...putting a customers/residents humanity first and foremost. Thanks ever so much, Pattie and crew, for everything which you have ever done for us at the Co-Op, during a residency which sadly was cut too short by life circumstances. On behalf of my mother and myself, I thank you so much, and I now disclose and declare that Mother and I considered the Co-Op at the Med Center to be our favorite apartment community. It was where we were the happiest in our lives together, and could be ourselves, and could pursue life and liberty to the fullest extent. What more could anyone ask of an apartment community? In a sea of urban chaos that is Houston, the Co-Op is an island of peace and tranquility.

So I have to tell you guys my new found love for the new management team at The CoOp. Since my review I was contacted the next day, several times, (only because I didnt take the unknown number the first time..lol) by the management team regarding the problems I was experiencing with my inclusive TV and Internet service. They have all issues corrected and have cancelled the current service provider for lack of providing and a new provider is on-site installing the new services!! I want to say a special thank you to Cierra. She went beyond my expectations to make things right.

I would give the co op at the med center a whole 5 stars because of how gorgeous and peaceful this apartment complex is, but the internet from cloudstream is really not working out with the huge deal , in which case, is an amazing deal just for 220$ extra you get unlimited utilities and free cable with internet. The internet really upsets me and every resident in this apartment complex. It is very unstable and its hard to work in your computer when i can barely load up google. please fix this soon this place is wonderful and the amenities are going to be brand new, everything else is awesome! but really cloudstream solutions sucks terribly at doing their job properly

This was a great apartment for me. Valet trash was always on time - Ruby and Consuelo were always incredibly helpful. And because I cleaned up and didn’t have holes in my walls - I was able to get my full deposit back. I would recommend this apartment. Thanks guys! Oh, one thing, y’all gotta fix up the basketball hoop, it’s a bit droopy. Everything else was AWESOME!

Excellent service. Both in the office and maintenance, it is a super clean property, I recommend this place to live, I am very satisfied!
