2021.12.21 - 2024.03.31I gave The Bridge at Heritage Creekside a 5 star rating 2 years ago and I am coming back to provide feedback from when I first moved in and when I moved out.I lived in building one on the first floor. Never had any issues with hearing my neighbors, that could possibly mean they were quiet and I was the loud one playing video games.The hallways was always clean in my area and the cleaning staff was nice. I got to know the management staff quite well due to the fact that I always had packages. Great people to work with and very friendly. No shade towards the others, but Beth and Karen were my favorite

I have been here for 15 months and have really enjoyed it! What really makes the place is the staff. The management team of Amber, Aimee, James, and all of the leasing agents both past (Anita and Lela) and current: Karen and Jeannea are wonderful. They have treated me and my little dog, Max, incredibly well and Im very grateful.The complex really feels like a community, with frequent events: Breakfast at the Bridge, popsicles on hot Saturdays, popcorn on Fridays, movie nights.The Valet Living fee is not optional, but does provide a lot: in-home package delivery, common area cleaning, trash pickup outside your door Sun-Thu, and there was even a gift-wrapping event last Christmas! Additionally, there are 2 workout classes - although Ive never been hahaThe apartments themselves have great finishes, with stone islands, stainless appliances, and great lighting fixtures. Best of all, since I work from home, management has been amazing about setting up a culture where neighbors dont bother neighbors with loud music, etc. Its nice and quiet and I love it!The gym is excellent, and there is a separate yoga studio as well. The pool has two electric grills, and there are two more electric grills in a courtyard with a fireplace and a putting green, theres a pool table, foosball, and a Starbucks machine - great amenities!Its a great place to live :)

I’ve lived here for over two years and I have very much enjoyed my time. The only reason I’m moving is because I need a little more space and to be able to stay within my budget, otherwise I’d never leave!Pros- the community is very quiet and peaceful. They pick up your garbage on time and keep it tidy. The package drop off is convenient, unless it’s Saturday, but that’s okay.The clubhouse is nice and the pool is very clean and nice to hang out at.The office staff remembers you and says hello to you by name, which I’ve always loved!Parking isn’t ever an issue, although I was in building 2 so I can’t say how it is for people in the main building.I’ve never had an issue with neighbors or hearing them. I’ve lived right next to the elevator and never ever heard itCons- guests can’t come in. You have to have them park on the street and go down and let them in. I’ve never been able to have food or groceries delivered because of how difficult it is to get someone in.The 1 bedrooms have no storage. At least mine didn’t. So I can’t have anything stored unless I use my own closet space, which is a big bummer.Like I said, I’d stay here for longer if I could. I hate leaving, but sometimes you’ve just gotta have a change in life. :)

I’ve been a renter of a luxury apartment at the Bridge at Heritage Creekside since 2022. I am so happy I selected this amazing property after extensive research and countless site visits to others in the Plano area looking for my next home.Let me tell you the Bridge at Heritage Creekside is doing EVERYTHING right! Starting with great value you get for a clean, safe, and meticulously maintained property for your rent every month. Interior to the apartments and community buildings are spacious and crisp. I feel safe and enjoy the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers.Further I believe the entire staff needs special praise as I believe they are all top-notch! Everyone from the management. front-office, housekeeping, and maintenance crew are always so friendly, compassionate and attentive to the needs of the residents. They all work hard every day to ensure the residents are taken care of and the property is the best it can be. Amy and Karen are also always so supportive to the residents and provide a fun community which I deeply appreciate.Without any hesitancy, I would recommend everyone look at the Bridge at Heritage Creekside. I believe they will exceed your expectations and you will be a happy resident as I am.

I have had a great experience living at The Bridge at Heritage Creekside! The staff are very friendly and helpful with anything ever needed (I would know I ask favors of them all the time, especially Beth). The amenities are great, maintenance is fantastic, and the apartments are nice! I highly recommend living here as there are lots of fun things to do and great places to eat close by.

My wife and I have been residents at The Bridge for a little over two years and we absolutely love it here. From the clean grounds to the amenities: 2 gyms, a spacious clubhouse with a coffee machine and a pool table, a foosball table with multiple TVs, a resort-style pool (a vibe for this hot summer days), a dog washing station, and a rooftop terrace! The grounds are cleaned daily and the maintenace workers are efficient and friendly. Cleaning ladies are really sweet and the ladies in the leasing office are out of this world! Customer service does not lack here! It is rare to find a place that can greet you by name Karen, Aimee, Beth and Stephanie are beyond helpful,easy to talk to and efficient. This place has been a true joy to call home. If you are still on the fence, stop in and feel it out. I promise you will not be disappointed!

For the holidays the front office offers fun snacks that we love to indulge in. I take full advantage of the amenities and the pool area that they have cleaned daily.

I have been at this complex for exactly 3 years and I can honestly say I am so thankful I didnt choose any other place to call home. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming, I havent had any problems with my apartment since lve been here.Maintenance is very quick with fixing any minor problems in my unit shoutout to Darwin! Ive moved in about a month ago and Im very pleased so far. The leasing agents Ive dealt with have both been extremely kind and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something. There were a few minor maintenance issues that had to be corrected when I moved in but all of them were handled within a couple of hours. The apartment itself is very nice and so are the common areas. Furthermore, I havent had any issues with noise from the neighbors and there is always adequate parking.

I have lived here for 9 months. I moved in after a terrible tragedy happened in my life and my 9 and 12 year old sons were murdered. I sold my house and with my PTSD and always being terrified, I had to find somewhere I felt safe. I have never in my life, felt more safe than I do living here. I am a single 30 something female and feel so safe that I could almost leave my doors unlocked. There have been very minor issue but there isn’t an apt complex in the world that is perfect but I truly feel that after losing my boys who were my home, this place made me feel home again. The front office has been so friendly, understandable with my situation and has never judged me for being a grown up and not able to stay alone all the time and have to have family stay from time to time. I will be recommending them to the better business bureau and also mentioning the complex on my upcoming news story about my boys on the local news. They deserve that support because they have done that for me. In conclusion, my lease is coming up for renewal and I will be heartbroken if I have to end up leaving if prices increase. I am wanting to move to a 2 bedroom so I have room to have my boys stuff out to remember and honor them. I love this place and so will you.Elizabeth S

I have lived at this property for almost three years and it has been by far the best place Ive lived. The community is friendly, quiet, and has great activities you can partake in.The office staff- James, Aimee, Jeanna, and the others are always available to their tenants. They have different events to engage with the tenants and makes you feel like home. They will learn your name and get to know you and address you as such.My daughter loves to go shoot pool and play foosball while I make my complimentary Starbucks coffee. The community is very pet-friendly, and encourages everyone to pick up after their dogs.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

10 of 10!! I moved out in May, lived here for 2 years and loved the community and management. Great place to live.Living here has been great. The staff really does go above and beyond in taking care of its residents. The pool is nice and spacious, the gym has a variety of equipment. The lounge is a great hang out area. The property is maintained and clean. The only down side, and major proble are the grills! They are not gas or charcoal, they are electric, they SUCK! Half of the time only 1 grill works (of 2) in the pool area, and its always dirty. Doesnt seem like the grills get regular maintenance repairs, thats about my only complaint.Another down side are that some residents arent courteous when it comes to picking up their trash or after their pets if they have them. Thats just lazy people, cant do anything about them. If you make an effort to know your neighbors youll make some good friends.

If you want a great place to live in Plano, The Bridge at Heritage Creek is it. I have been living here for almost a year and I love it. I love the floor plan and I love my apartment from the hard wood floors to to stainless steel appliance. The property is always clean and I feel very safe here. The office staff has always been great. We especially the assistant manager Crystal. Oh and I can’t leave out the maintenance crew.

These apartments are so new and nice! Does not look like a lot of the other new apartments that seem cheap and rushed to be built. The facilities are even nicer in person, the pictures dont do it justice and the apartments themselves are amazing. The kitchen is my favorite part along with the large walk in shower. Amber is a great leasing agent, so helpful, down to earth and sweet. Made this an easy choice! And the special they had running made all the difference! Cant wait to move in.

Lived here for more than a year and had a great experience. All the staff at the leasing office are super sweet and amazing. I lost my fob once due to bad weather and the Manager James was sweet enough to understand the situation and provide me a new one free of cost. He has gone out of the way to help people out in multiple occasions. All the other staff at the office do a great job as well. During my move-out I made sure to return the apartment after cleaning it with professional cleaners. I was not charged a penny in my final move-out statement and infact got a check from them for the deposit that I had initially paid.4 starts just because of one concern about the Valet living service. We have to depend on them to notify us when the packages are delivered and we have to go the office to pick them up. Some of them do not do a good job at entering the details and notify us. Recently, just before I left, I approached the valet living center to find out about an important package I was supposed to receive from my future employer. The valet living gentleman with glasses got offended when I told him that I did not receive any notification for a package. With a condescending tone, he started explaining that I need to check with the shipping company first (which I already told I did) and then approach them and he cannot help me out right now. After insisting he looked inside and found my package and said someone forgot to enter it into their system and didnt he even apologize for it. They have missed out on these notifications before but the valet living folks were always apologetic and nice. Except for this person.

Still 2 years later and Im as satisfied as I have been since the day I moved in. I have nothing but good things to say about the Bridge at Heritage Creekside from the lemon-y clean elevators to the well stocked doggy defocation pickup stations peppered through the complex for convenience. First place Ive lived where they throw community events for the tenants. The grounds are always maintained and the maintenance/staff have always made me feel like a priority.Highly recommend this place if youre looking for affordable, nice, and quiet living.

This is a beautiful apartment complex. I was passing by it when it caught my eye and I thought I had to check it out. The staff were all professional and wonderful! This complex has beautiful and unique facilities. Olivia was able to find me 2 apartments that were ready for immediate move in (which was very important for me). The units we were shown were beautiful with stainless steel appliances and other gorgeous features. I looked at multiple other places, but the Bridge was the only one that stood out to me and met all my needs. I am so thankful to have been able to sign a lease here!

Moved in when they were brand new, great place to live. Lots of amenities in the buildings that work all the time. The grounds are well maintained and clean, as is everything else. The Valet Living service offers so much to help out with anything you need, cleaning, trash, laundry, pets and more.The staff here, Amy, Crystal and James, are the best in the business. They know their tenants by name and go out of their way to help. The only time I needed service was on my dryer, and it was fixed the same day.You cant go wrong living here, so much to offer at a great price!

I am a senior living at the bridge of Heritage Creekside Plano Texas. For the time I live here so far, I have only received outstanding maintenance service. When I have called there has always been an Timely immediate response. Nothing major but even for minor situations I have received immediate attention. On a certain occasion my smoke detector went into alarm and without me calling maintenance showed up and change the batteries. This is a service that goes beyond request and we are thankful for the consideration we have received since the time we lived here. And they have always been courteous and professional.💯

My wife’s friend at Smart City Apartment Locators told her about this place and I’m so glad he did! We checked it out and spoke to the helpful leasing agents, and signed our lease the same day. We had a few other options that we were comparing but this was definitely far from the competition. The community is beautiful, has a lot of facilities, and looks very well maintained. We’re very excited to move in in a few weeks and call this our new home!!

Everyone I spoke with during my initial research and then application process was extremely pleasant and friendly. The apartments are new (complex built early 2017) and they certainly feel like it. Construction quality didnt appear to be sub-standard, but Ive only looked at 2 models so far. I especially like that the shower heads are up high (not sitting at 5 feet). And while theyre not the absolute cheapest around, most apartments of that standard are right around the same price, and this one seems to go beyond what I saw at other locations as far as quality is concerned. Because of that, I think its an excellent value for what youre paying!

I recently started working with an apartment location agency to help me find a new apartment. The Bridge at Heritage Creekside was first on the list for me to visit, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! I met with Olivia who gave me a thorough tour of the amenities at the complex and through the model unit, which had gorgeous features and was very spacious. My second time visiting was to take measurements, and the staff was very accommodating and let me take my time going through making sure I got everything I needed. During both visits, I was met with exceptional service, and the girls at the office made sure that all of my questions were answered. I visited a couple other complexes in the area, but nothing compared to The Bridge. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting The Bridge if they are looking for a new apartment. I’m looking forward to calling The Bridge at Heritage Creekside home!

I was in Dallas for the Holidays and will be moving to this area in April.I started looking on line at possible cities and places to live and came across The Bridge at Heritage Creekside. I decided to go and take a look at the property on my way to the airport as it was only 10 minutes away from the hotel where I was staying. I walked into the leasing office and met Amber who is one of the leasing agents. It was a very cold day but Amber who was very pleasant and personable as well as knowledgeable braved the cold and showed me a number of different options that were available. The homes were absolutely beautiful and I immediately fell in love with the décor. Amber as well as the entire team made the approval process effortless and keep me informed every step of the way. Cant wait to move in to my new home! Also love the property amenities.

My current apartment search began and ended with The Bridge. The entire experience more than exceeded my expectations. I initially called and set my appointment with Deirdre. My first impression of her was fabulous on the phone. I was excited to meet in person and tour the complex. Deirdre made my priorities hers. It was very clear she was working all angles of possibilities, while sticking to a comfortable price for our budget. She went out of her way to not only answer my questions, but to lay out all options for us, and was timely in responding to emails. I made a couple visits to the complex, and Deirdre was patient and accommodating. Personally, I work in a similar field, and its refreshing to meet someone who is trustworthy, transparent, personable, and willing to go the extra mile(s) to make sure the customer is comfortable and their needs are being met. We wont be moving in until late July, but we are very excited and looking forward to being residents at The Bridge. I have already spoken highly of not only my experience, but the complex itself to some coworkers. I wouldnt hesitate to send anyone their way! Thank you Deirdre and The Bridge team!!

Fantastic apartment community. I’ve lived here a few months now and have never been so happy with an apartment home. The finishes of the apartment are beautiful and the location is great. The fitness center has great options that keep me from getting bored and I’ve enjoyed trying out the kickboxing machine. It has been so convenient to have my packages delivered inside my home (if you allow access with the Bluetooth locks) and the valet trash is always a plus! The hallways get a little dusty due to nearby construction and there are not key fob entry pads on stairway doors, but that would not keep me from giving less than 5 stars. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking for an apartment home.

Listen... I dont normally leave reviews, but I felt the need to for future residents. I have honestly loved my stay here and am saddened for having to relocate. The amenities are top notch and the kind you find in uptown Dallas areas. Location is just about as prime as prime can get! Easy access to highways and main streets make commuting the area a breeze. The monthly resident events really greatly bring the community together. Maintenance does an outstanding job tending to service calls and request by residents. If you are looking or even thinking about moving here... DO IT!P.S - When youre filling out your application enjoy one of those warm cookies for me :)

Absolutely LOVE living here .The location is right next to great restaurants such as Flying fish and Rodeo goat and so much more that are walking distance from the apartment! It even gets better, Tomthumb is within a 5 minutes drive.The leasing staff is always ready to help and extremely professional. If I could rate my experience higher than 5 I would. I arrived to the property about 30 minutes after closing time. I noticed someone sitting at the desk and the door was open so I walked in. I was greeted by a beautiful soul by the name of Amber S. I sat in front of her and apologized for coming in after hours. She assured me that all was well and that despite she was off work for the evening, she would be more than happy to assist. She showed me different 1 bedroom options, explained to me layout/color differences, and even offered insight on which layout would be best for my needs. Now this is where it gets SUPER GOOD....she popped open a cold beverage for me and even gave me a tour! Keep in mind, this is so beyond her hours of service (roughly 7pm). She shows me two different models and is very knowledgeable about her property and tenants. A tenant even comes along with us to answer questions from their point of view. After seeing the property, meeting current residents and hearing about the amazing offers I felt at home. The community (apartment layout, amenities, and people) paired with superb Chick-fil-A style customer service by management is a combination that couldnt be beat. I signed that night! If you are looking for luxury living with GREAT residents and management then this is your place. I promise you wont be let down.

I will be moving from South Texas to Dallas for a new job and needed to find an apartment that fit my budget. I visited Dallas for a few days and The Bridge was the first apartment I saw the first day. Although I knew I had more communities to see during my week, those other apartments had large shoes to fill.The gym, pool and clubhouse areas are great amenoties to have.I was very fortunate to have Amber assist me and give me a tour. She was courteous, super friendly and very knowledgeable about the units that were going to be available for the dates I needed. She made me very comfortable and I was able to ask all the questions that I had. I really hope that I can call The Bridge at Heritage Creek home one day.

Being a relatively newer apartment complex there are very few issues I cant think of.The management and valet living folks are very helpful and try their best to accommodate your requests.Unlike other communities, I wasnt charged absurd move out cleaning fees or anything like that.I would definitely recommend living here.

This place has been amazing. The front office has truly been great to work with. They are very attentive and I can honestly say they care. The maintenance guys are always helpful and they go out of their way to fix the problem. James the office manager is always super nice and any time I’ve had questions he is always happy to help. Great community and pretty calm neighbors. Amenities are also probably the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I lived here for a little over a year. The property is very clean, quiet and the office staff is great to work with. Maintenance was always quick to address anything we needed. Its also in a great location. Right next to Rodeo Goat and a short drive to the DART should you choose to use public transportation. Sadly we had to relocate due to work. Well miss this place.

My visit to The Bridge at Heritage Creekside in Plano was an awesome experience! The leasing consultant, Lauren was very pleasant and helpful throughout my tour! She answered all of my questions and concerns in regards to the noise level that I would experience while living there, which is minimal. I was extremely impressed by the sound barrier from inside the unit. The unit we toured faced the road and you COULD NOT hear any noise from the traffic until you literally opened the door to the patio (not exaggerating)! That was the most unbelievable part of my tour! I just could not believe how great the sound barrier was because I have never experienced that with any apartments I have lived in. These apartments have a nice interior design and everything is updated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

They say theyre pet friendly, just this week we got a waste basket And their lenses info clearly says 350$ non refundable pet fee with two pet limit. I received a call form one o the leasing agates about needed and extra 350$ deposit non refundable with 15 per met pet rent. Im no sure what the rent covers. Bc theres no pet bathing area.
