    Ive had the pleasure of living at The Beverly at Shadow Lake for a 1 year and it has truly been an exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the management team. They are always responsive to requests and genuinely care about making residents feel at home.The amenities are top-notch, with like a pool, fitness center, and activity center providing plenty of options for relaxation and recreation. My apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed with modern finishes. The layout is perfect for both entertaining guests and enjoying quiet time.

    Ive been living at The Beverly at Shadow Lake for 6 months and I couldnt be happier with my choice. The apartments are modern and well-designed, with plenty of space and natural light.     Iā€™ve been living here for 3 months so I can leave a solid review. So far so good. Iā€™ve made a couple of request done to my apartment and it was done in less than 48 hours.Very chill and quiet. Cordial/ friendly neighbors. Well kept and clean. The best & most respectful maintenance! The wildlife and the pond in front of the complex makes living here more tranquil. I wish there was a bench to sit at the pond.Lots of places to eat thatā€™s less than 5 minutes away.My only complaint is that I wish the staff would be a little more friendly.The times Iā€™ve came to the leasing office I was barely greeted. Thereā€™s no sense of urgency and some have nasty attitudes. Upon moving into my unit I was not given a tour and I had to find my mail box on my own. They donā€™t notify you when you receive a package. Overall my experience here has been great. It would be better if the staff was nicer.

    We moved in a month ago and we really like it. The units are clean and spacious. The whole complex is nice too, and is generally peaceful and tranquil. The gym is a decent size for an apartment gym. There are two pools, they both look nice but we havent been to them yet. The staff was very helpful during the move in process and made you feel very welcome. The only negative I can think of so far is the hallways could be a bit cleaner.

    I am new to the community, but this property is well kept and clean. The maintenance team is exceptional with speedy service request. I am a mother of an elementary school age child. The location of the Beverly being across the street from the school will provide convince. Management team are friendly and helpful too. All good things thus far. I have no intension of moving for a long while.

    Ive always loved this property, even before moving in. From inquiring about information about the property to becoming a resident, my whole process with the leasing team at The Beverly was entirely worry-free.The water features and wildlife enhance the overall scenery of this property and it is beautiful. The apartment I am renting fits my familys needs and we all are happy with choosing this complex as home.The leasing staff and maintenance crew are amazing to work with, you never have a complaint from them (well at least from me). They all work unified and respectfully and this work ethic is rare amongst many other apartment complexes in Houston.The property is well maintained, by the staff and the residents.If you are looking for a respectful, well-maintained, and noise-free environment, check out The Beverly at Shadowlake.

    I have lived here for a few years now! I absolutely love it! Great location, great shopping, great schools, everything is close in distance. The complex has great amenities that are offered to the residents. The office is very professional and helpful. The maintenance in the community have been here for years as well. The maintenance team are also fast and professional at solving your issues. If youā€™re looking for a home in the city this is the place.

    I have been a resident for two years now. The apartments are definitely worth the rent price. The renovated units are a nice upgrade! The property is quiet, staff helpful. I never have issues with neighbors, parking or safety. Only minor issue is Iā€™ve had to call maintenance to remind them about a request put in but they fix the issue right after. I would recommend this place.

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Beverly at shadow lake where Daphne and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my process was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Daphne greeted me with and and was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my entire process.Daphnes attention to detail and genuine care for my truly stood out. She was always available to answer any questions I had and went out of her way to ensure all my needs were met. Whether it was answering questions or bringing me to see a unit .Daphne was there every step of the way.Not only was Daphne exceptional, but the entire staff at the apartment was also incredibly accommodating and ready to assist. From the front desk staff everyone was friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had a comfortable experience.I cannot praise the staff enough for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this apartment .

    Iā€™ve been here 3 years, most likely will renew for another and i couldnā€™t be happier. Any issues are normally fixed promptly, the maintenance staff is excellent. Front desk is always helpful whenever I need them and the property usually always has something exciting going on to get residents involved. I do wish the pool in phase one had grills but the phase 2 pool does and overall both esthetics beautifully similar yet unique in their own ways. I love the gym just wished they would have had mirrors included when they did a remodel. I feel like the resident community is great for the most part everyone keeps to themselves, in the summer there is the hustle and bustle of children (we are situated between two schools) but they arenā€™t unruly on anything like that. The ducks are great, honestly my favorite part of the whole complex. I love seeing the little ducklings bein corralled by their mama or daddy ducks.

    Ive been living at Beverly at Shadow Lake for nearly two years. My first unit was a one-bedroom, which was very nice. I then upgraded to a two-bedroom, expecting an improvement, but I actually preferred the one-bedroom. Unfortunately, my car was stolen and broken into during my time here. Despite this, the front desk staff have always been helpful and friendly. Although Ill be moving when my lease is up, overall, its a great place to stay.

    I must admit that since the new management has taken over all of the issues I had before have been resolved. And to mention my rent didnā€™t increase when I renewed a few months ago. I love the upgrades and how quickly maintenance responds. Thank you for the 5 star service! My lease is due to be renewed in December and I will definitely be renewing.

    Iā€™ve lived here going on two years and have had nothing but the best experiences. I first lived on phase 2 in an older model and wanted an upgraded unit.     I recently moved to the property and staff is very polite on the front office . Maintenance request are completed promptly and the grounds keepers work hard to keep the community nice. If the community had security it would be perfect due to the car thefts and Pool parties weekly .Overall my moving experience was pleasant.

    The apartment is very nice and quiet , the neighbors are friendly, location is perfect and itā€™s not too far from downtown area. The staff is very helpful and respond in a quickly manner. The apartment move in was very easygoing. If you are looking for something nice and quite the Beverly is where you need to be located .

    Hello and good evening. I have been living here for about 2 and half years, and I have been happy with the facility and the performance of the staff. There was a brief rough patch when the management company changed. The staff handled the changes like Champs! If my friends and associates ask me for a recommendation, I will definitely refer the Beverly. 2 thumbs up.

    I was looking for apartments a few months ago and stumbled upon this place and knew it was a great fit. Clean and newly renovated apartments with plenty of space and updated appliances. Iā€™ve been here for a month and havenā€™t had any problems. Both pools are great and the staff is nice, friendly and helpful.

    Iā€™ve been a resident of the property for approx 4 years. Even with the change of ownership, the staff in the front office has remained polite and helpful. The few maintenance request that I have submitted were completed and within ann appropriate time frame and fulfilled to my satisfaction.They even have a private security firm that patrols the complex during the evening to ensure the safety of the residents.

    I toured at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Daphnee was exceptional with all the help she provided me and the community is welcoming, and safety is a top priority. Noise levels were minimal, and I felt right at home and this was just a tour.     I love living here at the Beverly at Shadow Lake. The staff (Chauntel, Nia Stacey, Precila,and Daphnee) are always helpful with whatever I need. They also communicate and get to know you outside of just being a resident, which I appreciate so much. The apartments are nice and spacious as well. The maintenance team is outstanding and always helpful when needed too. They keep the amenity areas taken care of, and they keep the landscaping up!!! Ive lived here right at a year and overall the staff, is friendly, and the location keeps me here. I would recommend anyone to stop by, take a tour, and sign a lease here.

    My experience with this complex goes all the way back to 2022 before Greystar took over. From the day I moved in everything was gorgeous inside the apt (which I still live in) minus some structural issues I mentioned on my move in sheet. During that time it was called the Ranch and things were well under renovation. Since then renovations have continued, water issues have been fixed faster and faster, and power outages happen less and less during storms. This actually is the only property ive found that their parking lot does not flood when it rains! NO roaches or rats here which to my surprise is a result of them being diligent about keeping dumpsters emptied regularly. There are alot of stray cats around but honestly thats everywhere lol. Gates work well and nights are peaceful here. Maintenance over the years has gone from Good to Great, and pets here are well behaved and kept on leashes for the most part. They even took my suggestion and got the leasing office fountain working again!! Staff is extremely professional and polite. They dont typically show apts when you ask to see one of a certain layout but honestly unlike other apartments you dont need to, You will like it lol. Only thing that could add would be amazon lockers but I will say they do a great job at package management and as far as my opinion goes, packages do not get stolen here so huge A+ for safety there. Monthly fees arent bad compared to other properties either. Honestly if you can afford around 1000ish for a 1bd what ur getting here you will not find anywhere else close to westheimer...trust me lol.

    I moved in beginning of new year, from the time i got here till now its been GREAT experience from maintance to the staff office EVERYONE has been very kind and friendly. Yes you have your normal issues moving in new apartment but the professional staff handled it .I can not express enough my sincere gratuide in being lovely place. Its walking distance to local business HEB, Walmart, numerious resturants ,etc.. The apartment for myself perfect with washer and dryer inside ,that alone is blessing . Lovely attach deck /patio which is large enough for table ,chairs ..The kitchen has modern appliances . Large bed room with walkin closet. Living room is perfect for myself single person . Bathroom is nice size with modern shower and sink. I have nothing but highest rating for Beverly at Shadow Lake. Yes i cant forget the common room ,fitness room. The pool is an common area which it should be this time of year theres going be activity . But everyone is respectable enjoying themselves . I rather see that then be in area where people are arguing and fussing. Plus they have nice play area for the young children . But dont take my word SEE FOR YOURSELF the spleandor of nature with ponds and ducks .

    I just had a great phone call with a lady name nia . I wasnā€™t too sure about moving to Houston to be closer to family but when it came to my living options here, she made sure to give me the FULL run down!! This apartment complex seems wonderful, and even if this doesnā€™t even end up being a certain option, she made the whole experience easy, and so welcoming!     Okay so Iā€™ve waited a few months to give this property a review in order for it to be authentic, genuine and true as Iā€™m a person who works in the apartment industry I find it extremely hard to find an apartment that I truly love because Iā€™m very particular about a lot of things however, mid main has proven to be an EXCELLENT PROPERTY . My leasing agent Nia did an amazing job taking care of all the small details that I needed wrinkled out the property manager Stacey is really easy to talk to and does an amazing job at keeping the resident activities lively! Chauntel the assistant works in silence but she does a great job at it, any problems you have he fixes them without hesitation and he does reach back out to you in a timely manner as I know the industry can be busy and overwhelming. The other leasing agents always try to help in the best way possible and there attitude is ALWAYS ON POINT. I am extremely happy and comfortable that I chose The Beverly at Shadow Lake as my home great job guys !

Good vibes all around.My only snafu is items on my move in list were never handled by maintenance since June however I can forgive this as they were in the middle of a remodel when I moved here and since then have changed names and management companies.Grounds seem to be well kept, only minor issues with pipes that cause the need to shut off water but they give you a heads up and repair it super quick...its TEXAS so minor flooding is expected lol.Wish there were more mixers for community events and the pond by the bull entrace was going again like before, but office is polite and clean and very responsive as of late. Only thing we need now are amazon lockers for packages lol.Eitherway, Overall 5 stars to me.
