This is only my 5th day in my new apartment, and I must say I’m loving it so far! My neighbors are super sweet, and the unit and environment are very cozy. The complex is in close proximity to some of my favorite spots in Dallas which is such a plus!!A special thank you to Andria; one of the best leasing agents I’ve worked with. She was able to get me approved the same day I applied, and she was very kind and knowledgeable throughout my process!

Andria has a great personality toward the applicants. She was great in answering our questions and had a fast response to all our questions. She made our hunt for our first apartment very easy and peaceful. She is an awesome person and we can tell she loves her job and is very polite with people. From the very start, we were greeted by an amazing young lady, Ms. Andria. There wasnt a question she couldnt answer, and I guessed that she had been there a long time. I asked her and it was only about a year. I really cant say enough about her. Smart, loving, knowledgeable, kind and the greatest of her attributes, is that she was genuine. THE Austin is truly blessed to have her.The Austin is beautiful. Its safe, secure, and very clean throughout its entirety. We helped my friend look at 3 different apartments, and came back the next day to look at The Austin again. Well, there Ms. Mordecai was again. We were greeted with a heart warming welcome, and we even all got hugs. She is absolutely precious. Her professionalism and knowledge of her facility was a big contributor to my friends decision. .I cant wait to go visit her so that I can visit with Ms. Andria again.

I’ve lived at the community for over a year now and I must say it started off a little rough with all of the construction going around. Completely out of the community’s control. I live facing the garages which is a whole other experience from facing a busy road. Haven’t had any troubles with the apartment, no bugs, etc. Alma does such a wonderful job at keeping the complex looking nice. The women in the office are so attentive and kind. I always deal with Karina, Brittany and Shalisha and they always show professionalism and care. They do such great jobs hosting community events and it truly shows they care. My only complain is I wish they had more equipment in the gym. :) Aside from that I would recommend friends and family to live here.

Just recently moved in and everything so far has been flawless. Andria hosted my family on a tour because I was living out of state at the time. She communicated with all of my family members and answered their questions while also communicating with me. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. The signing process was quick and she walked us through each step. Once close to move in she made the move in process very easy. She made sure my apartment was clean upon move in which was honestly so impressive because usually I deep clean regardless before I move in anywhere but this apartment was spotless. Andria goes above and beyond and I truly appreciate her for everything up to this point.

Been here for a year and I have no complaints. Safe, clean, and quiet. Yes there are the evident nuisances like the gate and elevators not working at times but the community itself is peaceful. There are always emails about these issues too. The workers — both maintenance and office staff are cool and prompt, especially Andria. I hope that the rent becomes a little more reasonable so that more people aren’t hesitant about experiencing this complex.

The online website pictures are True. We both agreed this was going to be our next home.Quenton (Office Staff) was so welcoming for our tour, answered each & every question I had. Our tour was quite impressive and his professionalism continues to this date.What can I not say regarding Shalisha (Property Assistant Manager)....She has been such a source of information and is always available when Ive needed her!!!She definitely follows through with any concern in a expedited timely manner...No games, No gimmicks have I encountered.Kathleen (Property Manager) is available & on point with the community!To sum it up....Im Very Happy with The Austin....The location gives you immediate access to Downtown Dallas, Interstates 30, 35, 45, 75, 114, etc...* BEST PLACE TO LIVE 💯

All though we have had our problems with the complex (nothing in the office’s control) we always get graciously helped by assistant manager Shalisha and manager Kashlee when she’s available. Even though they have a busy schedule they make time to help with our residential needs which is appreciated. Alma is part of the complex’s cleaning staff and she’s always so nice and I appreciate how clean she keeps the gym and other comunal areas.I will say, you will have different experiences based on what area of the complex you choose. We moved from the first floor to the 4th and it’s a whole new world. There’s construction going on in the back of the building (borger) so it gets pretty loud but we face the parking garage and the noise gets muffled. I would recommend this place to friends and just tell them to make sure not to live by the gates (they tend to slam) and if able to avoid 1st floor apartments. The apartments are decently sized and priced so no complains there, no bug problems etc. I wish they had more gym equipment but it’s got a decent amount of stuff. The pool area is great during the summer. Like anywhere you live, it comes with ups and downs that would even come with owning your own home. I feel some people expect a perfect community but that honestly doesn’t exist anywhere. Overall though I would recommend.

We moved in 3 months ago and so far its been pleasant. Had one issue with our front door key fob. It was reported to maintenance and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. We didnt know it needed a new battery🤷🏽‍♀️. Thats minor. Coming from a different state, this square footage apartment would cost you an arm & leg to pay rent for. So far, we are happy we made the decision to move here. We communicate with management often just to build a relationship. As you should as a resident. We are SATISFIED with The Austin of Trinity Greens.

I have been living here for a year in January and overall I am happy with changes I have seen. The new Managment team is so helpful and you can tell they care about the property and the residents. While kashlee, shalisha, quenton, and Andria do their best to maintain the property and make it a nice place to live some of the resident here just do not care and do not do their part to maintain the community. The area overall is up and coming but the location of the austin is a great central location. Thank you again to the austin management for all you do.

I just moved in last week and so far my experience has been really great! Trish is leasing is super accommodating and has even helped residents outside of business hours. The facilities are nice. The location is great and the pricing is pretty decent around this time of year (fall/winter). The only suggestion Id like to make this far is that I wish the apartments had more lighting. My living room doesnt have a central light or ceiling fan but overall nice place to stay!

We moved in almost two years ago and through the property management change, were still happy to be here. We loved the leasing office people when we first moved in and were nervous about the new team coming in. Our nerves were calmed when Zelda joined. She is the sweetest and friendliest person in the leasing office. She goes out of her way to get to know the residents and makes everyone feel welcomed and heard. Shes always available if you need anything too. Even better, she loves on our pup and he literally looks forward to seeing her every day. When we walk through the leasing office after hours, he tries to pull towards her desk to find her!

It’s Kashley and Quincey for me. With the climate of how things are going in society, the Austin at trinity Green caught me before I fell and has been here ever since. THIS is West Dallas…so understand what part of town you’re in. This is a safe community period. A great elementary school in the area is uplift preparatory heights. I’m a stickler for a good good so you can’t get one over on me! It’s a pass! GREAT PLACE FOR SINGLE MOTHERS. Great place for cultured ppl. It’s a melting pot and I love it. I have NEVER had a leasing agent like Kashley in my years of living in apartments. And I’m not just saying that. I DARE you to take that ride and see what you’re capable of. IT ALL STARTED with a drive over here on my lunch break. I am so happy I did. You get what you pay for. Amenities are amazing. ME AND MY DAUGHTER ARE FOREVER GREATFUL. We LOVE IT. ❤️

I honestly don’t know where to begin. We were passing through the area, and got a last minute tour by the incomparable, Zelda. Her interactions with you are genuine, and you can tell she has a true connection with people. She’s truly like a kindred spirit! You don’t really find customer service like that anymore, and I’m glad we came across her.The property is absolutely AMAZING! In an up and coming area, but you’re so close to everything. Trinity Groves is right up the road and downtown is about 10-15min away. Very unique complex setup, and you can tell they care about their tenants.The unit we were shown was a 2 bedroom which was immaculate for us. Enough space along with the modern feel. Our lease is up in September, but we’re strongly considering paying to leave early!

I had an amazingly pain free experience with Danielle at the Austin. In fact every staff member had such a high level of customer service. They looked to find me the best option and floor plan within my price range. The ease of the application process and signing of my lease was astonishing to me. I am going through a hard time in my life and it was comforting to secure a new place and be treated so great. I am in love with the floor plan and style which is comparable to a condo I almost signed a lease on but was MUCH more expensive. I am also thankful that Smart City Apartment locators assisted me in locating this GREAT property!

I cant possibly say enough good things about The Austin at Trinity Green. The only apartment complex over my years where I know I’ll be resigning my lease. The apartments have a great look and modern amenities, everything is visually beautiful overall. The leasing office is extremely attentive to the needs of its residents (and their fury children) and truly put them first. Maintenance always address any issues that may arise with the utmost urgency. In addition, The Austin has fostered a true sense of community among its residents by hosting parties that bring the residents together. If you want to live close to downtown yet have peace and quiet – you’ve found the right place. Ive truly had the best experience living at The Austin.

Hi everyone. I really dont think these one star ratings are fair. the property is great, the apartments are beautiful, and management is responsive. my husband and I love it. we love the open layout, all the shelves and the desk area. my absolute favorite is the washer and dryer in the closet. i dont know why other have the washer and dryer in the kitchen,.. great design. of course, there will always be issues here and there but it is an apartment complex where many other people live. no one can have full control over everyone but i do feel team does well at being responsive.

I have lived here at The Austin at Trinity Green for at least 3 months now and I love it. Even though the neighborhood can be sketchy at times BUT TONS of new homes like David Weekly and Megatel Homes are taking over. The Austin Apartment itself is very nice. The units are gorgeous with built in desk area, spacious living area, TONS of cabinets space and my favorite... the bathroom tiles. We have a little small yard just enough for my small dogs. The property has a great infinity pool that is open 24 hours, decent gym (even though I dont use it) great amenities and tons of parking spaces. The staff is very nice. I havent had the chance to meet all of them but Kay, John and especially Haden are great people. They are fast, courteous, friendly and cool people to spark a conversation with. I have lived in various complexes both here in LA and Dallas and I have to say, Austin Apartments is on my list as one of my faves!

I just moved in recently. The staff is very pleasant and helped make the moving process very easy and helped me with any concerns I had. The apartments themselves are gorgeous! I havent explored all the building amenities but the gym also looks really nice. The only problem is that there is a very loud train nearby that blares its horn throughout the day AND NIGHT. I dont mind it during the day, but if youre a light sleeper like me this could be a problem.

My wife found this place two years ago and loved it! so she made me move with her. I can honestly say I am pretty happy. Pam has a wonderful repour with my wife and she loves that! and sarah handled our lease extention so well! it was a bit of transition when the new management came in. however that is not their fault!!! any company or business has had to go threw some hick ups when transitioning or being bought out. so I ask those who are deciding please make your own opinion before reading about how terrible the new management was. Me being a business man myself! it is a challenge taking over someone elses stuff. and people are set in their ways. but you know what they have made huge accommidations for the residents here. ignore the new staff is horrible reviews cause they are amazing and I know Pam has been doing this for 25 plus years! you are in great hands!
