Staying at the Arden has been a blessing. I have been here for almost a year and it has been great. Three swimming pools, laundry room, onsite security, nothing could be better. The apartment office staff has been super friendly and easy to work with. I love Eddie, Maribel, and Dolores. My electric bills have never been this cheap before. My AC is ice cold and my heater works great. Water quality is good and always have hot water. Maintenance fixes my work orders next day/same day and my stuff is always very well taken care of.

Very nice and quiet apartments. Units were recently renovated and the interiors are spacious and I love the layout. The office staff is very friendly, if you come to check out the complex ask for Erika, she has helped me since the day I toured the property all the way through. Every question and concern, she has gone exceptionally out of her way to give the answers or solutions to said concerns. She truly cares and will work with you to find the best apartment that suits your needs and budget.The Arden truly excels in staying competitive in the prices to make your stay affordable for the space that you need, even the townhomes were greatly priced compared to other complexes.Maintenance is very quick to get unforeseen issues that may arrive. You submit a maintenance request ticket at any time in the online portal and maintenance will show up within a day to promptly get it resolved.The office often times has community events like pizza parties or snacks periodically as a way to give back to the community here.I am very happy here, I don’t see bugs either. Once again, if you plan on checking out the complex, ASK FOR ERIKA! She will happily assist you in finding your perfect apartment.Ohh and the complex doesn’t require a deposit!!

I want to start off by saying that this is my first experience at renting an apartment, and Im not a young person at all. Here is what Ive got to share. From my first visit and tour all the way up until move in day have I ever run into a group of people that literally made me feel like there main goal was making sure that every question or concern that I had was answered and explained to my complete satisfaction and understanding. Even after moving in the few small things I needed taken care of wee done immediately. You would think with such prompt and attentive care given by maintenance again makes you feel like your the only one living here. Which you know your not. Even after moving in and being here if I have to stop by the office and am always greeted with a big smile and a welcoming hello, and how can we be of assistance to you today. There is never a question or concern that does not receive the utmost attention. Every single step getting into my apartment was done with extreme professionalism and care anybody could ask for, and where there seemed to be an obstacle they didnt stop to find and make a way for me to be able to get the exact apartment I wanted. I have to give the biggest shout out to one of the best office teams I have ever had the privilege of working with Angie, Lenola,Erica,and Eddie. All I want to say to all of you is that you could have not chosen a better career path. I tell you the way you all deal with newly interested and existing tenants is a force to be reconed with. You let nothing stand in the way of making sure that every single person your path crosses with is made to feel like they are the only person in the room and their satisfaction takes top priority on you list. So to whomever is reading this please know the apartments are amazing. They are very clean, very well maintained and a security team that works around the clock to assure that you live in peaceful and secure environment. If youre looking STOP. You just found the perfect place to call HOME.

Furthermore, the move it date was perfect. Marquez took time and was very kind and patient with me and Stephen answering any question we had. We been here a couple days now and the community and neighbors are super sweet, loving it so far. THANK YOU GUYS

I wanna thank the manager Ms Maribel and assistant manager Ms Bella both ladies handled my issues with care and in a timely manner meant a lot to me. To know Miss Maribel has been here two months and trying to fix all the mistakes from the previous manager is amazing and the plans she has for the complex are wonderful with safety in mind I have been here almost 4 years and this is the best team so far!

All of the staff at Arden are amazing. They make sure that their tenants are are put first and anytime you have a problem with your unit they come fix it immediately. Eddie is a hard worker he is good person and take pride in his work ( way to go you and Marquez) And I love the way they always have something for the residents and the kids here. It is like a big family here…. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!

Living here for the past 3 months I have seen this place do a COMPLETE 180. They are holding people accountable for the way they conduct themselves. There is 24 hour surveillance that I have seen myself! Inoperable vehicles will be towed away so the property looks a lot nicer! I havent heard any loud music from neighboring residents at all! Obviously you can tell there is a NEW MANAGER and her name is DAVINA. She is very efficient and assertive. The application process is also taken into careful consideration ..this weeds out the bad apples and makes it a much nicer place to live. Maintenance is addressed expeditiously! Pools Stay clean as well! This is a big one for me. I will say that when I first moved here in March I was utterly disappointed but now I can say that I am proud to live at The Arden Cypress Station. Thanks to everyone for the effort!

Here’s a great place to live. My fiancé and I found this place by accident, if I’m being honest. When we walked in to get more information, we came in at a great time with a great deal for us moving in. From there on out, we can’t really complain. Great management team, who are understanding and patient as well. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, try here :)

Review:I want to thank and recognize the management of The Arden at Cypress Station, especially manager Angie, for their professionalism and commitment in solving the plumbing problem that was affecting my apartment (H1) and the surrounding common areas.During months of waiting and multiple reports, I had not received any real solution to this problem. However, it was only when Angie came to manage the company that I was finally given a response and the situation was resolved. From the moment he became aware of the problem, he did everything possible to help me, listening carefully to my case and seeking an appropriate solution. Although he was initially unclear on how to proceed, his genuine interest and willingness to solve the problem made the difference.Thanks to their management, the necessary equipment was sent to repair the drain and measures were taken to control pests, significantly improving the quality of life in the community. And although the plumbing fixes did not solve the situation 100%, she gave me another option by offering me another place to live within the same condo. This type of leadership and dedication is what makes a place truly a home and makes tenants feel heard and valued.I greatly appreciate the efforts of Angie and her team, and I hope they continue this attitude of service to the residents.
