This community itself is fantastic! I was really impressed with the amenities like the fitness center, pool, and pet-friendly atmosphere. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with during my apartment search. He was incredibly patient and polite throughout the entire process, showing me multiple units with a smile and answering all of my questions thoroughly. He clearly cared about finding me the perfect place to call home and made the entire experience enjoyable. He made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire process . I highly recommend working with Chris!

Since the new management took over I have seen a huge improvement. Anytime I come into the office the staff are friendly. I met the manager Courtney and she is so kind. She was able to assist me on a few concerns I had with the old management. Thank goodness Courtney and her friendly staff are here now.

Great residential place and community. Love that the houses are surrounded by trees. My puppy is excited for his walks on the trail. The Leasing and maintenance team are quick at resolving any requests.

Ive lived here for almost 8 years and love it. Ive never even seriously considered leaving. I had never missed a payment in these 8 years and they really appreciate that. Right now, Im in a financial crisis situation with all of this Covid stuff, but they are giving me leeway and understanding of my situation even though Im behind on my rent for the first time ever. BTW, please dont call the office and tell them you deserve the same level of benefit of the doubt and trust, too. Ive proven it for 8 years. They can only give you as much leeway as youve earned with consistent payments over a reasonably long time. Also, the head maintenance guy is super helpful, efficient and on top of things, and is very friendly while doing it all. Kudos and thank you to this staff and this organization. Wow! Sounds like Im doing a commercial for them. Or maybe I should get some referral money. LOL But Im serious. Ive never felt so blessed to be a part of any community.

I absolutely love my new apartment! Stuart helped me secure my apartment while I was out of town. He was very professional and made the process super easy! Once i arrived the staff in the front office was very friendly and welcoming. When I walked into the apartment it was even better than I imagined. It was very clean and the floor plan has a home feel and very spacious. The location is perfect! Easy access to two main highways (35 and Mopac), eating places, and all of your shopping needs.

I have lived here for a few years. Staff are nice they have watched my son grow up and engage with him and make him feel safe to talk to them at anytime. That is very important to me. Close to my sons school and my job, love the area. Have had some great neighbors and only one bad one and still have her next to me, very hateful lady. Maintenance workers are always nice and prompt with fixing the go that break. Want more handicapped accessiblity as I have bad knees and cant walk up stairs and I know of others that will need that accessible access. Parking is okay, noise is not a problem. Wish they were bigger apartments, I have had a rat come in from inside the wall and I had to get rid of it myself. Bugs all the time. I thought it was me but found out its not me. Will I renew my lease that is still up in the air I really love my sons school and the area and how safe it is for him so if the rent is not hiked up on my next lease there is a good chance I will be staying.

Office staff is super friendly and attentive to needs. Maintenance responds to requests almost immediately. I was able to move in within a few days after applying and got my $150 in coupons for Spruce! They are awesome! 😎 Plus, nice place to live.

Me and my fiance moved in recently and Rachel made it the easiest move in that we could have asked for! So far the maintenance team has been incredible and we havent had any complaints, the rent was very well priced and we are hoping to stay here for a while while we save for our wedding next year! So we are hoping the rent increase is modest and we dont have to move within the next year, thats proof of how good the living arrangements are here!

Rent price on the system hasn’t been updated for weeks, maintenance couldn’t fix the shaky door handle.Update on Apr 8:After 2 weeks, the rent now has been updatedWhen I tried to install the bidet for my restroom, the shutoff valve was old and broken, but the maintenance manager (Chris) has been able to change the new one with one hour of maintenance request from the system. Dont know if they will charge me for that but so far it is a nice place to stay.

When I came to The Arbors I was attracted to the layout of the apartment and the first thing that stood out was the beautiful modern floor. All my appliances were new and working properly when I moved in. The office personnel were helpful with the application process and the maintenance team did an amazing job with the bathtub finishes. I was happy to find a home and felt like it was my lucky day. I had found a needle in a haystack and said bingo this feels like home! I didnt realize that days later the discovery of the trail nearby would be the greatest surprise of all.

I have no complaints! The property is nice and quiet. The maintenance are crazy fast and do a great job. The location is good, and there are miles of walking trails accessible from the property. It’s a great place to live.

This is a great place to live in. The maintenance staffs are super helpful. One time I needed to move a heavy furniture from point A to point B. Sean offered to give me a hand. He was doing something else but give help to me right away. Thanks Sean.

I have been living here for almost two years now, and I gotta say, its one of the best places to live. Anything wrong, broken or not working properly will always be fixed same day, plus the staff is super friendly and eager to help in any way. You wont regret

I Love it here already I love my new place and the atmosphere here.....After staying there for almost a year there where things already going wrong with the apartment such as no ac thru out the whole summer my son was only a few months old the pipeline busted which led to water leakage on the floor. So we couldnt get cool air only at nights.... Mold all over the refrigerator which led to some of us getting sick more so me than anybody else the Dr told me my system was shutting down and had my husband not convinced me to go to the hospital the night before when I was breathing really hard and seeing white spots up at the sealing.... The Dr said a couple days later you wouldnt have made it.... My system was starting to shut down and I was hooked up to every iv they had in the hospital... I was there for 3 days getting myself back together and still ended up with a eviction on my record and I have the proof to prove it smh.... Thats when the old property manager was there in 2015 it was alot more going on with that apartment even tho I had work orders pics and etc to prove it was the worse place ever.......

Helpful staff with a nice layout. Quaint floor plans and a nice park and green belt just out back. Some of the stairways are poorly engineered. Bad angles and unnecessary facades.
