If you are moving to Austin with kids, looking to rent, this is the place for your family. These apartments are zoned in one of the best school districts, has an amazing play area inside the gated community and is very close to any shopping needs. The pool is cleaned and maintained in summer and kids enjoy it. The playarea is packed with kids on the weekends and you dont worry about entertaining or keeping them engaged at home. The community drive way also fulfills your morning/evening walk needs and you will notice a lot of community walking. The fitness center is decent enough to keep youself in shape. The management has been responsive and has been fulfilling the service requests promptly. A tidbit, majority of the community is Indian.

I moved yesterday. The dishwasher didnt work. When I ask in leasing office the response was that they will try to fix it by Monday. As they also wash their vessels by hand they want me to wash in my hands and they dont want to fix it. The dishwasher started leaking and left my kitchen floor wet. The apartment was not in condition when I turn on dryer it was throwing hot air and dust all over the pantry. I didnt get good experience on move in. Shower is not working too. A simple checklist would have made my move in experience good.Update:The maintenance came and fixed all the issues on Monday morning. When you move in with kids, Make sure you inspect it on a weekday and get maintenance to fix all major issue. The apartment is old and would need inspection. Great schools and good location.

Just moved in two days ago and we’re so glad to be here. I’d rate 5 stars to the staff, the complex, and the apartment itself. Monica has been incredibly helpful through the entire moving experience, she responds to emails promptly with great information. Andrea was also a huge help and sent me photos of my unit before we got there so we could plan.The staff here is phenomenal, the neighborhood is clean and near lots of parks! Also a couple blocks from the grocery and on-ramp for the highway.Thank you Monica!

I just moved here a week ago... Monica from the leasing office was very helpful and showed lot of patience in answering all my questions as the entire leasing process was went on line only due to the new normal situations. Instructions were very clear and I was able to setup the utilities with ease. Post move-in, I found the apartment was in a very clean condition and the minor observations were fixed in no time. I see lots of kids playing freely in the big courtyard which makes me think the place is very safe and family friendly. Thanks to all maintenance and office staff for their professionalism in responding to issues...The only issue I m encountering is with the recycle trash picking guys as I kept the card board boxes outside the door for recycle trash pick up and they are still sitting there only for the past couple of days...

Living in Terrazo has been a good experience with all facilities nearby and good schools. The staff is very supportive and the maintenance person George was very helpful in looking into all complaints patiently and helped fixing them. Thank you!

Monica help us since the day from apartment tour and provided all the information about the neighborhood and taught about school district.Monica was so helpful in all the matters with all the questions on maintenance requests.Im pretty much happy with the service provided, since the day move-in and all other maintenance requests which are provided later period of ti,e.The experience was really good and the apartment was in great condition.I highly recommend living here and its easy access for library and groceries shops.and friendly neighborhood for kids and adults.

Management was very knowledgeable and helpful while we were looking for places to live down there. We ended up not making the move but wouldve been happy to move in there. Place was really nice. There was a notable lack of shifty hobos living in camps, which was nice. We dont like hobos.

Pros:The apartments are well maintained.A big lawn in the center which doubles as safe play area for the kidsEasy to deal with management.Cons:The pool is small and crowded most of the times.Maintenance requests can sometimes be slow

The staff is very professional and has always responded to all of my requests in a timely manner. I love the location; right off 183, close to the Arboretum, excellent school district, near the toll road, close to dozens of restaurants, near bus routes and in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds are well kept and a valet trash service is offered. It was even named property of the year. Yes, it is pricey, but all things considered there is value in living at Terrazzo.

I really loved living here for one year. Its great for kids to play in the courtyard and its close to everything for LME and Westwood. Rents are really high here compared to the surroundings, thats the only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars.

What a beautiful property. Love the green space and wide parking area. Miss Alexandria was very helpful and informative on answering all my questions while viewing the apartments and grounds. Shame I got a job on the other side of town instead. I was looking forward to living here.

Terrazzo apartment is located in a good elementary school and middle school district. Apartment quality is above average with adequate parking. Some of the furnishings are below average e.g. toilet sink tend to show signs of rust, kitchen cabinets and countertops are of cheaper quality. Corridors at first floors are subject to heavy foot traffic and are often times dirty. We did find small cockroaches on and off in the kitchen and laundry areas.With time you get use to it. Stores and public library are within walking distance, which is a plus. Living ar Terrazzo is okay and at times good.

Courtyard is very nice place for kids. My kids enjoyed too much. Office staff is good but maintenance staff is also good, but some time behave very rude. Most of the time in a year gate is broken.
