I had a fantastic experience touring Stone Creek , thanks to Lucia at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the apartments, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm.Lucia took the time to show me around the amenities, explaining everything in detail, and I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. Her friendly and professional attitude made the whole process enjoyable.If you’re considering a visit, I highly recommend asking for Lucia—shes great!

Camila is pleasantly helpful! She was my first point of contact and followed through with all of my questions and requests that made applying & moving in a breeze. I applied during a holiday weekend so there was a delay and some gaps in communication but all of my concerns were immediately handled. The maintenance staff is also quick and efficient as all of my move in requests were handled in less than 12 hours, very impressive. I’m loving the management so far…I look forward to having a positive renting experience with Stone Creek at Old Farm .

I’ve been looking for a new place to live and it hasn’t been going well. But this place has gone above and beyond in making me feel welcomed and as if I’m already living there and I’m part them.They are so nice and inviting and Lucia was so sweet to answer all of my questions and concerns she was also so patient with me since I’m a freak when it comes to safety, rules and all that stuff because I have kidos. I did find out by a friend that this was new management and let me just tell you I would love to be part of this community.

Wonderful environment, I had a lot of help viewing the property and I believe her name was Camila, she walked me through and answered questions or concerns I had and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. 9/27/23 Update- Since Ashley took the manager position, we have seen the interest they put into the residents to keep us happy and comfortable. Little by little I know that she will make a big change. Right now I feel happy and comfortable in my apartment. The price is affordable for how spacious my townhome is. Thank you Ashley for getting this property out of the hole. Maintenance is friendly at all times.When I first went, Taylor the community manager behaved exceptionally, very attentive. I was impressed with the way she treated me and my family we felt so good, but since I began to live everything became a nightmare. I am a resident who all I want is for my things to be fixed and to move on, but to this day I have felt that neither she nor the regional has cared. It is very sad and frustrating😔The photos that I just attached are just the minimum of everything that the apartment has. NOT to mention that I cannot leave food defrosting because cockroaches get inside the packages😔I hope that even someone from corporate who cares about their residents can take the time and give me a call. Thank you

I love the staff here. Taylor and Ashley are awesome. There has not been a time when I needed help or something needed attention and my requests were ignored. They are very efficient with responses and actions being taken that need to be addressed. I will say that they are the controlling factor of my choice to stay here. The maintenance crew is great. Whenever I have an issue they will fix issues to prevent other issues from occurring in the future. They are friendly and so polite. I cannot say enough about how I appreciate the care and attention that I receive from the staff at Stone Creek.

The place is actually pretty well kept and nice/neat. The maintenance team seems competent. The managing staff seem complacent and oblivious. If you want to be left alone and be in a small community this might be the place for you. Just be ready to deal with the office essentially ignoring you unless you really ram your problem down their throats. Ive called the front office about a dozen times over the last two weeks and Ive never had my phone call answered. Phone calls will be sent to voicemail. If you want something done you just have to drop by the front office a few times until you actually find someone and then bother them. I moved in during the last 60 days and it was quite a chore getting in contact with the front office staff.

We lived in this complex for over than two years. When we moved in BH Management took over and everybody started leave a bad reviews, but management is great. They keep complex clean and safe. All our maintenance requests are completed super fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complex is a little bit off Westheimer which make it really quite and you don’t really have some random people around. I Highly recommend the Stone Creek at Old Farm.

This is definitely a wonderful community. I feel very safe and secure as well. There are a lot of great restaurants and grocery stores near by. I would stay here as long as I could . I have been living here for 3 months and I wanted to take the time to experience coexistence in the condominium, so I could have a solid opinion of the place. I must say that the welcome and attention from the moment I arrived was exceptional. Both guys are very cordial and professional. Sergio assisted me throughout the entire start-up process, and I must say that he is a great person, very patient, charismatic and with great mastery of the activity he carries out. He was able to accommodate our need for space and get us the apartment that fit us. Otherwise, so far everything works very well. I have had maintenance problems with the bathroom counter and the kitchen microwave and everything was solved shortly after I reported it. I have visited the offices for questions and the treatment I have received has been the same as the first day, the other guy and Sergio always with a big smile and willing to give the attention that is needed.Otherwise, the condominium is quiet, the surroundings remain clean, the pool is a place where you can enjoy a good free time in a beautiful, clean and pleasant environment, the maintenance staff is respectful and friendly, it is the place where you can arrive late at night. night and enter your home feeling the calm that is breathed here. Because you have security personnel doing rounds in the parking lot. Until now and for the time I have been living here, I feel very happy with my apartment and with the place. I am sure that it was a good choice among the many options that we considered before moving. a stone creek at old farm. I give it 5 stars. And my sincere thanks to Sergio for so kindly helping us with the entire application process. The condo is good and it is even better that they have someone like Sergio in customer service!
