    I Love the apartments they have been very good to me and the administration have been very nice and understanding through out my time with them. I been living in these apts over 7 years now going on 8 years, so I have nothing but great things about the apartments. Plus or a bonus they have beefed up security with DPD on site and security cameras for safety and things have been a lot better. If you want a place to raised your family and feel safe Sterlingshire Apartments are excellent place to start.Oh yea they have Elevators another bonus.Just remember you have to start somewhere and Sterlingshire is the place to start your beginning.

    I came in to look for an apartment and was helped my a young lady name Deja. She was super nice and friendly, helped me out the best she could and kept me laughing. I wish more leasing offices had someone with her attitude. Thank you so much for help!!!

    The leasing agent Dee was professional and kind, answered the questions I had at the time. After the tour it we did play phone tag a bit but I understand we all get busy.

    I like the amenities for disabled please owner gwt me my apartment. I cant update my application because ur system has a malfunction i need to move asap. Im disabled tho. Need to know in advance.     I want to leave a review in regard to Ms. Deja Daniels GREAT ASSISTANCE!!! Definitely worth 10 stars…Deja was very patient with me, she guided me through every step that was needed in order for me to get approved. She was very nice and kind towards me and she is very open, understanding and definitely was a tremendous help. I just got approved for my apartment and God knows this is truly a Major Blessing, Thanks To Deja Daniels I completed everything I needed to be completed!!! These Apartment Homes are very beautiful and right by schools and daycares which makes it even more better for me. Thanks To Deja Daniels and The Whole Sterling Apartment Homes Management Team for helping those in need of a place to live…I Highly Appreciate This Opportunity May God Bless You All 🙏🏽

    I moved here a couple a weeks ago and so far so good. Mrs. Dee was my leasing agent from start to move-in. The property management is very understanding and very responsive. Had a couple of minor issues that got attended to in a very proper time frame. I LOVE IT HERE!!!

Also I like to thank Erica for welcoming me on property making me feel home and answering any questions that I had on my second step of my application process.     The absolute only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Michelle. She has helped me tremendously in my continued residency at Sterlingshire. If I have an issue she is quick to look for a solution to resolve it. I appreciate her dedication to ensure all issues are addressed appropriately. As for the community, it could use some work. In my opinion, some of the people that are able to reside in the community are questionable. The apartment complex has potential, however if there arent some changes made (rather soon) they will be complete slums. People are smoking in the elevators, trashing the community, not keeping watch of their children, and have a blatant disrespect in all aspects if being a decent neighbor. I am quite familiar with this neighborhood and saw they were trying to make a change by the new apartment complex and the school and thought to give it a try by becoming a resident. I keep saying that this was a mistake, however I want to hope it is not. Better choices should be made by both management as well as the residents of this community. The hood does not have to be the hood if we choose to make better choices as a people. We could have a voice when there is police brutality and unfairness. With the continued ignorance Ive observed in just this apartment community alone makes me sad as it seems somethings will never change.Michelle is a diamond to Sterlingshire and should be awarded for her hard work and dedication.Thank you Michelle!!!!!!

    I want to first say, that the staff here are excellent. The apartments are nice inside and out, and maintenance thus far (I havent had an issue), they keep the grounds clean despite the many litterers here that just leave trash, and junk in the halls. I could not give 5 stars, because like many apartments, the floors are thin, and I can hear my neighbors upstairs every movement, which would annoy anyone who lives by themselves. Also the bedrooms are really small, I can barely fit my queen size bed in the master bedroom, so just imagine having a king size, plus a dresser, they could have added another foot to the master bedroom, and made that bathroom smaller. I mean the bathrooms here are bigger than the bedrooms; really!? Lastly some of the tenants and their guests need to be patient when trying to get into the gates, they literally will try to race to the gates, I saw a person bump the main gate, trying to beat it before it closed (it had closed all the way) you dummy! I dont want keep paying $xxx amount of rent for you come and break stuff, so cut the _ out with the gates please.

    WOW I came in a few months ago wasn’t even greeted I just felt such a despair in the office with the ladies especially the lady in the second office. When I went today oh my God I was greeted at the door the manager stood up spoke with me gave me all the information I needed I mean I’m convinced great customer service was designed based on the new manager there I am highly impressed and I cannot wait to lease my new home

    I currently drive trucks and want to move here after I get about 6 months over OTR experience under my belt. This is an ideal location for me because I grew up nearby off of Bruton/Peacthree.My question though, are the apartments safe so far? As far as property crime goes? Any break ins? Or Car burglaries? I drive past a couple of times and they look pretty quiet and cool and beautiful so far.

    Love the people in the office. I love how theres 24hr Security. Pet friendly and gated. A pretty environment and very quiet ❤ and 2 schools right across the street.
