As far as my experience Im close to a year of living here and it has been overall very pleasant!Units are spacious, its quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. I would like newer appliances and better communication from the maintenance team. Other than that Im very pleased.

Living here going on 2 years in August LOVE everything about my apartment. Everyone is to themselves, management and maintenance are on top of things anytime I need a work order done. Great communication. Only problem I have is I have a 5 year old and 1 year old twins neighbor complains about everything instead of asking me what’s going on or trying to understand my situation as a SAHM of 3. They are quick to write you a lease violation. I don’t think that is right simply because I have children. Rent is always paid on time and over all we are great tenants. But overall I will definitely be here for a while thank you St.Andrews for making us feel safe and welcomed

My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving to Texas and needed to hit to the ground running in finding a suitable place. Especially one that would allow our dog. This is it! The management team was super accommodating of our quick turnaround time, they were communicative and patient for any and all questions we had. Tyler, Rebecca, and Alondra, thank you for all of you have done to make this a smooth process for us. Although we are new tenants, I am pleased with the great experience we have endured thus far.

My family has lived at St Andrews for almost two years now and love it! We lived in some scary apartments before moving here, and havent had a single problem since! The manager Michelle is great, the office staff is always very nice. The maintenance staff is so fast and efficient at getting anything fixed. I love that the apartments all have alarms and that its gated. We have lived in two different units (we moved into a bigger one when we had a child) and havent had any issues with noise or neighbors. Our neighbors are all very nice! Overall its a very quiet community, which we are all about. They have food trucks that come every week and occasionally do fun movie nights in the pool. They just remodeled the gym and its great, and open 24/7! The pool is gorgeous!

Rent was great when we first moved there. Staff is always getting better and even after I moved we got someone to help us get our full security deposit back (they originally thought we had skipped a bill). Facilities are decent with option of in-unit W&D or on-site laundry area that you can pay for. There is also a small gym that isn’t that busy even right after work - last I went they had a couple of ellipticals, a couple of bikes, and a freight weight section. I’m not big on swimming , but other residents liked their pool area especially in the summer. There is a huge park just a short drive away and neighbors mostly keep to themselves and are quiet. Only issue we had beside the rent going up was the strong smell of weed every weekend around our building - not sure if the other buildings had the same issue.

Ive lived in this community before, and it was my first choice when I moved back to the area. Both staff and maintenance are great. Always greet you with a smile and helping hand. Issues, both maintenance and office, are addressed in a very timely manner, and even go the extra mile for slightly out of the norm requests. The grounds are well groomed, which tells me they care about making our surroundings as comfortable as possible. Id recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Best apartments in Arlington. I’ve lived here a little less than a yr but my experience here at St. Andrews has been top notch. In the summer our AC went out and the maintenance girl arrived in less than an hr with window ac units & the issue was fixed in less than 2 days!Every time I go to the office Wade and everyone in the office is super helpful, friendly and professional. (They have NEVER misplaced a package like at other communities I’ve lived at). They also throw community events which always have good food and aren’t too overbearing. (They had a taco truck a few months ago)Plus the pool is always very clean and not too crowded.

We have lived at St. Andrews for almost 2 months and have had the best apartment experience ever thus far. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful and Kayla knows who I am and greets me by name every time I come into the office. They are currently painting and updating the outsides of the units which is nice and the pool/grill area (which we use often) is always clean and not crowded.

I just signed a lease with this apartment complex and I must say the office staff is incredible! Extremely friendly and very professional. My roommate and I had a complicated situation with trying to apply because I am here in Texas and she is still in Hawaii and the staff did everything they could to make it as easy as possible for us. Rather than having us go in to apply they emailed us both applications and had us send them back into them via email. They stayed in contact with me over the past week trying to get everything handled as quickly as possible so that we could move in very quickly. I can tell the management and staff cares a lot about their residents. This is my first time moving into a real apartment complex as my other apartments were owned by UTA and considered student living. I was overwhelmed at first with going around viewing different locations but when I walked into this location I knew this is where I wanted to live. When I walked in a lady by the name of Kristen Mann greeted me and I began asking her questions about everything. She gave me a great tour of the location and I was very impressed with everything. I am very excited to be moving into this apartment complex.

I lived here for one lease term and it was spectacular. Maintenance was prompt on the two occasions they were needed. The office staff was friendly and ready to help. Towards the end of my lease they did a lot of work updating outside parts of the property. The grounds were always well-kept. The only reason I did not renew was to be close to a new job. There was also a corgi I got to see on several occasions.

Gloria worked with us every step of the way in finding our new home. All of the staff has been friendly and the complex is well kept up. We are very impressed with our first few weeks and love the location as well! Across the street or down the road from many shops and restaurants but just far enough away to miss the traffic from the Cowboy Stadium!

Great place to live. They just remodeled the pool and gym. The gym is 24 hrs 7 days a week and has all the exercising equipment you could hope for. The pool is nice with a hot tub too. Its also usually not too crowded.

I have been living here for roughly 3 months now and honestly the experience has been great. Customer service has been beneficial, maintenance has done a good job coming on time, and just the whole experience of the apartment and area has been great and very safe. I have lived in this apartment complex for 4 years now and the level of professionalism the staff has is incredible. One of the maintenance guys (Christian) has always been really nice and helpful while I have stayed here. Great and quiet neighborhood.

Wow ! Let me start by saying I moved to Texas from Las Vegas 7 years ago. Everything over there is a lot newer compared to Arlington. I love there are (stores,parks, gym Drs) everything is local. The Apts we have lived in got bought out. Two times that happened to us. They went down hill so bad! When we noticed an apt opened up we jumped on it ! . They dont take long to fill in and I know know why !! Their office staff are so nice and friendly !. Their maintenance team is beyond amazing !! Like Im use to having to call every few days and weeks go by nothing being fixed. Here they came to fix to issues next day ! (I informed them at 3pm previous day. So, understandable ) he knew what was wrong and fixed the issue Quick and even welcomed me how nice !. I can go on and on !. Our neighbors super friendly ! People are quiet and accepting of my son who can be loud (Autistic and Sensory processing) LOVE LOVE LOVE !UpdateParking is getting bad hopefully they do a system with the cars. Too many people having multiple people moving in under one lease. If they cant afford it they shouldnt be moving in

The complex is a nice, quiet community. The current Property Manager, Tracy, is wonderful and very prompt and professional in responding to my fiancée and I whenever we correspond. The maintenance staff here are great as well, especially Christian.

I love this apartment there very quiet lovely in the morning looks very beautiful great location and the people are great the maintenance staff is just great. I had something wrong with my fan late around 11 at night the came and fixed it wright away. There great for a big family too!!!!!

Just moved in on on 7/11/2015.Spacious closets, dark carpets, and a fire place. It gets kinda hot in the afternoon but thats probably because I have the western sun hitting my windows. Other than that, so far so good. Ill update this in a few months when Ive been here longer.
