    I went to visit the property today. The units are newly renovated and they look so nice !! The women that work in the leasing office are so sweet and very helpful. They make you feel welcomed here! They were very informative, didn’t have a problem answering any of my questions. I was given a tour of the property, which is very clean and surprisingly quiet being that kids are out for winter break. If you’re looking to rent I highly suggest renting here. Stop by and speak with the ladies they’re beyond helpful.

    As a long time resident at Spanish Breeze apartments, I have continued to enjoy the safety, comfort and affordability provided to all tenants. In addition to providing a safe, clean drug free zone; the property manager Rosemary is efficient, kind and very knowledgeable with regards to the property and tenant concerns. Thank you!

    I am very ecstatic about my results at Spanish breeze at Spanish breeze apartments!! My first encounter coming to look for an apartment and was not hard to come around first person I came in contact with was Rosemary very kind very well-mannered and very helpful she even offered a whole tour of the apartment and the apartment complex atmosphere looks great! First upon arriving Miss Rosemary was very nice and very well-mannered she helped me very quickly with the application she helped me with a package deal that I cannot resist I repeat this place is the best thing that Ive wanted! Miss Rosemary made me feel very comfortable m welcoming! The apartments of the great the kitchen looks great bathrooms and bedrooms looks great the price is what its worth! If youre looking for an apartment please come here this is the best place Ive rented so far and I want to to keep living here thank you so much Miss Rosemary for such a amazing effort and amazing service and thank you for my Kik butt apartment!!! FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Beautiful update on the community washer and dryer included in unit. Update appliances, light fixtures, and flooring through the units. Clean and very well manage, great amentias for the community.

    The first time we came to lease Rosemary and Angel were so sweet and attentive! They made sure we were sure weren’t pressured and showing us more options to see which apartment was best for us. The look of the apartments were also very nice! They had nice sizing and very presentable. Honestly looking forward in living here because it’s a very nice place to live at and welcoming! :)

    Since new management took over in July 2023; office manager Rosemary has been very understanding, helpful and very informative with regards to the property and all that it entails. The has experience dealing Rosemary and the maintenance team has been phenomenal. I would highly recommend Spanish Breeze Apartment complex to others interested in renting in the area.     Went to tour this property today and I must say Natalie was very courteous and knowledgeable answered all my questions. Apt was spacious and thats what Im looking for and close to my job. Have one more tour and then I make my decision.

    I toured this apartment when I was searching. This was a very spacious apartment with many nearby restaurants and entertainment venues. The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. I am still undecided if I will make this place my home but It’s at the top of my list!
