As a real estate & construction executive and someone who has been to fortunate enough to travel around the world, let me tell you that the Solomon is hands-down the best luxury home building I’ve ever come across.First, the staff in the leasing office are bar-none the best corporate employees in real estate that I’ve encountered. From the moment I spoke to Eddie C., he made my team and I feel as if we were the only residents in the building. We felt seen , heard, and he made us feel special, which is not an easy thing to do. The entire leasing office makes you feel like your a family and if I could hire/clone them all for my own personal benefit I would. I moved in a few months ago and I honestly have a busy life, but the amenities and the community here make me feel, as if I never want to leave. So many elegant touches!!Also, I work a lot and the hours sometimes can be difficult and this building is so soundproof. I have tried and tested and it is an extra element of privacy and respect that you just can’t find anywhere else. The gym is nicer than any Lifetime Equinox , Barry’s here in Texas and the residents are all on the same path - one of success and health. The building seems designed for residents who want to capitalize on Austin’s successful corporate culture.The pool and sky lounge are HUGE selling points for any resident to use to their advantage. The courtyard and landscape architecture rivals any Four Seasons Hotel in the south. It is so brilliant! The building just has a pulse to it and I honestly see myself being here for a minute - grandiose one at that!Oh and the parking garage ….finally a building that understands you shouldn’t have to think about your life insurance policy and take a Xanax each time you pull-in and out of a garage. I didn’t know if I would ever see such a thing in my lifetime and l did and I have. The zippy resident garage door is just the appetizer to the much appreciated wide angled turns in spacious garage. Plus, the top floor has lovely view of the sunrise. Fav place we have rooted thus far from Chicago, Palm Beach, London & Aspen. Much thanks to Eddie , Lauren, and the maintenance team is superb as well.

As we approach Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible team at Solomon, especially Norisha, the apartment manager, and Eddie, the leasing agent. Having lived here for almost a year, I can confidently say that their dedication, professionalism, and kindness have made my experience nothing short of excellent.Norisha is an outstanding manager who truly cares about the well-being of every resident. She is always approachable, listens attentively to any concerns, and ensures issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Her leadership has created a welcoming and supportive community where residents feel valued. Whether it’s maintaining the property, organizing events, or simply being available to chat, Norisha’s positive energy shines through.Eddies friendly demeanor and clear communication stood out, and even now, nearly a year later, he continues to check in and ensure residents are happy. It’s evident that Eddie is passionate about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door.I’m so thankful to be part of this community, especially during a time when it’s clear that many apartment complexes struggle to maintain high standards. I am truly grateful to be part of the Solomon community! Carlos and Jorge, the maintenance team, are very attentive to the community and are always glad to help solve any issues that may arise. Also, very much grateful for both Erica and Eddie, our leasing team! It has been a busy season at Solomon as a brand new build. However, Ive seen them stay late to ensure they are serving Solomon residents and future ones too! Lastly, Nirosha is someone whos committed to this community and genuinely cares about residents experience. Excited to see more people come experience Solomon! Living at Solomon Apartments has been an amazing experience! The community is vibrant and friendly, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and valued. The amenities are top-notch—Ive especially enjoyed the clubhouse and co-working spaces, which make it easy to balance work and leisure. The beautifully designed outdoor spaces and serene atmosphere make it a joy to spend time outside, whether it’s for a morning coffee or an evening stroll.

I watched Solomon get built. I was so excited to finally tour it once it opened. I was even MORE excited to call the place home. It’s been amazing here so far. They do great events, they take the time to know you by name. Know your fur babies by name and just really make me and my little family feel so welcome each time. Camila goes above and beyond each time I make a request. Solomon is a great place to call home!!

The best part by far is the people and the community that our Apartment Life team create. Jenny and Anna do a great job of planning engaging events that create a space where everyone feels welcome. So grateful to have moved here.

I have been living at the Solomon for a month and have loved it so far! The best part has been the community, everyone is friendly and the apartment hosts lots of fun events to meet people. The amenities are great, we love the gym and pool.While we have had some issues with fruit flies, the management team has been helpful in addressing the issue.

Solomon is EVERYTHING. Hands down the best amenities I have seen in the Mueller area. When you go on tour... just wait until you see that pool and rooftop area. Stunning. If your a gym junkie... you can cancel your membership now.. its amazing!Not only did they slay the amenities, the community staff is out of this world. They welcome you with a smile and a hello. Theyre so helpful and go above and beyond. Huge shout out to Eddie for working hard to make my client find the perfect unit and providing an amazing tour.Looking online doesnt do it justice, its a must-see! All the built -ins such as the mudrooms makes me say, take my money lolYou wont regret leasing here!

Update:I’ve been living here for 3 months and everything I’ve written about prior still stand. I love the amenities and all the people. I haven’t had any issues at all. Our parking is gated, we have great security and a great team who always hosts incredible events, like free massages, free dance classes etc…Basically this review is to say that you’ll very much enjoy your experience here

There are many positives about this building, such as the beautifully decorated amenities, attention to aesthetics, and the best apartment gym Ive ever seen. However, the builder still cut corners. Thats just the nature of wood framed, low rise buildings these days. With the price point the Solomon is at, Id honestly recommend going with a high or mid rise instead. The interior designer for the building did a great job, the building is very cute, the community events are fun, and the office team goes above and beyond. There are some nice finishes in the units like brass hardware, some soft close hinges, nice floors, and the bathrooms and closets were prioritized (which is hard to find in Austin). However, the biggest issue is that the building has virtually no soundproofing. Its a step above paper thin walls and floors. If your neighbors are talking or watching TV, you will probably hear it. I can hear my next door neighbors moving furniture regularly (RIP to their downstairs neighbor). You will hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes to the point where is shakes things in your apartment, youll hear every time they flush the toilet or take a shower, and I often hear my upstairs neighbors music through the floor. On top of that youll hear every single thing that happens in the hallways including talking, barking, the elevator, and doors opening/closing. People talking in the hallways sounds like theyre talking in your own apartment - its so loud that it disrupts conversations or watching TV. I cant really have a cozy day in on weekends due to all of the noise. If you live here, you will definitely want to be on the top floor away from stair or garage doors, amenities, and elevators, and not facing the street or dog park. Id also invest in some good noise-canceling headphones. In general, the staff is incredible, but they dont seem to respond to or do anything about noise complaints. And to be fair - its due to the poor build quality so there isnt a lot they can do. The second biggest issue is that the garage is built at such a small scale that its a hazard. Every time Im in the garage and someone is going around the corners at the same time as me, they almost hit me, and the parking spots are very small. The garage definitely needs floor markers and convex mirrors. They dont have electric charging stations, but plugs in the wall for your electric vehicles. If aesthetics and community are important to you, this is a great building for that. I really hope they make more buildings similar to the Solomon in Austin, but with a higher quality build.

I moved into Solomon two months ago with my wife & we absolutely love it here! From the free espresso in the lobby to the complimentary cold towels in the two-story gym, Solomon has everything you could want in a new home!Something we’ve also really lucked out with since moving into Solomon is our neighbors, which in our experience truly makes or breaks an apartment complex. We’ve met so many new friends at the resident events hosted by the Apartment Life team (shout out Jenny & Ana for being such great hosts!!). This was a huge relief being new to the Austin area, and we’re so appreciative of the extra effort Solomon puts into the resident events!If there is one thing we’d change, it would be the translucent curtains in our bedroom. We purchased some black out curtains though last week, and we can finally sleep in lol. All in all, Solomon has been as advertised & everything we could have asked for!!

I just hit 3 months living at the Solomon and I’m very glad I decided to move here! I was a little hesitant since it was a new build, and yes, there have been growing pains as mentioned, but I’ve had a rather positive experience. The residents are all very warm and welcoming and that’s only enhanced by the apartment life team (shoutout Ana and Jenny!!) who host 2-4 events a month that cater to a wide audience so there really is something for everyone. The amenities are incredible as well. I’d say as long as you’re willing to have a little more patience with things like thinner floors and some noise here and there, this is the place for you!

Top to bottom, a great experience moving into this complex. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Maintenance requests have been addressed and completed in under 24 hours. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to move into this complex. They even have a car rental service for only $15 per hour that I used while I was waiting for my vehicle to get delivered. So accommodating! Highly recommend!

We recently moved into Solomon and have had an AMAZING experience! Simply put the building and decor is absolutely stunning and feels so homey. The amenities are also second to none and certainly far and away the best I’ve ever experienced at an apartment complex. While the building and apartment is beautiful what makes Solomon truly stand out is the people. Erica is an absolute delight to work with and is phenomenal at her job as well as her manager Nirosha. Carlos in maintenance has also been incredible and beyond helpful and we feel like we’re truly the best hands should we ever need maintenance on our apartment. We’re so excited we chose Solomon and if you’re in the apartment hunt would 10-10 recommend!

I moved into The Solomon ATX a couple weeks ago, and my experience so far has been exceptional! The staff have been incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made the move-in process as seamless as possible and have continued to be supportive and responsive to anything needed.One of the standout features here, other than how beautiful the complex is, is the maintenance team. There were a couple things I needed addressed when I first moved in and theyve responded incredibly quickly.I have to give a special shoutout to Eddie. He is fantastic! Eddie is always friendly, helpful, and hardworking. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and everything is running smoothly. Whether its a simple question or a more complicated request, Eddie handles it with professionalism and a positive attitude.Living at The Solomon ATX has been a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing staff, responsive maintenance, and especially Eddies dedication and hard work.

Solomon is, without a doubt, my favorite place Ive lived. Between the huge gym, the rooftop pool, and the multiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas, the amenities really speak for themselves. My unit in particular is laid out well, with plenty of cupboard and cabinet space, a spacious bathroom, and a beautiful all-white kitchen with brass handles. Lastly, the leasing center staff are super welcoming and made moving in a breeze.

The apartments at Solomon apartments (on 51st, Mueller) are really impressive. I was in the other day for a tour and the manager there: Nirosha was awesome! Super helpful and welcoming!! We also ran into the two maintenance workers (Carlos and Jorge along the tour and I’m sure they will keep everything humming over there). I’ll be moving in when I’m out of my current lease in two months. I’m really looking forward to the great apartment and all the amenities there!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Eddie! He made my decision easy to choose Solomon as my new home. From the moment I stepped in the very first time to tour, he made me feel so welcomed and like I was already at home! His energy is great and you can tell just how much he loves Solomon.The attention to detail in every aspect of the community is unmatched. The amenities speak for themselves and the apartments are beautiful. As this was one of the first places I toured, the bar was set SO high and of course nothing compared. They really thought of everything when building the Solomon and have anything you could need to make living here easy.Eddie was so helpful in recommending which floorplans would best suit me based on my furniture and preferences. I was probably not an easy resident to deal with, but Eddie did it with ease and a smile on his face. When it came to my indecisiveness, Eddie was a SAINT. I changed my mind multiple times on which floorplan I wanted and he was always accommodating. I even wanted to switch units 2 days before move in because I realized I picked a floor with the other color scheme (completely my fault) and even on such short notice, Eddie made it happen.I can’t say enough good things about the whole Solomon team in general. They are always there if you need anything and they genuinely mean it. Any questions or concerns I had were handled immediately. Not once have I walked by the leasing office without someone smiling and waving as I pass by.But I have to give all of the credit to Eddie, as he was one of the main reasons I chose to live here. He is one of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever met. When I toured with him, I never once felt like he was trying to “sell” the apartment to me; he shared his love for it so naturally and it showed.I’m so happy I get to call Solomon home. I love it here & I don’t plan on going anywhere! Thanks Eddie & the rest of the team!!

Solomon has been such a great experience and honestly one of the best places I’ve lived at in the Austin/Mueller area. Nirosha was super helpful getting me settled into the property. Eddie and Erica are amazing leasing professionals here at Solomon that helped and made the onboarding super smooth. I had some minor issues with my unit but Carlos and Jorge came to take care of everything I needed, they are the maintenance team here and they are super helpful and willing to go the extra mile for the residents. Solomon has a great staff and great amenities here. The amenities at Solomon are hands down 10 out of 10. The design of this complex is absolutely stunning, my favorite features I love about Solomon is the roof top pool, sky lounge and fitness area. I highly recommend living here.

I recently moved in to my studio apartment on April 5th and i absolutely love it! I had a hard hat tour back in February and although most of the amenities were still under some construction my amazing leasing agent Eddie did such a great job explaining how everything would look. Solomon exceeded my expectations and I fell in love with all the amenities and hangout areas when i saw the final products! Eddie was such an amazing leasing agent and just had amazing energy throughout the whole leasing process, although there was some bumps along the way he was always reassuring and consistent with his communication. This is my first time renting and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The rest of the staff is also very welcoming and friendly, the energy here is just amazing i’m so happy to call Solomon my home!

I’m a new resident. The apartments are beautifully finished and the amenities are first-class. The property manager at Solomon, Nirosha, has a great team - Eddie, Erica, Carlos and Jorge - who are all helpful and friendly. The longer you live in an apartment community the more you realize how important the management team is to your overall experience. So far Solomon has excelled in that category. I highly recommend checking it out.

This community is simply breathtaking! It truly is one-of-a-kind and in an incredible location. Although much of the property was still under construction, I got a clear sense of the spa-like feel theyre emulating thanks to lease agent Eddie. He gave a great tour and guidance on explaining whats to come and all the services they will be able to offer as a community. The amenities are unlike any others Ive seen and my favorite part of the complex.

He showed us the property while still under construction after first making sure we had on our safety gear. :) He was knowledgeable, kind and sent us a follow up email regarding our questions that same night after business hours. All I can say is WOW! Im impressed. As an apartment locator visiting property after property I am blown away at the customer service here from Eddie and the entire team. They were so knowledgeable and the best part they were excited to be there, excited for their property and excited to welcome everyone to the property. You can tell the really love what they do and thats huge! Still in construction but you can already envision the beauty to come. 20 out of 10!

I was absolutely blown away with this property! Eddie and Erica did a phenomenal job showing us around the property, were friendly and answered all of my questions. I have lived in Austin for a couple years now and I have yet to see a community that compares to the detail and feel of this complex. Very excited to see this property once all the construction is complete. Its going to be BREATHTAKING!!
