    Lena! What can I NOT say about her. She goes above and beyond listening to your wants and needs to compile a list of properties. I appreciated her follow ups throughout my cross country move back to SA. I didnt feel like I was doing this alone. She always had a solution and a contact for whatever need was pending and they were quick to resolve. I could not thank her enough each time we spoke/text. She does her job very very very well and she is the best at what she does and thats getting people into a home and feel welcomed.

    Sabrina with smart city locating helped me sooooo much with finding my new apartment, I cant thank her enough! She reached out to me quickly and kept in touch even after I signed my lease making sure everything worked out! She sent me specials for different complex’s in the areas I was looking for and set up tours for me the next day which was so helpful (everyone knows how stressful finding a new apartment is and she literally helped me do it in a weekend). Smart city leasing even reached out after to see if I needed help with any other services like movers, etc.! 10/10 recommend!

    I would highly recommend! Kayla put in a lot of hours to shortlist all the apartments I would like based on the preferences I had shared with her. She even joined me for some of the apartment tours, asked the right questions to the property management that I had not thought about asking them. She even assisted me after I finalized my apartment to answer queries about my lease. Very easy to reach them and makes the whole moving into a new place a fun task!

    As a recent college graduate and first time apartment leaser, Sam made finding the perfect apartment stress free and enjoyable. Im new to San Antonio and needed to find a place to stay in a relatively short amount of time. I registered for Smart City on July 31st, and they reached out to me within a few business hours. A week later, August 7th I just signed the lease for my new apartment. I cant tell you how grateful I am for all of Sams help and amazing communication throughout this process.     I was at a loss when trying to find apartment options in a very small, specific area in San Antonio. At my wits end, I reached out to SmartCity. Sam Lopez called within minutes on a weekend. He provided invaluable assistance and support in locating my new home in my preferred area. The property we selected is one only Sam recommended. It did not appear in lists generated by an app I was using before contacting SmartCity. Sam was present and available but not intrusive. Once we narrowed down options, Sam promptly scheduled tours and communicated the date and times with great efficiency.Many thanks to Sam for his support in the search and for his patience with my exhaustive Excel spreadsheets that are comprehensible only to me.I will not hesitate to recommend Sam and SmartCity to any acquaintances who are planning to move to San Antonio... or any other areas in which they provide services.

    I reached out to Smart City Apartment on Instagram and was quickly matched with Sandra. Sandra was very friendly and attentive. She made time to fully understand my wants and needs and did a great job filtering out apartments to find an apartment in my price range that ended up having every single thing on my want and need list! She saved me a ton of time and ultimately landed me in my dream apartment!! It only took a couple days and the service was completely free to me. Once I signed the lease, Sandra continued to reach out to check in on me and was thoughtful enough to wish me a happy move on my move in day 2 months later! I would recommend this service to anyone, you have nothing to lose!

    I’m a little late on posting this review. I have to just say I had the best experience with Sandra Lemoine! From the very beginning of the process to the very end she was so helpful. I appreciated the fact that she checked in with me very often to see how she could help me with finding my apartment. She asked me to send her things I wanted and was looking for in an apartment and right away she was on it. She set up my appointment for me at the apartments as well as met me there. Sandra definitely took a lot of stress off of me. She made the process so smooth and I can’t thank her enough for it. She is a very helpful, kind, and patient person. Even after I found my apartment, I didn’t move in till about a month later. On my move in date she messaged me to congratulate me and I thought it was so sweet and thoughtful of her.     Sam Lopez was my agent and, along with Tessa Hansbro, the Smart City team was able to find me an amazing apartment. They organize information for you extremely well and it makes your search significantly easier. I was able to move smoothly into a new city without physical tours thanks to their easy process and open communication. This is an amazing business. My only criticism is that some apartments have mandatory monthly charges in addition to the base rent that is hidden until the application starts. I hope there is a workaround for transparency!

    I had such an awesome time using Smart City to find my new apartment!! One of their clients posted a TikTok video talking about how they helped her relocate to Texas. I’m also relocating there so I thought why not? When I changed my mind about moving to Dallas and decided I wanted to look for places in the SA area, they connected me SAME DAY with another agent from the SATX office (Kayla) who was SO great! So warm and friendly and helpful!! She explained the entire process thoroughly and I didn’t have to do any heavy lifting which is so awesome especially since I’m moving out of state. She went to a couple tours with me which really put me at ease so I just have to say a million thank you’s to this company but mostly Kayla for helping me find my awesome new apartment!!! 😇❤️✨

    Could not recommend more! I worked with Sam Lopez, and on-top of doing a stellar job finding apartments and giving general advice, put out a fire that I could not. He took his time to check on an application situation both with myself and with the complex in question, and was able to get everything figured out.     I reached out to Smart City in March for a move in June/July. I am from Ohio and thought this was going to be a scam. Basically a realtor who only wanted me to pick the most priciest unit to get a higher commission. I WAS SO WRONG. I got paired up with Sam Lopez who is an SA local. He was so helpful in my decision, walked me through the entire process of this transition, AND he even sent me a bunch of recommendations. Sam checked in on me every day while I was visiting San Antonio to make sure I was doing okay. This blew my expectations out of the water and I am so happy I did this.     Sarah T. is the absolute best! I had searched high and low for an apartment that fit my long list of criteria.. and truly figured there just wasn’t a fit for me and my dog out there!     Joshua Valdez went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my apartment search. He was available to me 24/7, maybe shouldve been because he seems to be a bit of a workaholic but customer service was ABOVE a 10!     I had received two agents with this company who would not answer my calls or texts who both left the company. Then, Ana García (an angel who descended from heaven), took me on as a client. She was extremely attentive to my texts, calls, and questions. Ana had gone out of her way to find me NUMEROUS places within my price range that had everything I wanted. Moving across the country to a city you have never been to is difficult, but this piece I didn’t even have to think about because Ana did all of the work. She went above and beyond for me and I recommend her in the highest regards for someone looking to move. Not only that, but she was extremely fast to reach out to properties to obtain information.
