    I loved working with Kelsey. She made finding an apartment so easy. She was extremely kind and resourceful. I loved how she was always available for any questions I had. From setting up a detailed document of apartments that may interest me to scheduling tours she made finding an apartment really easy and stress free. I was a super tired and stressed nursing student who had just finished a week of finals. I was not looking forward to the added stress of finding an apartment but Kelsey was super patient with me and made sure I got everything I was looking for. If Iā€™m ever in the hunt for another apartment I am sure to reach out to her first. Thank you for such a wonderful and breezy experience.

    This time last year Cali & Becca with SmartCity were phenomenal and got me into the Best apartment.. being new to Texas I was overwhelmed with finding a place to call home and these ladies were God sent! Fast forward to nearing the end of my lease and with new property management at my current place I decided to reach out and see what some new options would look like for me. The minute I reached out to Cali she hooked me up with a fabulous variety of listings that same day! Such great customer service! ultimately I decided to stay put and renew at my current residence and Becca was great at finding me a new electric provider since my current one was going to increase my rates!     I had a great experience with Smart City Apartment Locator here in Fort Worth, TX. I was helped by Samantha Selph. Once I signed up she reached out almost immediately and I expressed my budgets/wants/needs and she curated a spreadsheet within a day or 2 with apartments that fit the criteria. She also called places and asked questions I had/scheduled a tour for us. My process took about 3 months & she was very patient with me, check in consistently but not overbearingly. I appreciated all her efforts and I definitely recommend!

    Cali Rihel my agent with Smart City has been an amazing resource for my relocation to the Fort Worth area. During my first interaction they were able to help me locate multiple rental locations within my desired area. I eventually settled on a location that was just over a half mile from the school I will be attending.They have supported me every step of the way even going so far as to help smooth out the application process and keep things moving forward in a timely manner.They have been very friendly and have shown genuine support and care throughout the process. Smart City even has a group that will help you with finding and setting up utilities in your area at the best rates possible.I have used location services in the past but this experience has absolutely been a cut above the rest.I would recommend giving them a chance to impress, you might just be surprised.

    A million starts if I could- 10/10! If you are even kind of looking for an apartment just reach out to them- itā€™s free and canā€™t hurt your search. I canā€™t possibly recommend Smart city enough!! I had gone back and forth with looking for an apartment - hate moving and just extended my lease and then later when it was time to officially move it worked out so well to work with a locator as I was overwhelmed and stressed. I worked directly with Alexandria Connaughton - I have to say what an absolute gem of a woman! She is so quick with her replies and she literally knows exactly what I was looking for and she knows the area and has insider knowledge. Hereā€™s the thing I really thought I kinda had an idea of a few of the apartments I was maybe wanting but my girl Alexandria was like ā€œwellllll Iā€™ve heard not so great things from people who have moved thereā€ or ā€œyea that one is great letā€™s tourā€. We started chatting Monday and by Saturday had a list of like 7 tours to knock them all out in one day. She recommended a few for me to just ā€œcheck outā€ based on what I liked from other places I had toured and I ended up going with one I didnā€™t even plan on loving.     CeCe made searching for a new home and moving, one of my least favorite and most dreaded things in life, an absolute EASE! When I had first decided to move I was overwhelmed with where to even begin, and now with CeCeā€™s help, I couldnā€™t be more excited to finally move-in to my new place.Due to my current property I was in a very unique predicament with my timeframe changing a few times on her, but she never gave up and found me a new home that is an upgrade in every single possible way; I am still in disbelief as I write this review even.     Cannot recommend this service enough. Christina took the leg work out of finding an apartment for our family. We are extremely busy and just didnā€™t have the time to call around and compare rates, not to mention the market for apartments is almost as crazy as the rental/buying market right now. We told her what we were looking for and where, she found the perfect t place, she set up a tour for us the next day, and we applied and were approved the following morning.     I reached out to this company and was paired with Arthur. At the time, I wasnt looking to move immediately. However, I still wanted options to conduct site visits since I wouldnt be around closer to the needed move-in date. He also was mindful to provide suggestions in line with my budget and desired amenities. After finally narrowing down my list, I provided the exact apartments and floor plans to Arthur. He reached out when one within budget became available and fortunately it was my top choice. I was very nervous Id have to go over budget given the rising inflation, but the last place we found was truly a hidden gem. Very grateful to Arthur for notifying me when the unit became available so I could be the first to submit an application. I highly recommend anyone else working with him. He was an excellent agent!

Ari was able to look up a bunch of apartments that fit my budget and were in my desired locations, factoring in commute times to my office as well. After perusing a few of the property websites, I gave her my shortlist and she was able to get information on rentals, available units, and total monthly costs (including those pesky fees the properties always sneak in). She also scheduled tours with properties ā€” all I had to do was show up.     If I could give more stars, I would.I was feeling so overwhelmed with apartment hunting, I had basically accepted I didnt know where I was going to live. I never knew about apartment locators, and one morning had randomly stumbled upon SmartCity.Not only was my form super easy to submit, I was contacted within two hours of submission. My locator, LeJon Gonzalez, has been an absolute gem since day one. I came in with a lot of wants, a desired location, a timeline, and not a huge budget (some might say slightly high maintenance). Without hesitation he gave me a list of multiple apartments, and never tried to talk me out of what I wanted. After that, he went and viewed all the apartments I picked out with me, and then made sure I had no questions. Overall, my apartment hunt with SmartCity has been great, and I am so thankful. Beyond the overall apartment aspect, I truly feel as though his personality shines through and makes him one of a kind.     Iā€™m very satisfied with the service of Smart City. Our apartment locator Meghan Murphy provided excellent service and was able to find us an apartment very fast and with all we needed. She was very responsive and professional. I will definitely use their services again whenever I have to move again.

    Not only was this an incredible help in a very frustrating market, but Allyssa went ABOVE and beyond any expectations I had. I was referred to her through a coworker, and I could not have been more impressed. Her quick response times, and adaptability to my needs was absolutely outstanding.
