Every time I have called with questions and for help, the young ladies that answer the phones could not be more helpful and are a delight to talk to. Lilly kept in touch with my daughter as she was driving in from Atlanta and was not sure she would make it in time to get her room key. Then my daughters key was not working and Aubrey talked with management and got it taken care of immediately. They truly have an amazing staff. Thank you all for all your help.

I am really enjoying my stay here at Skyloft. The front desk crew, & Lili are outstanding. Always helpful. Maintenance crew is top notch. Just a couple of maintenance issues & they were fixed immediately. Gym is fully equipped, & clean. One of the most enjoyable places I have called home. Location is perfect, right across the street from campus.

Just signed a lease here a few weeks back and have been incredibly happy with every part of the process! The staff at the front desk were very fun and helpful, walking me through all my options and giving me a tour that gave me a great idea of what itll be like to live here, and I felt incredibly comfortable throughout all of it. This is my first apartment after moving away from home, and it was so nice to have such friendly and knowledgeable faces help me through the process. Now, after moving in, Im thoroughly happy with my living situation. Great experience overall!

I have never had any issues living here as a resident. Even random roommate matching went smoothly! Ive lived here for two years and never had any room/ roommate/ managerial issues. I know nowhere is perfect, and especially anywhere in west campus, but living in this area is truly for learning how to become an adult and learning how to live with others/ cooperate with others. I wouldnt live anywhere else now that Ive spent the majority of my collegiate career here! Happy to call it home.

I have one word for this place. AWESOME!!I have been fortunate enough to stay many places all over the country in my life, and this is without question one of the best. One of the main reasons I decided to renew my lease here is the people. They are outstanding. I have never had a problem where I felt they didnt make it a priority. Given this is an 18 story building with hundreds of apartments and even more people that says a lot. Special shout out goes to Gab & Lilly whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with the most.Listen, you can rent an apartment anywhere, there are a lot of places opening up around here. The difference is the people and they are without question, AWESOME.Thank you, and keep up the great work!

My daughter hasnt moved in yet but the leasing office -- especially Michelle and Gab -- were stellar. With many other apt complexes in town, it was impossible to talk to anyone. No one answered the phone, the chat was worthless AI who couldnt answer questions and getting a call back was impossible. Michelle and Gab were responsive, quick, helpful, full of info and efficient. My daughter is looking forward to living in Skyloft in the fall.

The front desk, maintenance team, and management team have been very helpful throughout my living here. I have lived in both an interior and exterior and I have loved both of the units I have lived in. I love it here at Skyloft!

Skyloft staff are great! Michelle, Gabby, and Gillian are a lot of fun to talk to and super helpful when needed. I come by to talk to them every other day or whenever I can and it is always fun. Michelle even draws little smiley faces and hearts on my packages which is super sweet and makes my day :) Also, Zach is super super helpful. My roommate and I were freezing in our apartment, because we didnt know how to work the thermostat. However, I just told him and he came up and fixed it in two seconds.

I have lived at skyloft for 2 months now. The staff and facilities are top notch. The CA’s are all helpful and do a great job when you need things. The Asian girl and Jewish guy in particular are very friendly. I love it here.

A pretty good place to live considering the price!! Awesome front desk employees, Michelle has always been super nice and helpful regrading any questions. Plus the maintenance guy, Paul, has also been really helpful with any maintenance work done around the building.

I have lived in Skyloft for one semester from Jan 2022 to May 2022. The structure is good and the rooms are spacious, the location is perfect for UT students. The issues pointed out by the huge amount of negative reviews are real, but related to the old management (which I unfortunately experienced in the first months). A new management took its place in March and started fixing all of them (repainting the walls, solving bills mistakes...). Things are definetely better now and still improving!

My overall experience at Skyloft was absolutely amazing. Everything looked very clean and sanitized which made me a lot more comfortable in contrast to other apartments around West Campus. The gym was very clean as the dumbbell weights were put back on racks, disposable wipes were offered and everything looked sanitized. Lastly, a HUGE thank you to one of the Skyloft staff members named “Marek.” He was very helpful and easy to talk to when I had concerns/questions about anything.

Management is kind and helpful, even with the circumstances they were left with the previous owner. Maintenance is such a great team and they are all so kind and genuine. There were a few issues at the beginning of the term, but most of those have been ironed out and this place is getting better and better each day!

I took over Someone’s lease and they were very welcoming and made me want to renew with my own lease. They cleaned my whole apartment top to bottom to ensure I was comfortable and they work with you and are very commutative i 10/10 recommend!! Under new mange management they are amazing!!

I’ve been living here for almost a year. I really like the place because it’s two blocks from almost everything which makes it very convenient. The staff is also amazing and very helpful (especially my homies Zack and Michelle). I always tried to maintain a good relationship with all the staff and it helped me a lot with maintenance requests and other issues that happened occasionally.

We always have such a great experience with the staff, but especially with Paul!! Every time we have a maintenance issue, he shows up as soon as we put in our request and is so quick to help us with our problem. No matter what, he always shows up with a smiling face and is always so kind. I will miss Paul when I graduate!!!

I have been leasing in West Campus for my children since 2014, and Skyloft has been the best apartment. Move in was extremely easy, the apartment is very nice, and the kitchen appliances are awesome. James Woods, the Assistant Manager, is amazing. He has exhibits excellent customer service, and has helped my son resolve any issue he has had quickly and professionally. I couldnt be happier with our decision to lease at Skyloft.

Although Skyloft has a few drawbacks, it’s one of the “better” apartments I’ve lived in west campus.When leasing, they promised and wrote us down in an Excel spreadsheet in order to guarantee an apartment on an upper floor. When we got our welcome letter, they moved us a floor down (facing the Co-op garage) and they didn’t do anything because we had no proof (we were 4 people who remember exactly everything).Some apartments and bedrooms can be small, but overall they are modern and the furniture is very comfortable.They also want Skyloft to become more like a community by either making a lot of resident events or giving out free food to everyone.The amenities are great and always clean. The staff is friendly and they always helped me within minutes to solve any problem. Maintenance always came quickly and solved our issues too.

Skyloft is a great apartment complex, especially since Aarish works there. Not only is he helpful and accommodating, but he also cares about his residents. He helped my roommates and I figure out how to reset our thermostat, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, he plays the best music in the lobby. If Im ever having a bad day, his simple Hey, how are you? cheers me up. The one downside about Aarish is that hes a die-hard Mavericks fan, but he makes up for it by always rooting for the Longhorns. Be like Aarish.

After having issues with other apartments on west campus, me and my roommate decided to come to skyloft to see if there was room for us, and we immediately felt so welcomed. Best student accommodation that can be found in West campus by far!! It doesnt only have super good advantages such as it is only 3 minutes from UT campus but; the rooms are amazing, modern and fully equipped, the common areas are great and very stylish. Moreover, they have a pool and a gym in the rooftop with unbeatable views to Austin. Nevertheless something SKYLOFT can be very proud of is their excellent student and customer service; in particular Leslie, who has been of EXTREMELY GREAT help during the entire process!! As a student I definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone!!

I would give my experience more than 5 stars if possible.I would give Skyloft and the 2 front desk employees (Mason C & Marek M) that assisted us on a late Friday afternoon, into Saturday, through Sunday, which culminated into being able to sign the lease Monday morning and moved my daughter into the room a “BRAVO ZULU” (a Navy terminology) for their outstanding assistance, superb customer service, and great patience towards a father trying to get his daughter a lease at Skyloft in the last minute. They were very informative, extremely helpful, and understanding to the prospective tenets requests and needs. Mason & Marek are outstanding representatives of the Skyloft organization. Thank you!!
