    Kelly (the manager) is amazing and is around to help! My old roommate put me in a very difficult situation and she helped me solve the problem. Dakarai is ready to help you at the drop of a dime if you need it. He’s probably the nicest/ most caring agent I have met. On top of that, you have the peace of mind of knowing the rest of their amazing staff can help with any problems you might ever have. There is also a store on the first floor if you ever need small/ basic grocery items and don’t want to leave the building.

    I went to Skye to look at apartments and I have to say after seeing maybe apartments in the area, the staff was so nice! I worked with both Kendall and Vickie in the office. They were awesome. The property is a little older, but very nice. They are doing a lot of upgrades and the closets and rooms are all huge! I am so excited to live there.

    **Update**Although parking can sometimes be a challenge when you get back after 8pm, we love Skye (location, floor plan, city views) for the pricing.The new towing company (H4 towing) seems to help with the parking situation (in my opinion) but some work still needed. Right now management has communicated to the residents they are working to resolve the issues and I do appreciate their efforts on this. I can acknowledge this is something complicated.Although the other reviews about parking are not completely unfounded, I think some of them come off a bit harsh/dramatic. I don’t think the parking situation ruins the experience of living at Skye, just read those reviews understanding people are venting their frustrations of that moment.You won’t beat the location of Skye, as I have yet to find a place as affordable with the level of access to things to do in Uptown Dallas (especially the access to Katy trail).The other reviews about electricity bill being high above the 7th floor don’t make sense to me. We are on the 9th floor and get hit with sun throughout the day on 2 sides of our unit (due to it being on the corner) and our electric bill is closer to $230/mo for a 2b/2ba.Original review:Amazing location. Overall we are very pleased with living here after it now having been a few months.Despite some things that were not working properly at move in, the maintenance team here does a good job. Michael from the maintenance team especially spent 3 hrs in our unit fixing a few things (AC leak, issue with dry wall so we could hang our curtains, and bathtub faucet). We appreciate it when people take time to do things right, and it makes us happy to see care go into keeping the property maintained.

    Weve been living here for 8 months now and Ive waited to write a review for the place.This place has simply transformed since we came to live here. All common use facilities and areas are fully redone, including a swanky brand new lobby. The management staff is on point with making parking better and accessible, making sure mail is delivered safely and promptly, tackling issues swiftly with permanent solutions. It is so heartening to see a team this dedicated.But I want to make special mention to the maintenance team. From the cleaners to the electricians, plumbers, and general maintenance staff; the speed at which they have responded to our maintenance requests is unparalleled. Thank you!Additionally, they keep having social events which I have not gotten a chance to visit, but its nice that they do.Thanks again to the Skye Team!

    Leaving 5 stars after having been here a week, could update at a later time. Dakarai, my leasing agent, was awesome from the tour to the lead up and finally to moving in. We did hit a couple snags along the way but he came through to help out to a positive resolution.I had a couple maintenance needs upon move in but they were handled very quickly. Amenities seem to be kept up well (havent used many yet). All in all as of now I am very satisfied.

    Weve been here some months now. Nothing beats the location and views from apartments here. Love them! Access to katy trail is a huge plus. Maintenance requests are attended to very quickly. The management, concierge and maintenance teams are very helpful, friendly and kind. Spacious apartments and very peaceful. I am excited to see how it all turns out after the renovations are done.     We are soooo happy at Skye of Turtle Creek! The apartment is very large, in great shape, and has an amazing view! The pool AND jacuzzi are like new and their are BBQs and a great workout gym. The maintenance staff are also great. We turned in 3 minor maintenance requests and all were responded to almost immediately! And there is always someone cleaning everyday. And the staff are so friendly and accessible. There is even a concierge! Dakari and Shara are awesome! Sooo happy we found this place and highly recommend it!

    I just moved in to Skye of Turtle Creek a few weeks ago. I needed a place I could move into quickly to get away from a disaster situation at the complex I was living in previously.I walked in without an appointment early on a Friday morning and was able to get a viewing of vacant units within minutes of arriving. Dakarai was the leasing professional who assisted me throughout my leasing process. He was able to thoroughly answer all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable in making the decision to call SKYE my next home. He, as well as Sammy, the concierge, were both incredibly helpful in making my move-in day as seamless and easy as possible for both myself and the movers I hired.Like I mentioned, Ive only been here a few weeks so far, but that wont stop me from saying Im in love! The property is in a really unique spot of town - Ivan street is an offshoot with essentially no traffic other than the residents and staff that live at Skye. Its sandwiched on the other side by Reverchon park and Katy Trail, and as a result the noise level is quite tolerable for being right in the thick of downtown! Im on the first floor on the side closest to McKinnon, so I do hear traffic regularly throughout the day, but I have not heard any construction or nightlife noise at all.Even though the property itself is a little older, you wouldnt know it from touring the units. Brand new appliances in the kitchen, fully renovated bathrooms, hardwood floors (along with very cozy carpet in the bedrooms), and spacious walk-in closets would have you guessing the complex couldnt be more than 5 years old. Even with all that, the prices here are extremely favorable compared to other nearby luxury complexes.I havent had a chance to try it yet due to the frigid weather, but the pool and accompanying hot tub look very inviting! Im also looking forward to taking advantage of the super easy access to Katy Trail and Reverchon park in the warmer months.One of my favorite things is the 24/7 concierge service. Every concierge Ive chatted with so far has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Sammy made a point to check-in with me when he saw me a second time a few days after my move-in to ensure that everything went smoothly.There are 2 (minor) cons Ive encountered thus far: 1. The fitness center leaves a lot to be desired. Its a very tiny and cramped space. I tried getting a workout in on one of the days where it was 10 degrees outside, but the limited space and limited equipment made it impossible to do my normal routine without heavy modification. I dont usually expect much from apartment fitness centers, but at this point Ill only be using it if the weather is terrible and Im desperate to get some cardio in. 2. The parking garage doesnt have assigned spots (unless youre willing to pay a pretty penny of $75 per month for a reserved spot), so its a total free for all when it comes to finding a spot. Expect to park at the top floor if you ever come home past 7pm (also, if youre like me, expect to constantly forget where you last parked!)Like I said - only minor quibbles! Overall I have felt so comfortable and cozy in my new unit at SKYE of Turtle Creek. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to move to the Victory Park/Uptown area to come checkout SKYE.

    I absolutely loved this property! First off It has a beautiful exterior and very warm welcoming clean & sleek main lobby . Kelly the manager is such a doll and very sweet with each interaction weve had. Ive worked with Shara regarding tour information and floor plans.     I absolutely love living at Skye. After living at a few different places I can confidently say this is my favorite place to live. Management and concierge are both amazing and always make you feel at home. They listen to concerns and readily address problems. Kendall from the leasing office in particular has helped me so much from the day I moved in last August. I’m also super excited for the renovations that are coming soon.

    I havent lived here ling enough to give a review of the apartment itself but what I can say is McCartney Waters the Assistant Community Director is actually the best EVER. She is beyond kind and you can tell she loves what she does. She always makes you feel like youre her top priority and is always eager to help with whatever you may need. My roommates and I had an expedited moving process after terminating our lease elsewhere and McCartney literally was able to get my roommates and I hooked up here IN ONE DAY! Shes incredible, and makes this place home.

    If youd asked me a year ago, I would have left Skye a much worse review. Greystar used to manage it, and there were numerous parts of the building that needed updating, with no sign of improvements on the way. And I wont get into the number of times the 1st-5th floors flooded last year, because if you scroll down you can find plenty of reviews about that.BUT. The current staff with Kairoi have been really turning things around. I would appreciate a little more communication in advance about the updates and improvements that are planned, but theyre actually getting things done. Since they took over, the hallways have gotten new carpet to replace the old, stained carpet that had been there for who knows how long; the shoddy entry/exit doors to the parking deck have been fixed (mostly... but theyre way better); they have actually started towing people who are parked incorrectly so that there are now usually spots to park in, instead of parking filling up by 8pm every night... the list goes on. Im impressed and pleasantly surprised with the work theyre putting into the building.Also, McCartney is an absolute gem.

    I am so lucky to live at Skye of Turtle Creek! I have had nothing but a positive experience thus far. 1st of all, the entire team is amazing and so friendly and helpful!! On top of that, the area and amenities are great. Being right on the Katy trail is awesome and so convenient .There are so many places that are walking distance!! There is also a 24 hour concierge service. Which is sooo helpful whenever guest come to visit! AND for all of that i pay such a great price! The value of this place is unbeatable!

    So Ive been a resident here for about 3 years. This is like any other business, the management we had just left and the new management took over. Youre going to see reviews from different points in time and when the building was under different management. I can honestly say Deanna and Lucy along with the people they brought in with them have fixed pretty much every issue I had with the building and I decided to renew my lease. The maintenance team is on the ball, theres no more fire alarms going off 24/7 and things are actually getting fixed on time. The only issue I really have is with the constant noise from cars and car stereos, but thats not something management can fix. Skye is a good place to live now.

    Lived here for over a year and absolutely loved it. We ended up building a house but would have stayed had we wanted to continue renting. Loved the staff here as everyone was friendly and helpful. The apartments are large for the area and the community felt safe. Also loved the pool area and the convenience store in the building. You definitely get what you pay for here. Felt like we were living in an upscale hotel. Would highly recommend.

    I visited a friend/resident of the property. The property has quite a few amenities with a stylish décor. However, it was like a high-rise dog park and the carpets reflected it. It is not a reflection on the property owners but rather on the dog owners themselves. Personally, I would just rather not live in a pet-friendly residence because more often than not the pet owners just lower the standard of living for everyone.

    Skye of turtle creek is an amazing community. I lived there on and off for approximately three years. The staff is phenomenal and always willing to help. I had the pleasure of not only being a resident but also a vendor to the community. As my clients, Skye of turtle creek provides excellent customer service, amazing views of Dallas, and there renovations are and will be nothing less than perfection.

    The Windsor at Turtle Creek is extremely easy to arrive at because it is located right off the North Dallas Tollway. This location provides a quick connect to downtown and is about 20 to 25 minutes to West Plano. If you are looking at a map, you would think that the location is perhaps too close to the highway, but the high rise is actually set back just a bit from the tollway, and separated by a nice green patch of land, so noise isn’t a factor. There is a lot of greenery and a few private residences nearby.The amount of space was very nice and the overall layout (including generous closets) of the floorplans definitely satisfied space needs. The apartment features itself were a mix of delightful and average. Overall, it worked well in combination, such as the elegant bathroom with marble tile, and the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Appliances such as the refrigerator and stove seemed functional and very clean. The carpet in the living room was a good color and the overall feel was bright and pleasant. There were occasional features that I felt should be upgraded, such as occasional use of mirrors in the cabinet in the dining room, etc.Overall, I felt this gave off a very warm feel, and it felt more like a home than an apartment. The concrete between the floors also would contribute to that. I do think that the age of the building occasionally shows, but the features that are now standard overcome these nicely.There were a few shortcomings of note:• Washer/dryer is not included (also, if you don’t include a washer/dryer, you should at least have a laundry room, and they didn’t)• The standard option throughout the apartment is carpet, no hardwoods (although upgraded units are available that do include these)• The typical apartment does not include a stand up shower, but a tub/shower combinationFor additional information, please review my further thoughts at Uptown101 .

    This building is hard to leave. We moved in 6 years ago and just can’t find anything that beats the location, the size of the apartments, the quiet build and the management team. We keep recommending to friends and they keep moving in. Nothing beats The Skye of Turtle Creek.
