I’ve had a great experience living here, this will be my second year living at these apartments. Management is great and I love Darleen! She’s always so helpful and always very friendly. Maintenance has gotten better and fix issues in a reasonable time frame. Overall super happy!

Well I’ve lived at this apartment complex going on 11 years . I was raised in this neighborhood I didn’t want to move far where I had been all life. I raised my children and grandchildren in the hood. I’ve been knowing family here since they were little growing up also and went to the schools around here like Garcia Elementary, and Sam Houston High school and Patrick Henry middle school. I love this place cause mostly everything is close by you got Metro bus lines close by . Restaurants, gas stations close by, and also have a Salvation Army right next door and don’t forget about an doctor office that was Dr. Clark’s office and now it’s call PCP for Life, and every one in the office are very nice and also the maintenance guys are also nice. They get things done around the apartment complex when you need it. Everyone know each other so if you need a place to move, this is the place it’s a very friendly place. Oh yeah did I forget to mention there’s a swimming pool and also a excise room

Im well pleased with the service here at shoreham. Im grateful for being a resident here. Alexus the property manager is very knowledgeable and get things done quickly as she can.

These apartments are a great place to live, I absolutely love the friendly environment! The staff in the office made me feel very welcomed, they are such a great team! They greeted me with a smile and assisted me with any questions or concerns from the very beginning. This is a lovely place to call home!

I have lived in these apartments since I was in the 11 grade. I recently moved into my own apartment, let’s just say my experience has been awesome. (Ms.Sandra ) is very helpful and sweet. She is over the apartment complex. She has a vibrant spirit and an awesome personality. She always makes sure to check on her residents and make them feel welcomed. My mother has known her for many years ( my mom lives here too) and she absolutely adores Ms.Sandra. The management (Marilice) has been very sweet and welcoming. I’m so glad that she’s here because she keep’s everything running smoothly. If there is any problem she will make sure it’s fixed in a timely manner. She actually cares about her residents. The leasing consultant (Darleen) is outstanding! She has helped my family over the years and we’re so grateful for her. She’s always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that residents are enjoying their stay at Shoreham. Marilice & Darleen are a dream team! They will get you moved in and make sure you’re happy with your stay. Not to mention they make sure to give back to the community and plan fun events to keep the community connected. If you’re look for a place to stay Shoreham Apartments is the place.

I absolutely LOVE these apartments! I moved here a week ago and have been SO pleased with EVERYTHING! The application process was smooth. The property manager, Erika, is kind and professional. The maintenance crew is prompt and helpful. The units are nice and spacious plus they are AFFORDABLE! You get your own patio/balcony AND attached garage plus washer and dryer connections inside of the unit! They have a pool, playground, exercise room, and a laundry room on-site if you don’t have a washer and dryer to put inside your apartment. You guys don’t understand how much of a BLESSING these apartments are to me, ESPECIALLY after my horrible experience with my last apartment. Thanks, Shoreham!

These apartment homes are the best! Feel Very secure, no issues at all since I have lived here. Erika is a one of a kind employee and also part of the Shoreham family! She is very attentive and does not give you the run a round! The 2 guys from maintenance are always on point, always fixing things as quickly as possible and even same day if possible, they are always cleaning up trash that people leave besides the dumpsters and making sure the apartments look presentable.The area is soso but as in every place you just have to be careful and watch your surroundings. Only Wish pool was open in the afternoons but this happens due to some adults not knowing how to act and kids being in there without supervision. They always are doing events for the tenants and always keep us notified on any changes or updates.

Awesome place to live!!!, Nice customer service at the office, always clean... Enough parking lot and free... Living here 4 long time, and never had a problem with anyone the guys who do the maintenance always r there to helping no matter what... But the best part of this is the price on rent .. Don’t live here but I emailed them to schedule a tour and got a immediate response that morning and the lady I spoke with O believe her name was Darleen was very courteous and welcoming way better then many of the other apartments I’ve been in touch with during my relocating experience.

I went with a Friend to apply in these departments and even I was really delighted, everything looks very clean, calm, you can feel the good energy in that place. The person who assisted my Friend Called Darly and very kind, clarified all her doubts and helped her fill out her application, totally grateful to her for being so kind. Lets hope that they give the opportunity to my friend Dany who APPLIED for a room please and can move soon in that wonderful place...so that I can plan later and apply too and they will also give me the opportunity to live in those beautiful apartments
