    Sawyer Heights Loft has been an enjoyable living experience. The staff is phenomenal, personable, welcoming and attentive to the residents!!! The maintenance staff has been remarkable as well. Whenever I’ve had an issue it was addressed the same day or the following business day.The location is perfect and near various businesses (Target and Sephora (just to name a few) are literally our neighbors🙂). Sawyer Heights Lofts also offers various amenities such as community events, local food trucks and my personal favorite the fitness instructors. Mayowa and Naomi are truly a Godsend!!! They will get you in shape for sure.In conclusion, if you seeking a home I would suggest you strongly consider Sawyer Heights Lofts. I’ve enjoyed my residency here.

    I had a virtual tour with Don & he was amazing. He emailed me multiple pictures and videos & all the amenity spaces. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to lease because my company moved back home to Austin, but I highly recommend working with Don. He was very professional & answered all my questions via phone & email. If I was to stay in houston, I would definitely lease with him at sawyer heights. The hallways seemed spotless and the apartments were very nice. Can’t beat the location. Hopefully I will be back at sawyer heights to lease in the future.

    We looked at countless apartments in the Houston area, many of which were very nice. Honestly we would have been happy at any of them, but the minute we met Don at Sawyer Heights Lofts, we were sold!!! These were the last apartments we looked at on our way out of town. Don couldn’t have been more helpful that day and every single day since. He is absolutely wonderful to deal with. So patient and understanding and helpful. We have never rented an apartment before so we had TONS of questions and he was always there for us. Since we moved in, nothing has changed. He is so responsive and friendly - it has been a fantastic experience! I would recommend Don and Sawyer Heights Lofts to everyone!!! Thank you!!

    Houston has more high rent, low quality apartments than one could fathom and Sawyer Heights Lofts is not one of them. I toured around 20 apartments from Montrose to Timberbrook and I did not find a staff member more helpful than Don at the front desk. Don was accommodating and direct throughout the touring, application, and leasing process. A lot of apartment leasing agents will stutter, mumble, or make up something when you ask them a tough question. That was not the case with my experience at Sawyer Heights. If they need clarification on a question i asked they communicated that to me. Honesty is good in the world and I believe the residents here are happier because of it.ps the hallways are hugepps the pool goes to 5ft, no apartment in houston that i saw was deeper than 3ft6in

    Had to find a place with less than a weeks notice and somehow they pulled this off. This move was seamless and easy. The staff here is amazing, friendly, and super helpful. Huge shoutout to Don who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even when I unsure if the time frame was manageable. The hospitality was unmatched, everyone here was great. Walking distance from target and plenty other attraction, amazing city view, and spacious. I’m loving my new apartment!!

    Sawyer Hights has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I come from a background in Leasing and can tell you everyone in the office, especially Don Didandeh is a true professional and makes a huge difference in your moving in and overall apartment experience. I believe what you get for the money, in terms of location, safe area, and actual living space is at a very competitive and good value.

    I just moved into my 1bdrm Unit & I’m pretty excited to experience this new living space and community.I have to say, Don D. in the leasing office made me feel completely informed & cared for from the beginning of touring the property to picking up my keys at move-in. I can’t help but say part of my reason for choosing to move here was because of how legit the leasing office staff was (among many other obvious surrounding reasons).I look forward to taking it all in & being a new resident here at Sawyer Heights Lofts.😎🤙🏽

    Sawyer Heights has been such a blessing for me. Management is extremely friendly and has helped me promptly and kindly when needed. Even among move in stress, they were all so great helping situate everything. My view of a courtyard with a fountain and greenery is so beautiful. They mediation garden and yoga room are my favorite spots for me time and the pool has the perfect amount of sun! They staff keeps this place clean and are all helpful and friendly. The community is respectful and it is generally calm around here. A wonderful place to live! Not to mention the location being so close to white oak bayou and downtown along with potential views you can get! I’m so glad I moved to Sawyer Heights Lofts!!

    The team here could not have been more welcoming after a bad apartment move in experience left us looking for somewhere To move quickly! They helped us expedite the process and we’re so kind and patient with us and our many requests! We felt so taken care of and we’ll communicated with. The property is very well maintained with very seemingly respectful neighbors and a great location, we are so excited to get to live here!

    The office staff has been attentive to the requests/ needs Ive had & any issue has been handled in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has been great. Theyve always been very nice & respectful when entering my home and any issue that they werent able to resolve that day, they found a temporary fix for until they were able to get it resolved. The residents here have all seemed friendly & inviting. Everyone says Hello with a smile on their face which is a sign of a good community. Overall, Ive enjoyed living at Sawyer Heights more than I have at any other rental property.

    Been here since November 2019 and so far so good. Neighbors on both sides of me are quiet, one above has a heavy foot as I can hear every step they take lol Meditation pond and pool areas are tranquil and beautiful. Leasing staff is nice. I love the upgraded lights in the parking garage as they are much brighter.

    I live here currently with my wife... Its pretty awesome I must say. My wife and I keep toying with the idea of moving out because wed like to have a house, but this apartment complex really has so much to offer. Its right off the freeway, its in walking distance to just about everything you need (restaurants, dentists, eye doctors, a grocery store, and last resort... Subway), its right off a park that heads to the heights and downtown so you always feel peoples vibrant energy. This complex offers workout classes for free, has a dog lot, plenty of space, storage, free coffee, great amendments, and they really try to make the apartment have a fun and communal feeling as much as possible. They have fun events at least once a month it seems like it, all free for us living there. They have a pool, meditation pond, relaxation pond, plenty of grills and hang out places... Just so much, and a great staff.... Its definitely one of the best places in loop... Especially for the price. Weve been really happy here

    Great location and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Noise is pretty good for the most part. Ive only had an issue with noise maybe a handful of times over my year and a half here because I live on the 4th floor looking down at the pool/grill area so thats been good. Bugs are never an issue, but I have had 2 or 3 lizards though. Door side trash pick up is great and now theyve implemented a new system for packages so that you can pick it up even after office hours.

    I initially moved here for work, however, I am thrilled with the convenience of the apartments in relation to my needs. Animal hospital down the street. Retail stores and restaurants within walking distance. Bike and hike trail right in front of the building. The apartments are gorgeous, high ceilings, large windows, garden soaking tub, large kitchen with island, and in-home full size washer and dryer. The staff are amazing, and make me feel like family.     I have loved living here since I moved in! The front office staff is super friendly and accommodating! The maintenance staff works really hard to keep everything looking very nice, including power washing the hot tubs and walk ways on a weekly basis!! With all of the units, you would think there would be more traffic in the parking garage since there is only one entrance, but I havent ever had an issue. I love it here!!

    I have been living here for about 6 months. The staff is really friendly and really quick with responses to any issues. The apartment as a whole is pretty quick and you can tell the residents respect each other’s spaces. I would recommend this complex for a young adult living space before they buy their first house!

    I absolutely love loving here. The staff is very nice and helpful with anything and everything I’ve even requested. From letting in my maid to clean my loft to helping me find my truck lol they have been so great and I’m going to miss this place and the staff when my lease is up.     Absolutely love living at Sawyer Heights. It’s in a perfect location. So many great places at a walking distance. Loveeee walking to Target! Also, the Heights, Montrose, Washington & Downtown are close by.The employees at the front office are awesome & the maintenance crew is amazing!     Ive been living here since 2016 and every since I visited this location and many others, this was the one that was perfect from the beginning, starting with leasing office, tour, price, location, maintenance.     My experience has been good value for one of the more reasonable priced locations inside the loop and close to down town. Yes, Ive had a few issues, but as a renter you can have the same issues everywhere.I love my stained concrete floors (I live on floor 1). I never see my neighbors unless walking the dog. It feels very private.

    Staff is super friendly and always remembers you, repairs are speedy, amenities are amazing! Location beats all with Target literally next door, and guest parking is never a problem with the huge parking lot, which is something other complexes definitely dont offer. Cant stress enough how amazing the Sawyer Heights Village is. Petsmart, a vet, two salons, massage place, ice cream shop, etc. Also, it may not be the fanciest restaurant/bar but Chilis is a 3-5 minute walk from any unit in the building which is very convenient (order the chips and guac or queso to go for your next party, ready in 5 minutes).The building is huge and has a really fun pool in the summer, and youll always see a group out there on the weekends having a bunch of fun. Everyone that lives here is very friendly and welcoming. You honestly cannot beat the community here. I previously lived at 2411 Washington and it definitely didnt have the same atmosphere.The staff keeps the complex clean, but any complex as big as this one is going to have some lag-time with upkeep, but Ive never noticed anything major standing out.If youre looking for a quiet relaxing place to live, I would suggest looking at a unit that faces into the reflection pond. You wont get I-10 noise or the parking lot from Target.

    Sawyer Heights is an awesome place to live and has a great management team. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be greeted by name one day...there are so many tenants in the building yet they know everyone! Love it here!

    Overall am content with my experience at SHL. Office staff is warm and receptive. Although I had one noise complaint that went unanswered, after several attempts it was eventually addressed.     Every employee at Sawyer Heights is friendly and professional. I really like the fact that things in the common areas are often fixed before I have time to report them. This tells me someone is checking for lights being out and the integrity of access doors. Great job!!!

    I had a great time living here. I lived on the second floor and had no issues with being delayed with maintainance. Only reason I am moving out is because the renewal rent went up from 1788 to 1880. This complex has a pretty competetive rent for its location

    Had some issues with the apartment we wanted, but it worked out overall. lots of damages in new apartment though. giving 4* because of the staff. i’ve had nothing but great service even with the hiccup with the unit we were suppose to move into originally.Although, the price we’re paying. we should have stains in the apartment.
