10/10 Experience. Christina and Brenda helped me find me finger my cousin into a place while going through a family crisis. Affordable rates, Great Customer Service and timely responses. The previous review of the pool is untrue I see this pool get cleaned everyday. The photos from the previous review must be old, I’ve experienced nothing but a clean pool and great experience. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Christina or Brenda! 🙌🏽

I moved to San Pedro when I first moved to the valley. I only ever had one issue with loud neighbors and that was resolved quickly thanks to management. I love that they are pet friendly and there was a sand volleyball court on the property. I enjoyed the 2 years I lived there.

Absolutely would recommend this area to live in. The manager Brenda does a superb job for her tenants. She truly is passionate about her work and maintaining a positive environment for her tenants so they can call San Pedro their home. She goes above and beyond and does an exceptional job at leading her team. Her team is a representation of the type of leadership she has; hardworking and welcoming.

My partner and I lived at San Pedro apartments for 1 year and I must say, we had a wonderful experience. The only reason why my partner and I left was because we moved to a new city. The overall apartment complex is pleasing to the eye and it has a relaxing atmosphere. Needless to say, the front office staff are kind and most importantly they deliver topnotch customer service. In my experience, service requests were always performed immediately. Araceli and Sandra went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for your next home.

I moved in a month ago and have had all positive and friendly interactions with the staff. Everybody is very helpful and accommodating. My apartment was as advertised and clean. The complex is nice and well kept. Quiet and family atmosphere within the complex. I have only two negative comments: Parking is a limitation and... Im not sure the solution to this, but the security entrance gate doesnt seem to bar many from entering as I have seen several instances when people wait in their cars in the parking lot until somebody who has the key, opens the gate and then they follow them in. Im happy the gate is there and the place is fenced in, but those who are patient seem to get in anyways. Other than that though, great place with nice amenities.

I have been living here for the past year and half and its great enviornment to live in! My kids love walking the neighborhood as well as bike riding inside this gated comunity. People are very friendly and welcoming to everyone. Recently, front office made some management changes and the little things that I was hesitant about have been corrected fast. Any maintenance issue is taken care of within days now and the new front office ladies go above and beyond for resident concerns! Looking forward to living here until we buy our house. A++++

I have lived here for exactly one year this month and just renewed my contract for another year. I enjoy living here, because the grounds are well maintained and the pool area is absolutely awesome. They just added a bbq area with gas grills and we really enjoy it. New management took over about a year ago and you can really see the difference since they took over. They added a dog park which I really like, before we did not have a place to let our 2 dogs loose, now I can take them out to run around and exercise. The office staff is very friendly and always very helpful, I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I moved to Mission in October from Wisconsin. I had a lot of questions before moving down and Brenda and Sandra were very helpful during the transition. Amanda the property Manager recently went out of her way to help me since I was locked out of my apartment after hours. She was so kind! I absolutely love my apartment! The apartments are very clean and well taken care of. You always see maintenance through out the day. They offer Valet services for garbages twice a week. I have zero noise complaints and the few times I have seen my neighbors they are also friendly. I also love that they are dog friendly apartments and they have dogs posts, and a nice dog park. I highly recommend these apartments!

Since move in, we have had all our questions answered, made to feel at home, any issues addressed promptly, and overall have been made to feel welcomed and valued as a resident. Please understand that you need to make sure to review your lease, understanding the information and responsibilities you have as a tenant and you’ll not find yourself upset about things that are in black and white. I wont say I’ve never been slightly upset about something with living here, but that’s just reality of renting in ANY large complex. If you have concerns bring them to the management promptly and POLITELY and with calmness and respect and it goes a long way, and will be addressed in a timely manner. Me and my girlfriend love it so far.

We have been renting an apartment here for the past 2 1/2 years and I still remember touring other apartment complexes nearby and picking San Pedro over them because of how friendly and helpful the front office was. Til this day thats one of the things that stands out to me, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The apartments are a bit dated but Im willing to sacrifice that to feel safe and secure. Its a family oriented community and I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour.

I greatly enjoy renting here. San Pedro Apartments has multiple things going on each month. They always run great specials. Their grounds are always kept neat and clean, plus I feel extremely safe living here due to the fact of many law enforcement that reside here. Whenever I have a question or issue, management is always quick to respond and fix whatever is needed. Parking is only an issue on weekends, but can be easily taken care of if you invest in a reserved parking spot. I will always recommend to rent a place here.

Quiet, pretty place to live. Someone else said parking is a pain, and it is especially if you get home at night and have to park buildings away or if you have groceries you have to carry them a long distance. Other than that, no real complaints so far. Maintenance takes care of problems pretty quick and the pool and playground are nice when family is over.

Probably the best place to live in the Valley. Poolside BarBQs, gym, multiple play grounds for kids and pets. Beautiful Sharyland, top schools, great caring community, neighbohr friendship. Cleaningness, Safety. Awsome management that pampers us and makes parties for us. We have been here 6 months and my wife, my kids, and I just LOVE LIVING HERE.

We renewed the contract with these departments, the people are very friendly, the neighbors have no problems, the repair time is very fast, the cleaning in general is good, the pool is kept clean.
