Lived here for over 3 years now, it has been nothing short of fantastic! The staff is wonderful and caring, I have never had any complaints or concerns. If I did I know they would not go unattended. I tell all of my friends who are looking for a new apartment to come check out Rustico at Fair Oaks and they have loved it as well!

I’ve lived here for about three years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. They are always friendly and polite and actually look happy to see you when you come into the office. They have always been very quick to solve my issues, especially Jocelyn. I really hope GreyStar takes care of their staff because this place wouldn’t be same without them!

I cannot say enough great things about Rustico at Fait Oaks apartments! From the moment I inquired about availability, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Sherry in the leasing office. Sherry was an absolute gem — so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way! She took the time to throughly explain the entire leasing process , answered all of my questions with ease, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed.

The Rustico is a great place to live. Beautiful views and a nice neighborhood. The office and maintenance staff always go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. 10/10 would recommend.

We have lived here for +-5 years now, and have not had any major issues. Had some issues with staff at first, but the current staff, managers, and maintenance are all great. Yes, if you want to be nitpicky about things, there could definitely be some improvement, but the good definitely outweigh the bad.For the most part, we love it here. There are residents here that dont care about cleaning up after themselves (cigarette butts) or their dogs (same resident with the butts), but the majority of the residents here are very respectful and clean.We looked at other places in the area, and for the price and living areas that you get, you cannot beat Rustico.

This apartment complex is the perfect home! With the great staff and even better neighbors! A large range of residents from college, new families and even retired! Everyone engages well and is so nice and eager to help! The apartments themselves are cozy! updated! Peaceful… a truly great place to live!

Im going on 4+ years and love it. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and fair. They do an excellent job keeping the parking lot spotless but I wished they would take time to clean the halls and stairs every few weeks . Once a year isn’t enough. But in the grand scheme of things it’s nothing to be mad about. There always food trucks and evens in the club house. Every maintenance request Ive had has been resolved or acknowledged within 24 hours, with clear notifications at each step The maintenance staff are always hard at work!. Reaching anyone via email, text, or phone is always easy. The property is not only very clean but also wonderfully quiet, with everyone being friendly and respectful of each other’s privacy. Parking! Parking is Secure and constantly patrolled with courtesy officers and Bexar County Sheriff’s, as well as tow companies! I had my truck towed from here, my own fault, no one to blame but myself! Paid the fee and learned for it. It makes me know the property is secure by keeping unauthorized people and cars out! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and safe place to live!

Really beautiful property. Coming from Houston the view is spectacular. I am in the back and was worried about noise from ten and I cant hear anything even with construction. The western view and sunsets are awesome. The balconies and HUGE and they have a nice pool and dog park. They are working on a splash pad. The office staff is amazing. When I was moving in I totally spaced on water and came to the office as a team member was leaving and he returned just to let me in and get water from the amenity fridge. That is above and beyond let me tell you. Everyone who is in the office is absolutely the best and I am soo happy o chose to live here. I visited almost twenty different apartments in the area and with the new residents special and the strong connection I felt with the office staff lead me to chose here. I dont regret it at all. Check them out I know you wont either. Excuse the moving mess next to the kitchen but I am in love!

Our stay so far has been outstanding, the move in was made easy and quick by the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front office. As the need for a maintenance technician arose, their expediency and professionalism was unequivalent. Also, the view of the surrounding scenery is amazing! Catching the sunrises and sunsets are sights here like no other. Though we have just recently become tenants, we look forward to our stay here and look forward to conducting business with the staff here as the need arises.

This is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The people in the office are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are great and actually care about their work. The complex is very well maintained and it seems the owners and the people that work here actually care about how the complex looks and how it is maintained. I recently went back to my old complex in San Antonio to see a friend and it made me realize how much better Rustico is on all levels.

Honestly LOVE. these. apartments.Love the staff, they do their best to take care of residents always!Move to *RUSTICO AT FAIR OAKS*I’d give it TEN STARS if I could!The secondary Review:Much like what everyone is going through in the world today things get messy Staff gets busy taking care of *911* issues but are ALWAYS welcoming and forthcoming with any and all issues that MAY arise via in person visit or email.After all they ARE running an apartment complex and for that we Extend as much grace as we can! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Everything that requires upkeep- such as , outdoor pools that get leaves in them (due to extreme whether OUT OF THE STAFFS CONTROL 🤗) and Gates that can get broken by people running into them or malfunctioning because they are made and fixed by fallible human beings for any number of reasons, or even something small like a light bulb being out on a third floor breezeway, are just a few of the things that these SWEET humans are dealing with at any given moment and time during their busy day!!!Everything I’ve seen SINCE I MOVED IN has and WILL be fixed as soon as STAFF AND OWNERS see fit as long as it is not life threatening the residents of course! :) . This is why MOST you choose apartment living right? To not have to be responsible for fixing EVRY TEENY ISSUE that arrises? I For SURE don’t want to have to pay for time, energy and the equipment to have almost all year access to an exquisite pool?😍.And of course there ARE hundreds of apartment you could move to and dozens in this area, but you can choose RUSTICO AT FAIR OAKS and know you are getting your bang for your buck here!!!We all desire to have a generally lowkey living space here and we can continue to achieve that, As long as we all do our part as residents and neighbors to mind our own and BE RESPECTFUL🫶🏻PS. Wonderful staff(Sherry is amazing and accommodating)application process was a swift, and the community is great. The school system has good reviews as well. I am.a new resident and everything seems great. The area is quiet and neighborhood which is awesome.

Personally, this is one of the best places I have lived. All my neighbors are nice and respectful. I never hear loud music or noises at night. The maintenance crew is very nice and quick to respond. They fix things correctly the first time. I dont have a need to stop at the front office because everything is handled before I ever consider going. The grounds are kept as clean as they can be considering how many people live here. I am never worried or embarrassed to have visitors because the complex is kept clean. Also, it feels safe to live here. Neighbors leave packages and items outside their door and no one bothers them. I am never worried that someone will take my Amazon packages. Overall, I think this is a great place to live.

I loved living here, being my first time living on my own the people in the front office were so helpful and made it super easy. Nothing ever broke, the apartments are clean and spacious. The only problem I had was the charges when I moved out, my boyfriend and I spent 2 and a half hours cleaning the entire list they gave us and then they still charged to clean the apartment. Among others but aside from that I loved it. The biggest issue was parking, the whole year I had to park outside the gate and walk to my apartment unless I was willing to pay for a covered spot.. unless you were there by 4pm chances were you couldnt park inside the gate...

I have only been here 1 month and I’m already really comfortable in this community and enjoying it! All the staff and management have been very helpful and great but Ashley has been the best! Community is very quiet, clean, and seems pretty safe to me. Sure the parking can be interesting but it’s manageable! They only charge $50/month for a carport which I’d happily pay should one become available. Dog friendly! Rex loves to spend hours looking off the balcony.

We’ve lived here for almost a month now and it’s been great! Rustico Management has been amazing with communicating, problem solving, and responding back to left messages. Everyone here seems great, living in these apartments has definitely been the best decision we’ve made.

From my initial call to learn more about the property, to residing here for a few weeks, everything has been very smooth. All the information I needed was answered by Jan and the other office staff. Moving in was nice, as we had the room in the complex to park our U-Haul trailer right by my apartment. Since moving in, everything has been great. Appliances work great, no loud neighbors, and the complex is kept very clean. So far very satisfied with our experience and hope it continues down this path.

From my first day of dropping in to get a tour to now being settled and at home, Caitlin and the rest of the Rustico staff have been nothing but amazing! Caitlin always responds to my emails with a positive attitude and treats all her residents like family and not a rent check. Maintenance here is on point and go above and beyond. A huge thank you to Billy for helping me hang something up last month! They expect you to feel like you are at home here and not just passing through. Neighbors are respectful and anytime theres a problem the office responds quickly and residents are generally pretty good about communicating and being courteous.As far as interiors go, you wont find another one bedroom apartment like this! 5 windows, spacious balcony, and a beautiful kitchen! Not to mention an over-sized tub.Anyone on the fence, remember when you read reviews, some people are just chronic complainers and never happy. Dont let that discourage you from checking this place out.

I toured Rustico and loved the two apartments I saw! Studios are huge and all apartments have beautiful standard features and balconies or patios. Hoping when I’m ready to move they’ll have availability as it’s my top choice! Nicest place in my budget that I’ve toured, hands down, and great staff!

Rustico is such a great place to live. We have been at Rustico for a year now since we moved from out of state, and management honestly has made it a fantastic experience. Theyre always doing resident events for us that are fun and inviting, and theyre always so welcoming in the office. Both Jessica and Caitlin are amazing to work with and they really care about making your experience great. We upgraded to a three bedroom and we plan on being here until we purchase a home!

Its a nice place! I had a pipe burst recently because of after-affects due to the winter storm and there was water everywhere, however maintenance was very helpful in fixing it promptly. I dont blame the complex as the weather was an eye-opening experience altogether. But, the price is really great compared to other units in the area and Jan in the front office is super friendly! Definitely would recommend!

Always impressed with EVERYONE that works for Rustico. There all very polite understanding and personable. Go above and beyond to do tasks for there residence without it even being there actual job . They all strive on making sure needs are met . I have been a 4 year resident and each year I am beyond impressed with the consistency from the staff.

Overall, Ive had a very pleasant experience living at Rustico. The staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is prompt and effective. The pool area was so fun to hang out at in the summer and the food trucks that visit are always a delight!

Whether if you’re looking to moving into a different apartment complex or if she need to rent for a few months while you wait for your home, go to Rústico at Adair Oaks. The apartments are great, management has never given me any issues, and it’s very clean. The only downside is how busy the area is getting which brings more noise. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Awesome Views, Amazing Property, Authentic Staff! Rustico is a gorgeous brand-new property, set back in the hills of IH 10 boasting white granite countertops, dark cabinets in the Kitchen and Bathrooms with updated appliances, hardwood floors, PET FRIENDLY & they provide several amenities = Pool, Business Center, Conference Room, and an Awesome Lobby! I chose Rustico after interviewing and meeting with several apartments in the area, and the overall attentive, altruistic, honest, kind, caring team, consistently displayed the true spirit of ensuring my stay at Rustico was nothing less than 1st class is what sold me! Thank you to Caitlyn and Katie.... in fact, last week, I had a delivery from Amazon, and I wasnt home for 4 days, I emailed the team, and they ensured my purchase (console table) was delivered directly to my apartment!! AWESOME!!! Cannot say enough great things about living here.... and Im sure youll feel the same!!

Been here since May ‘18. Love this place. Every one I have met has been great. Friendly and social. Last summer one guy cooked my fajitas for me by the pool then we took some tequila shots. Wont say it will happen to you, but i sure enjoyed it. Management staff is great. Meagan and Cailtin are super friendly, super helpful, and always sign for my UPS stuff while im at work. Any maintenance concerns are resolved quickly and conveniently. Dog friendly. Easy access to Boerne or SA. Boerne school district which is a great plus.

Awesome place! Staff rocks! They try to plan events for residents to get to know their neighbors! Van Raub school is THE BEST! It’s ranked one of the best in the STATE! Need play ground for kiddos. Don’t want to move and probably renew our lease!!

This is quiet and friendly apartment complex. It is easy access to I10 and close to CVS, Wal-Mart, HEB, and Walgreens. There are many places to eat and Boerne is close by. Whenever there was anything in my apartment that needed to be serviced, it was addressed quickly and taken care of. The maintenance staff always called as I requested before entering. Caitlin the Asst. Property Mgr is always smiling and quick to help with anything needed. There are food trucks, blood drives, and wine tasting there at the apartment complex to promote more of a community feeling. I recently moved into a home but will miss this place!

Property is nice and clean. The gym is mostly always empty in the mornings when I go, which is nice. Its also far enough from the city which gives more privacy and safety. Valet trash is awesome.
