I’ve been really impressed with Jeff and his maintenance team. He is always prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful which relays to his team. Whenever I’ve submitted a request, he and his team responded quickly and resolved the issue quickly. He not only fixed the issue the same day but also took the time to explain what went wrong.You can clearly see Jeff cares about keeping the property in great shape and making sure all residents are comfortable. Big thanks to the whole maintenance team for all their hard work - it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Riverstone Apartments in San Marcos! The management team is friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The community is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. Parking is convenient, and the location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and just a short drive to Texas State University. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience in San Marcos.

The staff in the office are amazing! They were extremely helpful with the whole application process and are very nice and caring. I would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to move into the San Marcos area!

Community services has been a great source of help and support especially with their food pantry. Their nutritional classes and family oriented events. Our coordinator is always willing to help get information for the residents!! And the office staff are very friendly and top of the notch professionals willing to go above and beyond for it’s residents.

We enjoy living here at riverstone apartments! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Riverstone has an amazing service coordinator, Rob who is just amazing. The family activities and events that are hosted are always a hit. We also appreciate the food pantry that Riverstone offers. As well as movie nights, dad zone, crafts, cooking with kids, holiday markets and many more!

My family and I have been living at the Riverstone Apartments for a little over 2 months now and so far its been a great experience. We love our 3 bedroom apartment and all of the amenities. The community is quiet and our neighbors are friendly. Gigi the Assistant Manager is an amazing person to work with. Shes so kind, understanding, and professional. She made the application and move in process so easy and we cant thank her enough for all her help. The gentleman that initially gave me the apartment information and tour was very kind and helpful as well. I definitely love being a part of this community and I highly recommend!
