This place is great and clean, they got trash valet and even a sanitary team here once a while to mop and clean around the hallways leaving the area and elevator smelling fresh and new again. The place is nice, water and heater work great with whatever temp you set it at, appliances are awesome, amenities are dope, the community events are even cooler meeting new people who are residents here indulging on food trucks or events the complex set up for their residents. I actually feel safe here that my gun is locked away in a case with a lock on it instead of it chilling inside of my drawer.

I’ve been in the Rythm from last 3+ years. It’s an excellent community. The pool side is my favorite and the location is so peaceful. It’s a well secured gated community and the maintenance services are always on time. Credit goes to the members of the front office. Starting from the manager to the assistant manager and leading representatives or even the maintenance team, everyone is really nice and friendly. They do take all kind of concerns pretty seriously and work on it immediately and effectively. I would say if you’re looking for an apartment community in a reasonable price in North Austin, this can be your ultimate destination. Also there are a lot of restaurants, gas stations and shops nearby. That’s an add on advantage.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Rhythm! Tony and Nina in the office have been phenomenal—super helpful, communicative, and proactive throughout the hassle-free move-in process. They even took care of things before I had to ask! The neighbors are friendly, and both the apartment and community are modern and well-maintained. I’ve lived at multiple apartments in Austin, and Rhythm has checked every single box of mine (and I’m very picky 😉).

I just recently moved in and already love the community and my apartment. Nina, the Assistant Manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the process very easy for my transition. The community is nice, clean and makes me feel comfortable as a new resident. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming, so far the best property I have lived at!

Rythm is one of the best apartments I have ever visited in North Austin. Best part is its location; pretty close to all the nearby market places. Some really good restaurants nearby. Talking about the apartment quality it’s amazing. I loved the interior designs and the appliances provided for each unit. Also I loved the employees working in the leasing office. The leasing representative, assistant manager, manager everyone’s really friendly and really helpful and are very respectful while talking and communicating with me. I’d recommend this apartment complex to stay. Prices are also very very reasonable.

From a tourist standpoint :)I toured here to check out local apartments in the area. (I’m getting ready to be an apartment locator.)The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment (1bd) that I toured was very clean, updated, and had lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. All the appliances are updated and there’s a stackable washer & dryer. The community is gated and each building requires a fob to get in. The gym has a cross fit style to it which I really loved. It was inside/outside which is pretty unique and cool.The 2bds were starting in the $2,000s when I went. Maintenance was on the premises and appeared very active and diligent. The outside and inside of the buildings were well kept and the parking lot was clean.They have elevators as well!

I have lived at Rhythm Apartments for almost 4 years, and just moved out solely due to the fact I am moving out of the city. This complex has been wonderful compared to my past experiences. It’s amenities, like the 24 hour gym and pool, as well as the common area and private work offices that you can use during business hours are kept clean and updated. I used the Rhythm gym consistently for 2 years before getting a gym membership elsewhere and the equipment was always in good working condition, and was plenty to fulfill my fitness needs. Plus, the gym has a nice outdoor turf area that is great in the warmer months.I have always felt safe in the complex and the staff has been great, Victoria especially is always so helpful and cheery.I have seen people complain about the smell in the hallways, I do admit there was a smell but only during the hour that people left their trash outside their door to be picked up. This is unavoidable, regardless of if you live in an apartment complex or a residential neighborhood, people always leave their trash out to be picked up and disposed of. The smell only lasts as long as the bags are out and they clean the hallways regularly.My last point is about parking, which a lot of people have touched on. We paid for a garage, and along with that garage there was a parking spot directly outside of it that was for our use as well. There was an incident however, when someone who we did not know parked right in front of the garage in that reserved spot. This was the first and only time it had happened in the course of the four years, because it is common sense not to park in front of a garage, as you are trapping whoever is parked inside. At least I thought it was common sense. We waited for a day to see if the person would move their car, however they did not. The next day the still had not moved, and it meant I had to get a ride to work since my car was trapped in the garage. We walked into the front office to talk to Victoria about contacting the person to get it moved. The apartment staff could not figure out who it belonged to, however they left a envelope containing a letter on the persons windshield telling them that they were parked illegally, they were blocking us in, and they needed to move their car. The owner stayed parked there for another day and we took it upon ourselves to call the towing company because at this point my car had been blocked in for 3 days and I could not leave. Aside from this, I have had no issues, and I feel there is no one to blame aside from the resident(?) who insisted on blocking me in.

Its an awesome community and I really like their service. Especially Tony and Nina Morris have been very customer friendly and provide every single detail about the property in a very crisp and clear way. Id recommend this property to yall if youre looking for one in North Austin. Just one thing that I forgot to ask them, if yall are reading my review comment then please help me. How are the schools around the rythm ??

I absolutely love this apartment complex. Ive has ZERO issues with our neighbors ( which is literally a first for me. this is the 6th complex Ive lived in.)There are no noise issues, everyone i have encountered is nice and courteous, I freaking love it.& On Top of That, the people working here really take pride in what they do. Especially the man at the front desk! He is always so nice and never fails to go the extra mile for every single one of the residents I have seen him interact with (including myself).OO! & the new woman who started here is an absolute sweetheart! She is extremely knowledgeable and a blast to talk with.In short, if you are looking to move to Austin, look no further. Youve found your new home.

Where should I start. I’m going start with Victoria! She is amazingly witty and has a great personality. I felt really welcomed before my move in date. She made the process stress free and kept me smiling along the way. Secondly, Tony is definitely a man of his word! I explained my dilemma about moving in and he coasted me through treacherous waters. He was able to approve my application a day before I moved out. These two are a great duo! Respectable, commendable, and trustworthy is my final thoughts of these two.

Tre and Kassidy make this place a great community, but besides them, the gym is pretty solid, there are a few dog parks, the pool is pretty nice, and they have cold brew on tap- I can’t complain. The team is pretty responsive and always willing to hear any issues I’ve had as a resident and promptly do something about it. I just wish the office spaces were open independently from the leasing office hours.

Wow, what an amazing experience! Tre & Kassidy have been extremely helpful. The whole process has been smooth sailing, from the first email sent to the multiple tours we have taken. From the moment I stepped into the complex, Tonys warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Not only was he approachable, but his extensive knowledge of the property and the surrounding area made the entire leasing process effortless.One of the key highlights of the tour was how Tony tailored it to my specific needs and preferences. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in an apartment and presented options that aligned perfectly with my requirements. This level of personalization truly set Tony and Rhythm Apartments apart from other complexes I had visited.

While this is my first apartment and I don’t have much to compare to, I really like these apartments and highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I may have applied well before the buildings were even complete but they found a solution and got me in the moment they were ready. With this place being brand new (at the time of writing this review), there may be little things here and there that may need tweaking but service requests are answered very quickly and professionally.The apartment complex is gated with additional access control areas (mail-room, workout room, etc) so it feels safe and secure. The location feels safe too. Deliveries can be managed with Fetch Package so you can schedule deliveries if you wish to use the service. The hallways for the main buildings are indoors and air-conditioned and feature an elevator which makes moving in much easier on upper floors. As for the apartments themselves, the appliances are brand new, the AC works great and the vinyl plank floors make cleaning easy.For internet service providers, your choices are either AT&T (Fiber) or Grande Communications (Coaxial/Cable).

I have been living here since March 2021. The experience for the most part have been very positive. I had an issue with someone breaking into my storage unit when I first moved in but since I haven’t had any issues. The area is pretty safe. The staff is really pleasant and answer any of my questions in a timely manner. I’m happy to call Rhythm home for at least another year.

I have lived at Rhythm since they opened and hope I never have to move! Very quiet, the apartment has a bright, beautiful layout with great energy flow.The maintenance crew are prompt and courteous. Going into the office to chat with Cassidy and Tre is always a pleasure.*one complaint: fix the speakers in the club lounge…corporate needs to put forth some of my rent $ and solve this unfortunate problem!Other than that, I can’t ask for more. Definitely a place that can handle in a rush Residents that are looking for something quick . the Community manager Ariell handled my move in process , like 1,2,3 move in date . Keys and I was sleeep that night at my new home. Property is small so you never have parking issues or crazy neighbors/Residents. Everything seems so chill at night. The train is something you can’t even get mad at anymore because you seen it when touring the place (Note to self ) but other then that , Rhythm definitely is a top contender for the North Austin Region.

Its a super location and the amenities are off the charts! Applying online was easy and quick. Shelby has top notch communication skills! I cant wait to move in in July!

I love these apartments!! Everyone is so nice including the neighbors. My kiddos love the pool and everything is so nice and clean. Maintenance responds quickly and the office staff have been nothing but amazing. Cassidy is so awesome!

Emme is by far the kindest leasing agent Ive worked with. I didnt end up leasing at the Rhythm due to personal reasons. But my touring and application experience was top notch. The property is brand new and amenities are amazing. Personally, Id say their walls are also thicker than normal apartments and the sound insulation is pretty good.

I am not the kind of person to leave google reviews but Victoria one of the property managers and Kassidy who works at the front desk have such great customer service that I had to stop for a moment and leave a review. They have been nothing but helpful the entire time we have lived in the community, anytime I am having an issue or needing help I reach out to one of the 2 young lady’s and know something will be done and not have to stress. Unfortunately not all apartment community’s are like that. Victoria and Kassidy both set and exceed what an apartment experience should be. I would like to thank the Rhythm Greystar community complex for everything, and give a huge shout out to Victoria and Kassidy, this is the place to be if you are looking !!!

Great Amenities & cleaner than most communities I have lived in Austin. Kudos to Ranger Security for keeping the community safe. Utility bills are jacked up every alternate month.Be prepared for surprises.UPDATE: different amount refunded after a month.
