Great and quiet neighborhood. New facility. No outdoor amenities like a pool, but no one uses that anyway. Parking is gated. -

I had a great experience touring and applying for an apartment and want to give a big thumbs-up to Damonyae. He is incredibly professional and cares about others. I visited the complex twice to decide which unit to apply for, and he was always there to assist, whether it was freezing weather or late in the day close to 5 PM. I was particularly impressed by his thorough knowledge of the apartment complex during the tour, which stood out compared to my previous experiences where staff at other complexes knew little but still tried to pressure ppl into making a decision. I also met another leasing staff member while applying for the apartment, and she was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. From the way the team interacts with residents, I can tell that they truly value the people who live there.As for the apartment itself, I haven’t moved in yet, so will need more time to provide a detailed review. However, I chose it because it looks new, has great amenities, and is in a great location. There are also buses and the metro with just an 5-minute walk. The neighborhood seems nice overall, the pricing is reasonable. The affordable housing options is a big plus -

5 stars because Nachaye is the most helpful and kindest leasing agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Long story short- I came across some issues with my application and Nachaye kept me updated throughout the entire process, going as far as reaching out to me to let me know when the unit I was applying for was available on the website. She’s endured countless calls and a million questions from me and was truly there to help me throughout the process. There are not enough words to express how amazing and helpful Nachaye is, she has truly raised the bar for leasing agents everywhere! ♥️ -

Been a resident since April.Pros- Good amenities. Nice pool, gym, and lounge area- Area has good restaurants and easy access to 183, the MoPac/Domain- I think there is new management? There have been efforts to improve the living experience. Theyve maintained the interior and exterior of the property much better since Ive moved it.- Neighbors are niceCons- The alarm issue has been terrible. I would say its been much less frequent but still a con until we can say for sure its been resolved- Walls arent thick. Can sometimes hear the music/conversations of neighbors- Mailroom is a mess. They messed up the mailboxes and packages are sometimes left in obscure places because delivery people cant access the mailroom sometimes.The current trajectory is positive but management needs to continue with these improvements. -

I love the community, super nice and well worth the price! I had the privilege of speaking with the Community Manager Sarah, she really takes pride in the community and is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. This community is in a very convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of neat places. Highly recommend! -

New management is MUCH better. Lived here since January and I absolutely hated the management team but they just fired them all and replaced them and it has been significantly better. They are more professional and just nicer in general. -
