    The Retreat at The Woodlands has been my home since January of 2019 and I have no reasons to ever consider moving from here. The leasing and maintenance teams are top notch -- from professionalism to friendliness and any service work performed is done quickly and well. Not only is the floor plan perfect for making me feel at home, but the Retreat is a community -- I know so many of my neighbors from walking my dog and I always enjoy my time spent chatting with them when we cross paths. Finally, the community events that the Retreat hosts bring all of the neighbors together for a wonderful time. I highly recommend living here!Update: I love living at The Retreat at The Woodlands so much that I’ve lived in 3 different apartments here since 2019. Yes, that’s right, as my needs changed and I needed different living accommodations, I found exactly what I wanted and needed right here! No need to search for or tour any other properties because this is our home! From incredible maintenance service to amazing office staff, beautifully maintained grounds and pet-friendly everything (dog park, treats at the office & lots of love for the furry friends), I plan on staying!

    I appreciate management team all team members are extremely polite and helpful. Especially Briana , who helped me with the lead. Briana had been professional, polite and extremely helpful through and through since I have moved here. Briana is a sweetheart, I give her the credit for making my move easier. This place is safe and beautiful. The buildings are rounded by trees. There is a bee box as well that you get to see. The management keep everything extremely clean. You get all the help you need promptly. Neighbors are friendly and polite. No one is loud. Everything is available on 5 to 10 drive. I had been enjoying my time here thoroughly. Thank you.

    I moved in a few weeks ago and from the very first visit to the property to today every single person I’ve come in contact with from the office staff to the residents has been incredible. I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this property and the people in it.Cori, Brianna, and Jackie have all been so kind and patient with me as I adjust to the new living situation since I’m not from the Woodlands area. The maintenance team has also been amazing at helping address any issues or concerns I have.All around I think I won pretty big finding this place.

    The Retreat is a wonderful and inviting environment. I had the pleasure of being the mail carrier at this apartment complex for the past 11 years and saw firsthand on a daily basis how well the property is maintained. Cori has consistently made The Retreat a successfully ran complex. Delivering packages at each of the different buildings on multiple floors, I saw that each and every building was well maintained. No hanging gutters or moldy stairwells like I have observed at other complexes. All lights are working and landscaping well maintained year round. Jeanna is also a warm and inviting soul to greet you when you arrive. I looked forward to seeing the girls daily and also loved the homey feel I got there. The residents are wonderful people as well. Never had a confrontation with any of them. Jay does a fantastic job of keeping the community up and running also. I highly recommend The Retreat as a fabulous place to live!

    Quiet apartment complex with friendly staff. I moved in here a few months ago and really like the place. Bigger than expected for my 3rd story apartment, nice layout and balcony, and the kitchen cabinets and appliances all seem like new. Very pleased with this place, and despite it being so accessible to many restaurants and other businesses (less than 1mi from exit 79 on I-45), you would barely notice its here tucked behind the trees. No noise pollution from anything around it, and that was one of my biggest draws. That and the great front desk and maintenance staff.

    I have been living here for 5 years. It is my favorite place for filtering out many places. Safety and well management services are my biggest concerns. The property manager Ms. Cori and Lease agent Brianna always offer your best services. They are residents first mindset, very good working ethic, professional, quick response to any request and have good communication skills. Love to see their smile and each pleasant conversation.

    I have lived at the Retreat at the Woodlands for a grand total of five years (moved out, then moved back in). In my time here: as an applicant, resident, or as one vacating, my experiences here have been happy, pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team does a superb job at responding to work orders (even ones in the middle of the night, if there are emergencies with AC/heating, or such). The supervising team is consistently helpful, kind, and positive, and helps in any manner they can.I will admit the apartment is somewhat pricy (2-bedroom), but the service, pool, and amenities are also well-maintained and plentiful. Coming from the suburbs of Michigan to this particular apartment location, I honestly thought I was moving into a resort (giant pool, gated community). While these may be commonplace in The Woodlands, Texas, they certainly are not in other parts of the country.All in all, a bit pricy, yet affordable, excellent place to live, .

    In the past six months, my experience at Retreat at The Woodlands has been very pleasant. Brianna Zambrano was my leasing agent, and she was wonderful! Brianna really extends an effort to connect with the residents and has been very professional and courteous. This is a beautiful property and management does a wonderful job maintaining it.

    This apartment community is so nice. Manager and staff are wonderful! I like the resort feel and all the amenities. It truly reminds me of an Outrigger resort that I stayed on Hawaii in recent years. Also appreciate that it is located so conveniently within the Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia areas.

    Fantastic Place to Live !!!The Ladies in the front office are the best !!Brianna is one in a million. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. I just renewed my lease for another year. She makes the complex feel like a community and not just an apartment. She even showed me how to eat a crawfish when they had a party at the pool. This is definitely going the extra mile !!!!

    Did a lot of research before selecting our next home. The Retreat at the Woodlands was top of the list. Their caring management team and fantastic maintenance staff were on any issue I needed help with. The apartments are updated, the pool and splash pad are well maintained along with the barbecue grills. Just nicely done! Yeah, you could pay less somewhere...but you will get what you pay for!     WOW! What an amazing place to live. The management and staff or extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived to move in. It truly is a retreat with the surrounding forest, resort-style pool, and well-equipped fitness facility. The daily trash pickup does a great job of keeping things clean. The landscaping is beautiful. We are so glad we chose to live here.

Hats off to Jay and his team who never let us down.The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs.I have worked and lived in the past 20 years in many countries and I have experienced many management styles, I have to say Cori, the community manager, and her team are doing an awesome job, keeping this amazing community safe, clean and updated.Cori, we really appreciate your hard work and dedication and we would have never decided to leave unless to find a bigger place. You, Kriszty and the rest of your team are doing a wonderful job. From the moment I called 3 years ago, Kriszty and Cori were so keen to make things easy for me and finalize my contract. And during the 3 years they were always helpful and understanding.Whoever is reading this and wants to decide whether to choose The Retreat or not, trust me, I have been searching for another place to stay, just because I wanted a bigger place, it was hard for us to choose, theses guys have raised the bar, whenever I visit other apartment complex, I compare it with The Retreat, and by faaaar, The Retreat is better.We love you guys and we will miss you ❤️❤️I really want to write more and more and there was more than 5 stars I would have chosen that, but I guess you got the point.Hats off to Cori and her team.

    Weve had a wonderful experience living at The Retreat for the past year. The staff is so caring and active in the community, the landscaping is always kept, its safe, and theres a small do park now! Definitely renewing for another year. The only complaint from us is the shortage of parking spaces.

    The management has been extremely welcoming since day 1. My wife and I moved from a terribly managed Greystar property in Houston and expected to be disapointed by this one as well. We were glad to find that this place is professional in every aspect, so we consider the friendly staff at this property to be leagues above other complexes. They host family friendly events on a monthly basis, that serve as a way to interact with the entire staff and your neighbors. The facilities are modern, prices are reasonable, maintenance responds quickly, the grounds are kept clean and it is a dog-friendly community. We have nothing but complementary things to say about The Retreat at the Woodlands and I wish we couldve moved here sooner.

    Delighted I moved here. Safe and quiet yet close to all the attractions of The Woodlands , it has been a great environment to raise my 3-year-old daughter. The staff are nice, friendly and attentive to their residents. The facilities are well maintained, the pool, BBQ area and gym are always in outstanding condition and as a bonus its right beside WG Jones State forest for trail walks, runs and mountain biking.

    I personally wouldn’t want to stay any place else in this area in terms of apartments. Cory, Kriszty, and the entire staff have been so very helpful with my recent move from one apartment to another here at the complex. In general, they ensure continued communication affecting our community is sent out, the landscaping crew does a phenomenal job, the pool area is always well maintained, and they offer free breakfast at least once every few months, as well as a crawfish boil or evening events on a similar frequency.I’ve also been very pleased with the level of work and how quickly the maintenance crew responds to requests required inside of the apartments.To be honest, the thing that stuck out to me specifically, is that today, Cory was walking the back side of the apartments, where my balcony looks out, with a landscape crew member to ensure the trees and bushes were trimmed. This section is rarely, if ever seen by most, but it was still a maintenance item considered. That’s what makes me want to stay here, is that care for the facility and the general care for us. It does feel like a large family. You may have a bad sibling now and then, but that’s not something that can be controlled for when living in an apartment. So I just want to say Thank You to everyone that continues to make this an enjoyable place to call home!Travis F.

    This is a great place to live. I have lived in many apartments in the past and this is one of the best. Managament treats you like you are family and are always available when you need anything. The whole complex is dog friendly and offers many services including a concierge service to walk/feed your dogs while you are at work. The complex is very clean and security is clearly a priority here. Everything is well lit at night, gates are always secure, and management often hold safety meetings with local law enforcement and residents to strive for a safer environment. Maintence is quick to respond to even the smallest issues. They do everything, from change out light bulbs to install decor for your convenience.Management and staff are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their residence.I have never seen any pests issues in my apartment nor lobby/pool areas of the complex. Noise is not an issue here. I am greeted by my neighbors every day. Management holds monthly events for the residents including dog wash days, luas, crawfish boils, and breakfast events. This apartment truly cares about their residents.

    This is the most well run apartment I have ever lived in. They care about their tenants and it shows. Its a clean and quiet invironment. The units are new. The floor plans are open. Just about every week the front office is doing something special for the complex. Sometimes a food truck, sometimes free pancake breakfast on Saturday mornings.
