I wish I had all the space in the world to write everything, but what a perfect experience. Becca met with us. She was just amazing. So nice and full of all the information we needed to make our decision. We looked at over 15 apartments and some were great some were not. Becca and Cecilla really stood out of the pack. The first day Becca showed us around and just crushed it. Not pushy, funny, and patient. I could tell she really likes the company she works for. She also goes out of her way to do the little extra things. The following day it was down to them and another. Becca was busy for a moment, but instead of having us wait. Cecilia step in and walked around and answered all of our question. She was awesome. Super down to earth and is honest about all the answers she gave without sugar coating them. Once Becca was done Cecilia handed us off with the smoothest transition. Becca even stayed late to help us finish our decision. What amazing human beings they are. We liked the final two apartments the same the but the two ladies were our deciding factor. We are moving from st louis so it was nice to feel so at home in another state. Because of them we moved our move date back because we knew we could put our trust in them. Thank you again for everything. Please go see Becca and Cecilia if you are looking in the area. You will not regret it.

I’m so happy I’m able to call Residences at Fairview town center my new home! I knew I wanted to live here as I was watching it being built, and when I saw my unit in person, it was like a dream!! Everything is so new, up to date and spacious. The views are amazing, the area is always alive and conveniently close to anything you would need. I know this area pretty well and it’s always been a fun, safe environment. There’s almost always something going on in the community (live bands, movies in the park) to be apart of and you’re right in the center of it all!The apartment managers who made this process so easy for me with this being my very first apartment: Becca and Deshon are amazing. If I could give them 5,000 stars I would! They’re so incredibly kind, genuine, attentive, and always there to help. This was such a huge step for me and I feel like I made the best choice ever. It’s a huge plus to be the be the first to live in a newly built apartment, so go see it today! You’ll fall in love too!! 😆

The environment here has been breathtaking. It’s only been recently that I have been able to enjoy the things around me since i’m NOW in a clearer headspace. I been here for a month and so far nothing but the best experience. This is definitely not an environment i’m used to. Such positivity from the leasing office, other tenants, and people that are just visiting or hanging out. I think they might even enjoy my son’s company more than mine lol. The management team has been really helpful and Becca did amazing with helping me through the leasing process. She was very informative with things outside the apartment complex. When I went to the office with questions, they had answers for every question I’ve asked(sorry if i’ve asked too many questions). Management’s Inviting personalities makes it so much easier for office visits or even phone calls which is really dope. Maintenance is quick with responses(they show up fast guys). I don’t want to forget my first face to face encounter with the owner. She was really kind to me. Really sweet and apparently remembered speaking to me over the phone. I just want to say thank you all for making my overall experience easy even if I came off a little difficult. 🫶🏾

There are many businesses in North Texas, and this apartment is perfect for us who are looking for an apartment with a good environment. The resort-style apartment facilities gave us comfort and convenience. In particular, there are many good places to shop, eat, and drink coffee right in front of the apartment, and there is a good grocery store like Whole Food, so it is very convenient for us who frequently use Amazon. It is a really great apartment that we are looking forward to moving into.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Residences at Fairview Town Center! The leasing staff Cecillia, Deshaun & Becca have been incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive to all our questions and concerns. The maintenance team is amazing and helpful!I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home. The team here truly cares about their residents and creates a great living experience!A big thank you to Deshaun for going the extra mile to help us out.

The best place I’ve ever lived!Brand new beautiful apartments in the heart of Fairview town center with so many great restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Awesome events and family friendly environment.The staff is phenomenal and super attentive!Becca, Deshaun, John, Maddie, Marae, and Cecilia are the best!Hands down 10 out of 10!

Rebecca was great!! I am glad to call Residences at the Fairview Town Center my new home! The staff was very helpful and responsive. The apartment complex is extremely clean and quiet. I would highly recommend them!
