We had a wonderful experience living at Reserve at Garden Oaks for 1.5 years. The apartment community was well-maintained that made our stay comfortable. The leasing office staff, especially Mahogany and Josephine, were incredibly helpful and always responsive to any questions or needs. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and we never encountered any issues during our stay. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have been a resident at Reserve At Garden Oaks going on 3 years. I absolutely love it. Josephine and Mahogany are always very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. If there is any concerns they are addressed and completed promptly. I also feel safe living in this neighborhood. Everything is in close proximity grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations etc as well.

Great safe area in a good location. Close to major stores, restaurants and schools. I was there to quote some uneven pavers because the HOA wants to keep this place looking good but overall safe for his residents.

Mahogany, Josephine & the maintenance staff are the absolute best! They will do everything in their power to ensure they fix any concerns their residents have. They’re very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and have such a calm demeanor to any situation. They deserve a raise and recognition from corporate!

I lived here for a little over 3 years it was my first apartment to myself. The manager Ms. Josephine is very nice and helpful. She will do anything in her power to make sure you have the best living experience as possible during your tenure there. I definitely would recommend and refer any of my peers here if looking for a price efficient and modern home. Overall definitely 4/5 rating in my book. 👍🏾

I’ve lived here for almost 2 and a half years and, I must say, the customer service is incredible. Mahogany always goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need and maintenance has always been fast and easy. If you’re looking for a great price and even better location, look no further. 💅

This apartment is a darn good mix of fair price/amenities/management. Yes, there will be things that annoy you as a renter (lots of people living right next to each other will always have its issues), but its a generally clean and quiet complex. I have always felt safe here.It is a GREAT central location. This apartment checked a lot of boxes for me. Its super easy to get to 610. It was brand new when I moved in (5 yrs ago), had a safe-feeling layout (good lighting, no tall shrubs for people to hide behind etc) and open parking (I dont like parking garages at night!) While Im sure my car would have preferred a garage, I always found it easy to park and bring groceries in etc. They also have a W&D in unit which is good.Also, maintenance requests are fixed usually within 24 hrs. Oh, and theyve had the same maintenance guy for 5 yrs and its nice to see the same person stick around! On that note Veronica the manager has been here 5 yrs too. Good sign - I know a lot of other complexes have crazy staff turnover.

Ive been a resident for almost 3 years now and enjoy living here. The office managers are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to request. The community is clean and well manicured. The pool is pretty and they have a nice grill area next to the pool. My neighbors are friendly and .... The amenities inside are nice with wood floors, GE appliances, granite counter-tops in kitchen and bathroom. They are pet friendly with a dog park and poop bag containers within easy reach. My dog, Bella, is excited to see either office manager and is eager to go to the office for her dog biscuit.

I had a great experience when I went to see and apply for an apartment. The young woman in the office was knowledgeable, kind, and walked me to see an apartment and the available amenities. This was during the day but the complex wasnt loud, the grounds were clean, and the apartment itself was spaced just right. The complex is on the main bus line for TMC (27) and a park and ride is about 15 minutes down the road. HEB, Kroger, and ALDI are just a few minutes away. Im hoping that a unit becomes available that suits my needs.

I have been at Reserve at Garden Oaks for 5 months now and it’s been divine! Di’Anti, the leasing professional, was one of the main reasons why we moved here. He made this place feel like home before we even got the keys. The property is always well taken care of, everyone who works here is friendly, all the neighbors are great. The location is also perfect, even if you do not have a car, like myself. I am constantly recommending The Reserve to everyone I meet looking for a place.

So far so good, very nicely remodeled, the floors we have appear to be hardwood but could be vinyl, they look fantastic and if anything are better than hardwood, worry not about spilling anything on them or scratching them with furniture, very durable. Very modern looking counter tops, cabinets, and appliances. Neighbors arent loud at all and are nice. The location is very nice as well, close to.. everything really.

Currently it’s Day 3 and things have been great! The move in process was smooth and the office staff has great communication and is always available and willing to answer questions. We are already loving the amenities and feel like our apartment has the perfect amount of space for us :) would definitely recommend!!

Lovely RENOVATED apartments. Awesome place to live. The staff is always amazing and attentive, the apartments are beautiful and spacious. Plus, being so close to I10 your in reach of some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer. Veronica is a rock star and together with Monica you have a super great team to lean on they truly care and this is a wonderful place you can really feel at home.

Friendly staff, safe environment, super convenient location, parking is interesting... seems like more cars then residents at times. Located right next to railroad but the sound is faint once your indoors of your apartment. Would have given 5 stars if they fixed pot holes in the parking lot more timely and residents picked up after their dogs more consistently (not mgmt fault though).

Its a nice area and the community isnt too bad. People are friendly and polite. Nice mix of pets 🥰 singles, couples, and families. Everything is nice and tidy. Restaurants of all sorts all around. Really its a great location. Zoned to a great elementary school.

Reserve at garden oaks is the best place to live! It’s quiet, close to everything, and filled with beautiful amenities. Not to mention the staff is fantastic. We’ve only ever had one issue and the staff immediately jumped in to help us fix it.

Good stuff: tasteful interiors, community feels really safe, maintenance guys have always been fast, most neighbors are quiet, the gym is usually empty. YAY! This apt is super close to the interstate which is also a plus.Things to consider: Be careful about what apt. you choose if noise bothers you. The pool is good if you have kids, otherwise its a bust. Dont plan on swimming or relaxing, because screaming children are out there any time the weather is nice. I have to keep a tower fan on pretty much all the time so I dont hear it :(I have lived here for over 2 years and can say that Ive had to complain almost every other summer weekend about pool noise, and it drives me NUTS that they dont just keep an eye (ear?) on the noise situation.

I have lived here for 7 months the managent is really friendly and professional. The location is in the area that I want to be in with good schools. The only reason I have a 4 star is there isnt many parking spaces in a small community such as this one. But I love it here.

Moved in in August. So far everything has been great! You can pay online, theres gym and a pool, and everyone is quiet in the complex. Only complaint is that parking can be challenging later in the evening.
