This is for the office!!! The staff is awesome very helpful but Ms. Brandie she is by far the sweetest, helpful, and friendliest staff member, who has become family. And the lead maintenance person gets the Job done! 3 years later up grades and remodeling and close to shops, restaurants, movie theater. I recommend.

I have not moved in yet BUT my entire experience working with Ms. Brandie has been amazing ! Every time I called the office she was available to help answer my questions and she would do everything within her power to help me with any issue or concern I had. She kept me updated every step of the way and even when she was not available the other young lady in the office (I may spell it wrong but I believe her name is Ausesena) would always be available to help and was always so sweet. I cannot wait to move in because with these two in the office to help I am sure I will love being a resident !

Brandie Hart in the front office was extremely kind and professional with me - perfect problem solver! I entered the wrong apartment address on a package I had shipped and she went above and beyond to help me ensure my purchases made it into my hands. She was so compassionate in helping me even though it was my own oversight and mistake! Thank you!

I fell in love with this resort. First big family vacation Ive been on in a while and everyday there was something to do on premises. Take the family, you want regret it! I didnt take that many pictures because I was in the moment. 🤭😌

I have had a great experience living here. I love my apartment. By far the best Ive had. My family loves the safe and quiet atmosphere and I havent had any issues. The convenience having a two car garage almost has me thinking Im ready to buy a house. Definitely no parking issues for me. Gotta love it.....

Its been a month we moved here. Decent place to live. Equipments are very old. Malana showed us a model house which is of course way better than the original one. Washer/dryer was a big disappointment as the one shown was modern/bigger but after moving turned out a baby size that came in the 1990s (date/year is mentioned on most of the appliances).Many appliances did not work when we moved, electrical, plumbing, bath needed to be fixed. Lots of roaches, no bed bugs seen yet, never seen pest control team yet. Good thing is they work on the service requests quickly. Overall a good place to live with a park for kids opposite to the apartments. Safe place.

I love living at the Reserve at Fountain Lake. It’s close to the park and my son and I feel safe. All our service requests are resolved quickly, kindly, and efficiently. The maintenance crew is phenomenal. The front desk and management team are always kind and courteous. I’ve lived here for over 3 years and roaches/bugs have never been a problem - thank goodness! I can’t recommend this complex enough!

Ive lived at this amazing complex for about a year now. *Tiffany* and the other amazing women in the office have been nothing but superb. Amilio the gentleman who handles the maintenance is one of the best! I havent had many maintenance issues but when I did, it was handled timely and efficiently. Only reason Im moving is because Im getting a house. The community is quiet and respectful. Living in an area where kids feel safe to play outside reminds me of growing up in the neighborhoods that I did.

My residents experience has been great. Great neighbors, the property is well kept and its pet friendly. My reason for 4 stars out of 5 is because it takes forever to get maintenance orders completed. We had to wait almost 6 months before our ice maker we properly installed. Other than that I have no complaints.

Ive lived here for almost 4 years and I love living here. Emilio is such a gem, the sweetest guy whenever you run into him and he always always goes way above and beyond when taking care of your maintenance. And for the property in general, the pool is lovely, my apartment is great and homey (and I love how much light i get in here with the big windows and the vaulted ceiling!), and the biggest thing to me: I never, ever have pest problems. Very happy resident :)

Ive lived here for 2 years now. I absolutely love this place. I keep to myself mostly and so does everyone else. Everyone around the apartment complex is pretty friendly. The Office staff is outstanding and the maintenance crew is wonderful!The only complaint I have is that few people picks up after their dogs in the dog areas.Overall a great place to live!

I lived here for a year and my stay was great. Property managers were professional and helpful. Maintenance was quick and efficient. Trying to get open parking nearby apartment gets difficult sometimes. Otherwise its an awesome place.

This complex is dynamic! I only did a tour of the property and Im in awe. Definitely would love to live there and be a part of the community. The staff is superb and very engaging when asked questions. Long story short, WOW!

Having lived in my own home for many years, I had forgotten what a real community feels like. This is it! Its family friendly, pet friendly and you can feel save walking around the campus after dark. The staff is second to none and will address all your needs and issues. I would highly recommend.

I just moved to The Reserve at Fountain Lake..Wow..My neighbors greeted me.Hannah was my leasing consulting she is very professional and friendly.Annie wrap up my final paperwork cause Hannah was off.She was awesome as well.Now let me talk about mgr Ms.Glenda is motherly strict( Loves you like cook food.).Lol..I love the quietness and cleanliness of this property.Overall I have never felt so welcome in my life.I love it here wow awesome experience.Oh cant forget maintance Emilio personally walk me 2 My storage area.So I have cover parking/extra storage/storage on patio great deal for my bucks..😘😎😎I give them a 10 stars wow...I will tell all my family and friends about this place...I feel like Im at home for the 1st time ever😍🙏Thank You God..Sincerly KatrinaT
