Its just been a few days we have moved here but its been AWESOME! Everything from the beginning was smooth, Jack our leasing agent was super nice and maintenance is quick for the fix too. The apartment is very clean and well maintained! Hands down this is the best apartment complex for us. Thank you Quest team for the experience!

Ive been living here for a couple of weeks now, and I cant complain, so far! A/C and heaters that work fast, pest-control that shows up promptly when requested, and in-house washers and dryers that work great. Not to mention that the leasing staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating during the entire touring and move-in process.

Ive had a fantastic experience living here, and a huge part of that is thanks to Emily, the community manager. From the moment I moved in, she made the transition so smooth. Emily is always friendly, approachable, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of. Whether its handling resident concerns or organizing community events, she does it all with a positive attitude and incredible attention to detail. Its clear she truly cares about the residents and the community. Highly recommend this place—Emily makes it feel like home!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Quest Apartments. The property is impeccably maintained and clean. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents needs. The gym, pool and amazing club room are always in excellent condition and add a lot of value to the living experience. Also they have multiple resident events throughout each month like food trucks, movie nights, pool parties which are really enjoyable. Overall, if you’re searching for a clean, comfortable, modern place, Quest will definitely not disappoint.

We are really happy with Quest so far. Its been over a month since we have moved-in. And I understand that we could have biased opinions. the amenities offered, monthly Quest activities, location, cleanliness, service requests handling to all the staffs great attitude, it has been just amazing. We also enjoy going to the well-equipped gym and the patio areas.Some of the things we are trying to get accustomed to are, the access to the parking garage depending on the floor you are on could be too much. Even though the neighbors are pretty quiet, we sometimes hear our upstairs neighbors walking around which doesnt bother us. However, we have a kid doing her thing as a kid and have to remind her to be mindful of our downstairs neighbors.Will update this if anything changes, but I would highly recommend checking out Quest if you are searching for a good apartment community that truly cares about its tenants.

I have lived here for 10 months, and they have been a wonderful 10 months so far. Last week, a fire sprinkler line burst in my apartment due to the freeze and the Quest team made a terrible situation as easy and as painless as possible. The leasing team, especially the Community Manager, Marilynn, are amazing. I have lived at places with staff members who clearly wish you would just go away, and I can tell you that this team CARES about its residents. They are so lovely to talk with, take your concerns seriously, and actually take action to make the community the best place to live. The monthly community events are actually very festive, too! Everyone here from the leasing team to the maintenance staff are wonderful and friendly. They truly want to make things as easy as possible. The building itself is in a GREAT location and it feels like home. I love Quest.

Liliia gave my boyfriend and I a tour in August, and she was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the property. Marilynn, Emily, and Hannah in the front office are also awesome! Austin and Adrian, the maintenance guys, are helpful and quick to respond to any requests. I really like the apartment and all the amenities. Ive enjoyed the events and giveaways. The Quest Mart on the first floor is very convenient as well. So far, so good! I highly recommend Quest Apartments.

There’s so many options in North Austin/ Cedar Park area for apartments I was really overwhelmed at the start of my search. Quest is in a great location as it’s conveniently located next to 183 toll road. I toured the complex and they have a lot of options from studios to multi bedroom units. They are on par with market rates so I never felt like I was getting swindled.I love the attached parking garage, because as a single, female safety is a concern, and it felt like a much better option than just a regular gate with a code that everyone can have access to. I also have a dog and the pet park is awesome. But the area is walkable enough that if you wanted to take your dog on a walk, there is a neighborhood park fairly close. Lastly, they do have an on-site convenient store which I’ve never seen an apartment and a gray option for a quick grab and go things.I toured with Hannah and she was super nice and knowledgeable about the apartment complex. I think quest is a great option in CP to be a little further out from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with quick access to get there.

I have lived at Quest for about a year and a half now and it is by far my favorite complex I’ve lived at. Having a convenience store (Quest Mart) attached to the building is always a lifesaver for anything you need last minute or on those lazy days. The community gym is one of the best I’ve seen as it’s very spacious/well air conditioned and has a wide variety of machines and free-weights to use as well as multiple cardio machine options to choose from. The complex has nice amenities that are well maintained and I get great use out of the built in natural gas grills in the courtyard. Lastly, the leasing/office staff is very nice and helpful and they always seem to be in a good mood. The maintenance team also operates very efficiently and are very professional when inside your unit, anything wrong with my apartment has been fixed in a very time sensitive manner. Anyone living in or moving to the cedar park area looking for an apartment should definitely stop by and check it out!

When I went to see Quest a few months ago based on other good online reviews, a lady who was walking her dog told me it is one of the nice apartment complexes in Austin area. It really is. The unit is clean, modern, and bright and cheerful. The rent is surprisingly reasonable. I have been here well over a month, the staff in the office and the maintenance crew are always so professional, friendly and helpful. One night, the wind was very strong and it blew off one the canopies over the dog area. Before the midday the next morning, it was put back. On one occasion, FedEx left one of my packages in Amazon hub with a sign that clearly says nothing should be left on the floor. The package is probably heavier than I am. The maintenance team brought it into my room for me without question asked. It is a place with good culture that take years to nurture.

Quest is a beautiful place - not to mention the staff is great! It is an amazing location surrounded by great restaurants and grocery stores. Right next to the toll road if you’re in need of getting somewhere fast and right across the street from 1890, where you can shop, eat AND go watch that new movie released at the Cinemark. Not to mention your very own convenience store located on-site for anything you might need! I couldn’t rave more about Quest in cedar park.

I have been living at Quest for 6 months and it has been a great experience. Anytime I have had an issue the property Manager Marylyn has gone above and beyond not only to address them but to resolve them. The property is safe and secure and very peaceful. I love they have monthly activities to engage their tenants in socializing with their neighbors if they choose to. Living at Quest feels like ur living in ur own peaceful and safe bubble. I have been renting on and off since 2014 and have lived at several GreyStar properties and by far this property has the best property management and staff. The apartments are beautiful, safe , well maintained , and up to date not to mention it’s close to a lot of shopping centers and stores.

Liliia Hnytka was my leasing agent and I was sure within 10 minutes of touring that this was going to be my new home. Application was super easy, was approved fast and they communicated every step of the way.This is my first apartment on my own and Liliia went above and beyond at answering my questions. I’m moved in and it’s very quiet, no loud neighbors and everything has been great! I have a washer and dryer in unit and I love my view. 11/10 experience so far! 😀😀

UPDATE 2: Well remember my last review? I didn’t move and I’m still here! LOL I am able to transfer units so no more upstairs neighbors (Woot Woot)! The staff is my biggest reason for staying! They are so helpful and understanding! The gym is up and running! The fire alarm still goes off from time to time, but not as often as before. Walls are still thin, but I believe that’s just what you get with all apartments these days. If you do decide to move here, just be kind and considerate of your neighbors! 🤗…………………………………………………………….UPDATE: I am going into my 2nd year living here and I can’t wait until my lease is up. Everything I said about the place previously, still stands. However, there are a few things to consider before you decide to move here.1. The fire alarm goes off at least once a week. The horn is loud and will go off in the middle of the night.2. The gym has been out of commission for over a year due to damage from the storm last year.3. The walls are sooo thin! You can hear EVERYTHING (phone conversations, coughing, sex, etc). If you work from home, forget about it!*****************************************I love this place so much I renewed my lease for another year. I love the facilities because I have a lot of small parties in the commons area. Katie and Bianca are amazing. They are always willing to help me when I am not home. Great location and amazing complex. I only gave 4 stars because of my upstairs neighbors. But overall great place to live!

We moved into quest right after the great Texas freeze of early 2021. After placing several applications with other apartments and having them give away our reserved units more then once, we were fed up with apartment hunting in Austin which brought us to quest. Marilynn and her team were welcoming like old college buddies, they got us approved and into our apartment in record time since our vacate date was the same day we walked in to apply. They jumped a few hurdles for us working with income but was a quick and painless process exceeding expectations. Our unit is beautiful, high vaulted ceilings, large private yard, great split layout for a 2bd 2bth. The finishes and appliances all brand new. The location is perfect with an HEB right around the corner and safe as can be located across from the cedar park police station. A 25 minute drive down 183 then mopac will get you downtown. Throughout our stay we experienced only one tiny maintenance issue which the lead maintenance guy Adrian from Fort Myers FL fixed up in record time and worked around our schedule since we had plans to be out of town. The front office ladies often think of creative events and ideas to show appreciation to their residents, we have participated in many of these getting free succulent plants, candy, tacos, yoga class, dog gift bag, and more. If you want to stay somewhere where it feels like a 5 star resort with amazing personal like concierge and accommodations, this is your place! Great job on not just providing a home but building a fun community!Peter & Ashley

Staying here at Quest has been the highlight of our move from Dallas to Austin. Being one of the first residents to move into the building back in May of 2020 me and my fiancé had the pleasure to see the building continue to be taken care of , as if it was day one of our move in . Katie and Marilyn at the front office are assets to Quest and Greystar , we signed a second lease with Quest because of these ladies commitment to excellence service and fixing any issues with a sense of urgency . The amenities are the best I’ve seen in a mid rise since I’ve been in Texas ….. great property and good neighbors!

Just moved daughter in. Newly remodeled gym! Gated parking garage. Fenced dog park. Very friendly staff locked elevator just for us on move in day!!! Who does that. Awesome place.

Ive truly enjoyed my time living at Quest. What I really adored was the incredible community. The staff here are exceptional. Theyre always friendly, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The leasing office team, in particular, has been incredibly helpful since my initial move-in. Also, the maintenance team is very responsive. Its clear they care about the residents and take pride in maintaining the property. I highly recommend Quest to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to live.

Quest is a very nice property, it has very nice clean apartments, with very nice views, private parking and access to everything, but above all with a very professional team, the manager Marylyn and the maintenance supervisor Adrian are always on top of everything Just like the leasing girls... Im loving living at Quest. The girls at reception were very helpful. Even though we dont speak English, we were able to communicate. There was no language barrier.My new place is wonderful. Im enjoying it every day!!!If youre looking for a cool place, well located, with super attentive staff, you can rent at Quest.
