I cannot express how grateful I am. This place has all I need and more.2) customer service: 10/10. Front desk employees Marissa and Will are helpful, communicative, and professional.Ive had multiple issues with various things, and theyve helped me thru each and every obstacle.For example,(a) verifying my income to qualify for affordable income(B) holding packages for me at the front office(c) having belongings stolen out of my car (my fault because I forgot to lock it)Overall, 1000% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 everything. 5 stars. Come live here. You won’t regret it.

Love everything about this apartment complex! Lived here for around 3 months already ! Employees are very sweet and nice always ready to help you or solve an issue ! Amenities are fantastic ! The apartments are huge with tall ceilings and a modern feel ! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place ! :)

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Prospect Apartments. The staff here is incredibly professional and always ready to provide thorough and helpful information. The move-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team does an excellent job of keeping everything in top shape. Additionally, Mary, ensures that the common areas are spotless at all times. I highly recommend Prospect for anyone looking for a well-managed and clean living environment.

As a new resident, I’m loving my experience at Prospect. The community management team as well as the maintenance and cleaning staff keep our community clean, safe, friendly and welcoming.I love the pool, gym, lounges, and proximity to a park and The Yard for bars, restaurants, and pickleball. We’re only about 5 minutes to South Congress, 8 minutes to Lady Bird Lake, and 10 minutes to Downtown.

Oh my goodness, this is one of the best complexes that i have ever been too. The staff is wonderful! I was helped by Marissa and she was the sweetest person ever. She was able to answer all of mine and my husbands questions clearly and concisely. She was so wonderful and personable. Literally the nicest person Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She really sold us on this one.

I RARELY leave a review unless it’s bad. I’m truly impressed by this apartment complex. My husband and I just moved in, and the entire process was seamless. Our initial interaction when we first toured with our leasing girl Marissa was pleasant and professional. She’s one of the reasons we decided to move to Prospect.

I am so excited to be moving in! I didn’t think I could afford this luxury apartment, but they made the process so amazingly simple and was able to work with my income! Shoutout to Samantha the property manager. She was so nice and made me feel like I would definitely be taken care of at Prospect. The gentlemen William was so professional and explained everything to me so that I wouldn’t have to worry about moving into a new building with construction. I can not WAIT to move here! Thank you everyone at Prospect for making me feel at home.

I toured a couple neighboring apartments from prospect looking for a 1 bedroom, but Prospect stood out the most. I loved the affordability and the floor plans. Marissa the leasing Professional there did a great job showing me around, and was very great at answering all of my questions.

Its a beautiful property. I applied almost immediately after Will showed me around all of the amenities helped me tour some of the units. The manager Sam was also very helpful navigating the application process as I was in a time crunch.Would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is Beautiful!!! I love all the amenities. The location is so perfect to so many places in Austin . The staff is wonderful and so nice.
