Lovely, small, quiet community.🏡Safe and convenient, I really enjoyed living here. The only downside is that there is no pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ or 🏋️‍♀️ gym onsite. The landscaping 🌴🌿🌴🌳🪴is just darling and there’s a fountain⛲️ within the center of the apartment units (not townhomes), which provides super relaxing ambience. You can walk to just about everything safely (Kroger, gyms, Starbucks, Rudyard’s, Cafe Ginger, Tjmaxx, Marshall’s, HomeGoods, Sally’s, Dollar Tree, Panera Bread, urgent care, Pepper Twins, Earthcraft Juicery, need I go on? ....and they just put in a target ~1 mile from here). There’s also a fancy neighborhood nearby that’s really peaceful to walk through.Another thing that really impressed me about living here is how many windows my one bedroom unit had. Four windows!! 🪟☀️🪟 Two on each side! 🪟☀️🪟Absolutely lovely.Amazon📦can find you easily and the community requires a gate code/remote to get in, so it’s pretty secure. Food 🌮 🍜 🍕 delivery guys can get a little mixed up but it’s worth it since this is such a small/cozy community. It’s hard to spot! 😂The property manager, Laurie,🙋‍♀️is super nice and easy to work with. What few maintenance issues I had were resolved quickly and easily. The maintenance guy👨‍🔧Luis is also really nice.

Perfect area of town. Close to downtown, bayou, River Oaks Theater, shops, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, bank. I can walk everywhere.
