I rarely leave reviews but I recently toured this property and was absolutely blown away by every aspect. From the friendly office staff to the top-notch amenities and the stunning finishes that make it feel like a custom home, everything exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of meeting the Property Manager, Consuelo, who is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to tailor the experience to my specific needs. I toured with Josh who really personalized the tour and honestly made my decision easy to live here. I also have to give a shout out to Stephanie who has been so helpful when I call and ask every single question in the book lol she has been so reassuring. If youre looking for a community that truly goes above and beyond, Peregrine is the place for you.

I very rarely leave reviews, in fact this may be my first one on google, however, I needed to publicly state how impressed I was with this apartment. It is beautiful in every single way, down to the little touches they put into the apartment units. Its full of amenities and resources that make this complex feel like a community and your apartment like a home on day 1.However, my biggest impression came for leasing agent Josh Richardson. He was a phenomenal tour guide that instantly made my girlfriend and I feel at home. He not only took the time to show us every possible thing we could want to see, but he answered every question with detail. He is highly resourceful and very relatable. His ability to make such a standard scheduled appointment feel like a casual meet up with a good friend was unexpected and very much welcomed. I highly recommend touring and working with Josh Richardson if you have even the slightest interest in this apartment. Dont miss out on checking Peregrine out!

From answering all my questions to providing clear and thorough information, Consuelo went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend her if youre considering moving to Peregrine Apartments!

Awesome first week since moving to the Peregrine. Thank you to Consuelo for helping us with all the leasing paperwork and answering promptly all our questions, which were all done remotely since we were still out of state at the time plus the very warm welcome she and her team gave us when we arrived in Texas - Robert gave us a welcoming tour to our apartment during opening day. Josh and Logan helped us with any questions. Alejandro promptly took care of any maintenance tickets that we reported. We are very blessed to have the Peregrine as our new home.

I leave this review as an apartment locator who just toured Peregrine for the first time last week!I had the pleasure of touring Peregrine with a college friend relocating to DFW and we had an AMAZING tour. Joshua, the leasing agent was wonderful. From the gorgeous finish outs, to the incredible amenities, not a detail was missed. This building is truly incredible. One of DFW’s best new properties 100%!! I look forward to referring many clients to this property because I know they will be in great hands.I highly highly recommend leasing here!

The apartments are absolutely stunning, and the staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. Consuelo, the community manager, is incredibly attentive and ensures that all your needs are met with care and professionalism. Roberto, the facilities manager, takes great pride in maintaining the building, ensuring that every resident feels comfortable in their home and enjoys the amenities to the fullest. Their dedication truly sets this community apart!

Moving can be stressful and Consuelo has been great throughout the whole process. Her professionalism is top tier. Any questions that I have had she has answered in a very timely manner. I really enjoy working with a representative of a company that is personable, knowledgeable, patient and thorough to name a few! She is definitely one of a kind!

This is one of those places that looks good on the outside and has one of the best management and maintenance teams around! Moving into a new build will always come with its learning curve but the team here is always checking in and making sure everything is going well! Anything we have brought to them is fixed immediately and followed up on! That little touch point really goes a long way, we really feel like they care about our experience here and we have been very welcomed into the community!

5 stars ⭐️ Beautiful apartments. Consuelo is amazing she has been a rockstar throughout the leasing process. Very friendly and always helpful with all my questions. With Consuelo as the manager at Peregrine these apartments are the best of what Dallas has to offer.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews for apartments, as they often seem scripted or posted by management. But rest assured, this is a genuine review, and I’ll update it if anything changes once I move in. So far, my experience with Peregrine Apartments and Consuelo has been outstanding. I’ve had my eye on the Peregrine since late July, and over the past two and a half months, Consuelo has kept me informed every step of the way. She’s been upfront, transparent, and diligent about keeping me in the loop. I have a friend who lived at The Ferro (another Toll Brothers property) and he had nothing but good things to say. With the high-quality design and infrastructure from Toll Brothers, combined with Consuelo’s attention to detail and hospitality, I’m confident I’ll love living here and so will you.***Will keep you guys updated as things get moving in this next month, negative or positive!

This place is beautiful! It is a great location. The amenities and lounge areas are top notch! I felt right at home talking to the staff. They were very polite and made the community feel like home to me.
