I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Perch Apartments , where my wife works, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! I attended their Fall Fest and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the staff. They had a lot of fun activities like a petting zoo, pie eating competitions, photo booth, etc… You can tell they really care about their tenants !My wife Emily, as part of the team here, loves her job and the staff she works with. She is always ready to help and provide valuable insights about the community to any potential tenants. Its clear that she takes pride in her work, and it shows in the positive environment of the complex.I highly recommend checking out the Perch Apartments. Not only will you find a great place to live, but youll also get to experience the incredible support from the staff, especially my amazing wife! Thank you, Perch Apartment, for creating such a wonderful community!

Breathtaking architecture, shaded dog park, on site wine bar and coffee shop, wonderful leasing staff and a gorgeous pool! These units have tons of natural light and are close to everything Austin has to offer!

Also suggested great floor plans with a beautiful layout and amenities. I really enjoyed this community as it’s very new and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Community looks very diverse and clean. Huge dog park and beautiful pool area! Thank you Emily for everything! You were great and made the experience and search soo much easier!

My husband and I have been looking for an apartment for months that fit all our needs and wants, we were beginning to think it didnt exist. Finally, we decided to check out the Perch Apartments and we were overjoyed with all that they offered from modern apartments to amazing amenities. We felt like we were home the minute we walked into the leasing office! Alexis Perez did not hesitate to help us find exactly what we needed, she was patient and thorough as we went through our must haves. Great property, would highly recommend.

I always hate looking for apartments, the process is always long and painful. I’m a busy guy and don’t have a lot of time to research specifics on apartments, so this makes the process even more painful. However, after visiting The Perch, Alexis was able to help me out tremendously. She listened to what I needed and did all the research for me and found my perfect floor plan. She made the process quick and easy, I can’t wait to make this my new home.

I had the very fortunate opportunity to work with Emily C. during a very busy weekend. I have zero doubt in her ability to help and can attest that she is VERY pro resident! Thank you for making the decision to apply for a unit at Perch that much easier.I saw multiple examples of Emily going above and beyond for myself, every person that came into the office, and whomever we ran into as we toured the community. We toured this property and it is beautiful! The amenities are amazing and the units are clean, well laid out, and up to date. Hannah in the leasing office was wonderful in giving lots of info, a great tour guide, and kept it real throughout the process which we really appreciated! Unfortunately, as we were planning on applying, someone else beat us to it within the hour! That said, this property is very desirable and the staff is great!

My girlfriend and I moved into Perch about a month ago, and it has been amazing so far! The leasing staff is incredibly accommodating, and is always so quick to go the extra mile. Hannah and Holly provided me with a ton of information, and really sold the place throughout our tour. They were so kind to answer all of our questions, and to help us through the application process. Perch is in an amazing location, and the amenities couldn’t be better. I would absolutely recommend this property to any and everyone!

First of all, a huge shout out to Hannah and Holly! They were so welcoming and extremely personable which made the entire experience better. I had already been on 3 different apartment tours throughout the day and my last tour was at the Perch. I walked in with a little discouragement after how my other apartment tours had gone. That was quickly changed by the energy/environment the Perch offered and the immediate kindness from Hannah and Holly. Holly took me on the tour and provided every piece of information I could need, made me feel comfortable to look around the apartment in depth and take photos, and answered all of my questions at the end. Overall, I was so grateful the Perch was my last stop because I ended on the best! Looking forward to living in such a beautiful and relaxing community!

I took a tour of the property a few weeks ago and thought it was great! Unfortunately, I did not end up leasing here due to unrelated circumstances but the staff went above and beyond and even in the short time I was there made me feel like my questions were important and that I would actually be valued as a resident. Can’t say enough good things about them. I’d you haven’t checked them out yet, you should!

I moved in exactly a week ago today and I have nothing but incredible things to say about Perch.I found them through smart city and decided to turn in an application an hour after I had toured the apartment complex. The buildings were not finished yet but I got to see the Model apartment and fell in love instantly. It wasnt the same unit as mine but I loved every little detail of the one I saw.The application process was so nice and smooth.I wish I could remember who helped me out but I believe the first interaction I had was with the Manager of perch. She was very helpful and answered any question I had.I was able to move in 2 weeks early and I AM SO IN LOVE WITH MY HOME!Everyone has been amazing and the communication from the employees here is immaculate.I would give more stars on this review if I could.

Perch is overall an amazing community to be apart of! The residents, leasing agents, maintenance men are all absolutely outstanding. Everyone in the leasing office is phenomenal to talk with, the maintenance men, Dreu and Nick are both extremely helpful and are willing to do anything, even a simple fix. If you are looking for a friendly community to be apart of, I would highly recommend Perch.

Bobbi found us the perfect place. I started my search online, but all the information was overwhelming. I finally reached out to Bobbi and she found us a place that checked all the boxes. We had a few credit issues and she narrowed down our list to the apartments who would work with us. She walked us through the application process step by step and got us approved. Since then, I’ve recommended her to several friends and she’s done a great job for them too. She’s the BEST!!! Thank you, Bobbi!

Nice amenities and clean apartments.Leasing office is very responsive in responding to any requests.only con is having to use fetch . within a month i lost a package. and they give you the run around on how to follow up. why can’t we just have them delivered to us?update : lost 2 packages within 6 months because of fetch. horrible service that they make us use

It’s a great community, the management team works very hard to be responsive and helpful and there are good people living here. The building is modern, decent amenities, fitness gym is not bad a little small and could use barbells, but overall it’s a fantastic place to live.
