Love my community and complex Update 2023!! I would highly recommend Park Central. The manager Amy and Sarena are great always willing to go above to take care of us. The staff are all extremely friendly, fun, and make it worth it to live here. The resident events are always a fun experience, and the maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. Overall, I’ve been happy living here and I’d definitely recommend this apartment complex.

My welcome experience to the community has been great, Sarena has been very welcoming and was prepared for my initial visit to tour the community. These types of experiences with potential residents are what make the difference and in all honesty this is part of the reason I chose to move to Park Central at Flower Mound. The best place I’ve ever stayed at the staff is perfection 💕from the front office to the maintenance! Stacey is the most beautiful amazing person ever she leased me my current apartment I’ve been here for two years now best decision ever!! And maintenance the most amazing men always working hard to take care of everyone and gets the jobs done so fast!!! This whole team is incredible 🫶🏾

Good and spacious apartments. Silent and very good neighborhood. The cost of the apartments are pretty decent as well. I personally feel the cost of the separate garage should be reduced.Well maintenance of the amenities like swimming pool and the gym.Secured lockers are a great way for collecting your valuable items.Overall I rate it very good.

The leasing staff have been beyond helpful, patient, kind, and generous throughout our time living here. They are always on top of ensuring we have the best service available and our needs are taken care of. The residents consistently have social events to enjoy and meet one another which increases the sense of community here. We have loved it so much we just renewed our lease for another year!

Our family of 4 recently moved into Park Central at the end of February and we love it! The unit is spacious and looks like new. The amenities are great and always clean, the group at the leasing centre are helpful and friendly (they go above and beyond) and the neighbourhood has plenty to do. There are 2 playgrounds within a 10 minute walk from here, and the Riverwalk is a nice area for walking. There are also some great restaurants in the area. We use the amenities here daily...the gym, pool table and lounge area. We are looking forward to warmer weather when we can enjoy the pool. The community here is amazing! We are so happy to call Park Central home!

I have lived at Park Central at Flower Mound for 5 years and I have to say, it has been an incredible experience! The staff in the office, specifically Amy, Sarena, Stacey, and Hayden, have been amazing throughout my entire time here. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any issues or concerns that I had. They truly made me feel like a valued resident.I am sad to be leaving but I will definitely miss this place. The complex is well-maintained and the amenities are top-notch. I highly recommend Park Central to anyone looking for a great place to call home. You wont be disappointed!

This community gives a new height to apartment living.I love almost everything about our community. Kitchen Island,spacious kitchen cabinet , deep sink,wash basins, cute working corner,amenities in the community ,helping staff are just to name the some.We love 💕 our living experience in this community. Area around the light fixtures in common area and breeze ways could be more clean. We recently moved here and In all we are enjoying our stay in this community so far.Edit ✍️We love the experience of living in this community.Continued efforts and upgrades to make living in the community safer, more enjoyable for the residents is highly appreciated.As festive season around ,look forward to some fun filled activities :)We are going to complete our second year here at Park Central at Flower Mound.We love this community and our family/friends do as well.Be it amenities or the events that are organized all year long for the residents, it always raises the bar of the standard of apartment living.Helpful staff ,well kept apartment community ,residents reward programs ,continuous upgrades in already existing amenities , there are enough reasons to choose Park Central at Flower Mound as your place to make memories with your family.

Literally my favorite place that Ive lived. The staff is amazing and everyone is super helpful and polite. Theres a manager named Serena that helped me and my roommate with a problematic neighbor and she made the process as smooth as possible. I wish I could give her 5 stars personally. 10/10 recommend these apartments!!

I love my apartment. It really has everything Ive always wanted in a home. I finally have my dream kitchen and all my gadgets fit in my kitchen and I still have space. The refrigerator and wine chiller! The staff is helpful and maintenance is great. The amenities! I can truly say, I at least feel like Im getting my $$$ worth!I wish we had more community activities.Parking is an issue but I have a garage. It is difficult for guests but what complex doesnt have this issue?

This place is great! I was really reluctant at first after reading some negative reviews online, but after living here I honestly think most of the negative reviews were written either by people that have never lived in an apartment or competing apartment employees.I actually had decided against moving here, but my wife liked it so much that I drove into the parking lot on a Saturday morning and awkwardly asked several people whether they liked living there or not. Every person I asked basically told me they loved it and had no complaints. So we moved in.Yadis in the front office was always extremely prompt and helpful with any questions or issues we had. We ended up moving out a few months short of our contract, and the entire office staff was friendly and helpful about it, I never felt like they were out to get me or screw me over in any way.The pool is amazing, definitely gets busy on the weekends and evenings in the summer. Keep that in mind when choosing your apartment location. The gym is great, wasnt too crowded.Only two things that were tough: parking can be crowded if you come in late at night, and I did find some silverfish bugs every once in a while. That being said, whenever I called the office about it they would have an exterminator in within a couple days.

The staff is extraordinary and understand the importance of extreme care for their customers and exceptional customer service in realizing the customer is always right. All apartments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area are overpriced for what you get and have thin walls so you have to take that into consideration for apartment living but I find it very calm and peaceful living here and the neighbors are very kind and sweet and I love walking my dogs at night and in the morning. yes the construction is crazy here but I dont seem to mind that cuz Ive been here over three years and just resign a new lease. New apartments are going up next door so Im hoping they were lower my rent next time I sign my lease because of the competition that is growing all around me. Anytime someone enters the apartment you know in advance they will leave you a note when they are going to change the air conditioning filters they also leave you an email explaining anytime they are to spray for pesticides or changing air condition filters or checking alarm systems or at the fire department will be here. So far maintenance have been really sweet and nice to me Ive never had a problem with any of the staff here. I love the location cuz theres so many different places where you can buy your groceries and to go eat and just hang out with your friends. During the week the saltwater pool is most likely going to be empty so its very peaceful and calm on weekends yes there are more residents but thats to be expected in any apartment living. I see lots of animals here so its a very animal-friendly safe place for your pets. My electric has not been extreme but I did call and ask my electric company what causes your electric to go up so I dont leave a necessary lights or things on when Im at work or at home or anything like that.

My husband and I lived here for a year and have just moved out. We are really only moving out because we want rent that’s a little bit cheaper to build our savings. The complex is awesome, so lovely and clean, the people are friendly, and the staff is great. The office staff has always been very helpful to me and the maintenance workers are prompt and professional. My only complaint is parking and I know they do the best they can with that. I lived on the 3rd floor and usually had to park a ways from my building. Luckily it is a really safe area. Cars without permit stickers would always park in good spots close to the buildings even though their cars weren’t registered and it was very annoying. But overall, we loved spending our first year of marriage there and made great memories.

This will be my third year living at Park Central at Flower Mound, and I must say it is the first and only apartment complex I have ever renewed to live at, much less 3 years in a row! I feel very lucky to live in such an aesthetically beautiful complex, but most importantly the apartment managers are what make living here feel safe and like home. Stacy and Mikayla are two managers who I have met and worked with in my time living here, and I must say their professionalism and dedication to go above and beyond to make me feel safe and an important member of the Park Central community does not go unnoticed. I cant say enough how much I recommend living here, it is very rare to find an apartment complex that makes it clear that you are more than just a rent check to them. I had a delicate situation arise this month regarding my unit, and both of them handled things efficiently, professionally, with immense amount of consistent communication, and truly went above and beyond to help me. I will also add that the maintenance crew are very quick to respond to any needs, and the way the entire complex staff have been handling apartment affairs during the COVID19 crisis has been exceptionally wonderful. I am very happy to continue living in such a wonderful complex.

My husband and I are new to Dallas and we hadn’t seen the apartment before moving in due to the pandemic. We were in touch with Mykala and Stacy and both of them helped us through the leasing process. We had no expectation of the apartment or the community and to our surprise it was more than anything we could ever imagine.We absolutely love living here. Love the Riverwalk, the area, the community...it is an amazing place to stay in! :)

I love it here. Been here 3 yrs and going to stay another year at least. Dont understand the complaints. The office staff always welcoming, they know who I am. Flickering lights?? Never. My bulbs have been changed once in 3 yrs and they did it for me. Construction on the riverwalk project is noisy some days but thats not the fault of the complex. Once the construction is complete it will awesome walking to restaurants, etc.

Best apartment Ive ever lived at. Great amenities and front office. Only downside is there is a lot of dog poo in the small grass meridians. Lots of careless dog owners here. And the sauna seems consistently broken. Otherwise great place.

We just moved in recently and so far my only complaint is that getting our leased signed and finialized was difficult due to numerous errors from the leaseing team during the process. But other than that the staff have been very helpful and attentive. The property is going through renovations so it’s good to know that they care for the esthetics, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with our actual apartment.

In the Flower Mond area, it doesnt get much better then this place. This place has it all for me. Personal Dry cleaning service, Free tanning, The best Gym ive seen in an apartment complex yet. Not to mention the Mens Locker room has a state of the art STEAM ROOM. I actually canceled my gym membership, because this place has it all. The Pool is SEXY, and the Game Room opens up to the pool area. I look forward to hosting events out there. The Staff has been Amazing, and personable to me, and i havent had that kind of service ever. yes they are a little pricey, but what are truly comparing them too?........Theres nothing around in the same class level.....I work very close and in medical field, and it makes life so much easier to commute.....my hats off the company who finally brought this New, creative idea to this area....... Please keep up the good, work, and i will refer my all friends from the hospital over to you guys.......Thanks Sherri, and Yadis for your professionalism............Sorry for the spelling errors

Really nice people. There is a clubhouse with internet and a good spot to watch your kids at the pool there gym is a good spot to watch your kids to. The pool gym and clubhouse are right next to each other.you can walk run with pets.
