I cannot say enough great things about this luxury apartment community! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the amazing staff. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home, always responsive and willing to help with any request.The amenities are top-notch—beautifully designed spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a stunning pool! The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and filled with high-end finishes.If you’re looking for a place that offers both luxury and outstanding service, this is it! Highly recommend! -

This is more than just a complex to us. It truly is HOME. From the beginning of our leasing process the team went above and beyond to answer our questions and guide us with ease. The management here is truly out of this world. This property truly prides itself on community. There are so many amazing events that keep you involved and engaged with your neighbors! Safety is always a priority here as well and the team works tirelessly to assure everything is in order in that department as they have eyes and ears in high and low places. The property is well maintained and absolutely stunning. The amenities are incredible! We can’t wait for pool season! The golf simulator, awesome clubhouse setup, and amazing gym make us feel we really don’t need to leave the property to have all we need! Believe us when we say we truly love our home. Did we mention the views?! Unbelievable! Come check this place out! -

I’ve lived here for a few months and I can honestly say that the community and the front office are absolutely amazing. The front office always goes above and beyond when conducting themselves on day to day basis as well as the coordination and implementation of weekly events that they host; ranging from wine tasting, local farmers markets, etc. They respond in a quickly and professional matter if any issues should arise and they ensure that everybody has a comfortable experience while they are living here. I highly recommend and encourage for any families, single adults or couples apply and live here. -

This community is beautiful! I love the amenities offered. I’m not sure which is my favorite - the gorgeous pool, the golf simulator or the fitness center with breathtaking views. The team is superb and offered a first class experience when touring and continue to amaze me with fun resident events. -

We moved in Christmas Week to our two bedroom / two bath and it has been absolutely amazing!!!“Park at Stone Oak” has put the “L” in Luxury and add the Staff (Stephanie, Jacob, and Maria) and you have a winning combination!!!I visited several luxury properties outside 1604 and PASO won hands down!!!The granite counter tops and marbled bath tub & walk in shower and the Whirlpool appliances are a three of the luxurious details plus the fact that everything is brand new….never been used!!We feel like we are living in a “LUXURY RESORT”!!! -

I can’t say enough good things about this community and its amenities 💯, it’s a beautiful well put together place I call home! They have events, they bring the community together! The staff is amazing, Stephanie P is awesome, she took care of me from the start and her patience, attentiveness is on point. Diedra H and Maria amazing as well, caring, attentive, they never made me feel uneasy or uncomfortable when I needed to make changes or had concerns. It’s been a great experience so far and I don’t doubt it will continue to be. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -

I am so thankful for Stephanie, Jacob, and Marias help that they gave us to make this move in smooth. We were in a stressful situation in Houston and we wanted to move back to SA asap. They were so patient to answer all the questions and are a great team!Stephanie made sure to work fast with my realtor to get us situated before we arrived.She kept me in the loop and didnt leave me hanging wondering like most apartments do. I havent met Diedra yet but if her team is this great, I know she is as well!The apartments are close by all the shopping, food, and duhh your neighborhood HEB for all your grocery needs!Their amenities arent available yet but once they are its going to be really cool. The pool looks awesome, the gym looks great, and everything is close by. I cant wait to see the final look of the community.The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and we are so glad we can call this home. -

I’ve moved in 12/01/24 from Florida to be closer to my grandchildren and after researching several apartments in the San Antonio area I found that Greystarhad some apartments in the stone oak area. I lived in a greystar managed apartment in Orlando fl and was very impressed and happy. When I found Park at Stone Oak I saw that the community, which is also managed by greystar far exceeded my expectations. The staff is very involved in making sure that the tenants are kept safe and informed about any issues in the community and made to feel welcomed by hosting community activities that bring the tenants together. In addition there are great amenities too numerous to name. So happy that I chose Park at Stone Oak in San AntonioTx! Thank you Maria, Jake, Stephanie and Diedra! -

The team did a great job on the tour and made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. The location is great and convenient. Highway 281 is quick to access and so is the local HEB. Overall great location and great staff. They really appreciate their tenets. -

Without a doubt, this is the best place to call home in the area. Not only are the amenities great (and new!), but everyone in the staff is absolutely committed to making the you feel welcome, no matter how long ago you’ve moved in. They push themselves to provide us with a sense of community in a way I’ve not seen, even as a prior homeowner.As far as the apartment space, I moved into a brand new unit with a great view of the pool and clubhouse. Everything feels high end and very much NOT the typical style of apartment you can find at these price points, especially in the Stone Oak area.I’ve been here for 2 months and absolutely know it was the right choice! -
