Me & My Mother Been Living Here For Over 11 Or 12 Years, & We Have Seen Multiple Changes Within Management & Maintenance Workers Coming & Going. It Was All Over The Place, But I Can Say That As Of Now Theres Stability Around Here. Bobbi Does An Amazing Job W/ Making Sure Things Are In Order Here! The Maintenance Is WONDERFUL! We Used To Have To Beg Someone To Fix Or Take A Look At Something, Just For Them To Come & Do Nothing, But The One We Have Now, He Goes The Extra Mile & Both Of Them Make Living Here Better & Easier Since Our Years Of Staying Here! My Kids Also Love The Learning Center As Well! Everyone Works Together To Make Sure There Is An Order Being Kept Up Around Here. I Am Grateful For The Work They Do Here!

Finally have new management out here and they are fixing things that I’ve complained about since the beginning. They’ve cleaned up trash, replace bulbs that aren’t reachable, put notices out so kids are not out at random times of night, and so much more. If this continues I’ll renew my lease for another year.

Great for families starting up!My wife and I moved in when we are pregnant with our first child. To keep it short, it is everything that a family would want in a place to live: safe, gated, other families present, mixed community by demographics and age, and quiet most of the time. The community is gated and every night they are checking for people who are parked within the facility unauthorized for towing. We have put in claims of maintenance issues that were resolved the same day. The place is spacious! High ceilings, big rooms, nice sized kitchen, and you even have extra room for storage! The best thing is that they have some units that are income based and they screen their clients, so no felonies, higher level misdemeanors, or bad renters reports from previous apartments! Overall its a great community to start a family so call the office, ask for a tour, put in your application and come make your home with a great community!
