    I moved here because it felt safe, clean and I REALLY liked the layout and design of the apartment more than most of the others I had seen. I chose exactly what I was looking for, trees, view and all. Yes, there are cockroaches, it is San Antonio after all but maintenance has been helpful and Ive never seen them get big- the pest control comes and sprays and keeps the situation under control. The maintenance team does what theyre supposed to do , and even above and beyond, theyre nice guys who work really hard. Ive never had a problem with management. Nick and Melanie are both very helpful. You cant compare this to luxury high rise, thats not fair. But for location (close to downtown and good food!) , and all the other things I mentioned, this feels like the perfect place.

    The staff is super awesome. Melonie is so sweet and hardworking. She responds to every question and really goes above and beyond for her residents. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues. I love living here. It’s quiet, well-kept, and I feel at home.

    Been here for over a year, we pay 1.1k for 824 sq ft 1bed1bath. Gated, no issues with neighbors regarding noise or anything else. The area is very gorgeous, we are definitely happy we moved here. The office staff is always kind and helpful. Apartments are spacious and have a lot of storage room. We have no complaints, its calm and nice here. They have security patrol overnight as well which is awesome.edit 2 as of 10/7/24: We are still residents and pay 1.2k now for 824 sq ft 1b1b+garage. We still love the area.To address some issues mentioned: Yes there are car thefts, but this is an issue in SA in general. If you move in a unit with no garage attached I highly recommend renting one of the garages.We had a small roach problem after some neighbors moved, but I havent seen any since after I put down some bait traps and sprayed around our doors.Maintenance team is incredible and responsive, usually comes out same day or within a day or two. Office team is awesome. Nicholas is very kind and helpful. Melanie is vigilant and amazing. Any issues get addressed asap and we feel were in good hands living here.

    I have lived here for almost 3 years. It is a very safe, clean, and quiet community. Maintenance and office staff respond quickly and work orders at handled promptly. Communication is consistent and staff are always friendly with interactions I have had with them. I look forward to continue calling Parc at Wallstreet my home!

    I have been living here for almost a year and i loved living here up until recently. i had a roach infestation that wasn’t addressed early on and now i am stuck dealing with the repercussions. i am thankful for Nic in the front office as he did hear me and addressed the situation in a timely manner. other than that, the neighbors are friendly, staff is friendly, maintenance is always helpful and i love the area that i live in.

    Absolutely loved this place, Dena was so nice and was very Helpful! We walked in and she was very open and helped us tour some apts, when we had questions she was able to help and answer all of them. She asked us plenty of simple questions before touring (which should be obvious at other places, but used be surprised how many other places won’t even ask basic personal questions) she made us feel very comfortable with pricing and the tour and our stay there. Also be mindful we’ve been apartment hunting for 2 weeks straight and have been out all morning since 9 am until we got here. She talked and waived to plenty of tenants and staff (which half the time other complexes will be rude to their staff or tenants). All our expectations were met with her 10/10! We loved her so much! Thank you for making our time feel valued!

    If the rent wasnt going up , I wouldve make the PAWS my forever home. Its quiet, when you sent orders, they complete it on time. Everyone at the office are very professional and have an open door policy For you to talk to them in regards of everything. You wont get surprised charge. I move because I was ready to buy my home and i needed to able to put a good down payment. my building didnt have any pest problem. My fur parentspick up after their fur babies,I had awesome neighbors . And big Thank you Cynthia for making my stay so easy. . When I moved in ,it was during covid and Stephanie makes it so easy to apply. She was one of the sweetest,and Cynthia is another one that keeps her words as well.

    I was starting to feel defeated looking for apartments.. Unable to find what I was looking for.A few days ago, I was driving by this beautiful property stopped in and Ms. Cynthia was there to greet me with a smile. She could see the frustration in my face asked me to sit and made me feel at ease within minutes..I did a self tour. Which was nice because I didn’t feel rushed at all walking around the unit.I immediately applied and was approved. I came into the office to do some paperwork this time my son was with me. Ms. Cynthia catered to his needs giving him water and a sweet snack. Which of course won him over lol.Ms. Cynthia is amazing. I would recommend anyone to this property simply because of her 💯

    Its been 5 months & I cant really say anything negative about my living experience. Just minor things like of course the parking at night but thats expected from any apt complex, the building I live in neighbors are quiet for the most part. Maintenance is good theyve fixed what minor issues I had when I first moved in. Staff...is awesome McKenna is super! She gave me a great tour which pulled me in even more to wanting to move in. She made my moving in process easy and fast AND not to mention shes easy to talk too its not always business when I come in the office she actually remembered I was ill and asked how I been feeling. Id recommend anyone to move in I love my apt & I get compliments when I have visitors over.

    Ive been blown away by my experience at this apartment after having some rough stays in other complexes. The staff have been warm and welcoming from the get-go; Ive always received helpful and personable service from Lacey and McKenna (there is another woman whose name Im unfortunately unfamiliar with who has treated me just as wonderfully). Neighbors are friendly, courteous, and quiet, unit layouts are spacious, and the complex seems very family and pet-welcoming. I resigned for another leasing term (Ive been here for 15 months now) at a great price and hope to stay here for the remainder of my time in San Antonio.

    So far living here for a couple months has been awesome. Other than being clean,spacious,quiet and peaceful, there’s many reasons why living here is great. Most stores/outlets are very close by, and easy access to I-10. The maintenance team are very nice, and McKenna is great helping with any question or concerns. She’s made everything a smooth sailing experience. That being said I’ll probably renew my lease when the time comes.

    5 stars to customer service! We recently moved to this apartment complex. Cynthia was very helpful since the beginning. I had many questions when evaluating the different apartments in San Antonio area. Answers to my questions (a lot!) were prompt and professional. Cynthia is very efficient and friendly.Great customer service from the beginning to the end of the leasing process.The apartment is beautiful, the complex apartment area is kept clean and well maintained.     The apartment staff are very helpful, professional, and friendly. My unit is spacious and I absolutely love living here! If I could make a recommendation, it would be to have it thoroughly cleaned before move in day for the tenant. There were dead bugs and scuffs on the walls.

    This is literally the best apartment complex I have ever stayed at! The managers McKenna and Cynthia were so helpful with my move in. They always respond immediately if I ever have questions, and their maintenance team is on point! I always feel like a priority, and McKenna consistently gives me reassurance on any questions I may have! Love it.

    Honestly have had js small issues nothing major besides the PARKING UGHHH it’s horrible 😭😭 but the staffing especially Nicholas when we first moved in and before was SUPPPPPER nice !!     Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with during our move. We came from NY and she was on top on communication the whole process. Weve been here for a month now and its been perfect. The dog park is a great size plus plenty of spots for the dogs to do their business if you cant make it to the dog park. The apartment is way better quality than what we are used to in NY. Everytime we have had a question they have been happy to help us. We look forward to our time here

    Been living here 2 years and yes its not perfect, but what apartment complex is.. Many things I could say about this or that, but whats most important is that management really tries here and to me that says a lot about any apartment complex or place of business. I have no major complaints because management Lacey and McKenna have always tried to resolve whatever problem or situation I or my family have had quickly and timely. Mckenna has even gone the extra mile in being helpful numerous times when my family has needed it most and Im very grateful for her care and attention. The overall staff has been courteous, helpful and professional. My area has been quiet and even my neighbors too. Like I said before no apartment complex is perfect, but management and the overall staff here do try to make your stay here a pleasant one. I have honestly enjoyed my time here, and glad Ive called it home.

    My 3 kids & husband have been here almost a year now and we absolutely LOVE it! We have a garage and a very spacious unit that we really enjoy. It can be a bit noisy AT TIMES not all but that’s apartment living. We stumbled upon this complex and right away fell for it, I’ve lived in the NW area almost 9 yrs and couldn’t pick another perfect spot for us. Maintenance is always on it and very kind as well as all the ladies in the office they are very sweet and we have never had an issue. The neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly saying hi/bye. Overall we enjoy calling this our home until we can get into our forever home.

    I have been living at Parc at Wall Street since April 2016, since before new management took over. First, I would like to say: the few LITTLE issues that did exist at P.A.W.S. have been addressed by new management and no longer exist. For example, the trash does not pile up at the dumpsters every few months anymore, the pool is now cleaned regularly, pest control is more consistent and is actually effective, the complex is now patrolled at night, the mail room is (very) secure and the parking situation has greatly improved. Lacey and McKenna in the front office are both great and very helpful. If you stay in contact with them and let them know what is going on, they will do whatever they can to help you. Maintenance is also on their A-game. I had a maintenance issue recently, which happened right before close on a Saturday. The maintenance man showed up within an hour, replaced my A/C filter and followed up the next day to ensure my apartment was cooling properly. The older reviews, while over exaggerated, are true to a certain extent; however, Greystar has really delivered and further improved an already great place to live. I renewed my lease and transferred to a larger apartment this week and Lacey went above and beyond to make the process smooth and convenient, and I am so thankful for that!

    I love this community because management is very patient and helpful with all my problems. Maintenance is quick , thorough and professional. I havet met many of my neighbors but everyone is very friendly. Its quiet and the grounds are so well kept, it looks like a park. And speaking of parks, the dog park is great. In my other apartment, there was no dog park, no gym and no pool. I could hardly wait to move. This development has everything I want or need.. Im never leaving.

    Almost a year and I will be renewing, its a quiet place, maintenance comes quickly, in a day or so, unless you need them asap I just ask and they come within a few hours. Parking is not an issue for me, I am usually home by 4 but at night I can see it crowded, not really different than other apartments though. Next summer though those bbq pits at the pool better have fixed nobs :D

    I have lived here for just over a year now. i live in a 2 bed 2 bath 1100+ square feet. its more then enough space and i really enjoy all this room and for the move in price i had was more then a killing. As with every place there is good and bad, but for the most part the good out weighs the bad. One thing i enjoy the most is the maintenance team and the assistant manager. Ernie who works maintenance is always quick on my service orders and friendly. MacKenna is i believe the assistant manager and shes been amazing since the day we moved in, always friendly helpful, patient, and funny. She does everything in her power to take care of me. She treats you like a friend not just a resident.

    When I was applying for my lease, I was being very picky about the apartment location. I was never made to feel as though I was bothering the staff. When I moved in to my first apartment in the complex, I never had any issues. I even asked for the gate to the dog park to be fixed because my small dog could fit underneath and they fixed that! Now that I’m in my second apartment in the complex and going on my third lease, I still love the apartment, the staff, and everything else about it. Would not want to be any where else.

    In short words; I love this place!! From the big walk in closets, big bathrooms, and the spaciousness of the apartments, living here has been all I could hope for. McKenna L. Who work at the front desk in the leasing office has been extremely helpful as well with the moving in process, and making sure everything was right and settled once me and my roommates moved in. She has even been helpfull with showimg me how to mail stuff (because apparently thats still relevant in 2017😅). Both Amber( manager) and McKenna are extremely nice and easy to approach if you need something, so I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for an inexpensive place to live.

    Been here for a year now, new management has been pretty wonderful and helpful. Typically pretty quick to address issues. Apartments are reasonably priced, area is nice and quiet especially in the apartments further back. My only real complaint is that the back gate isnt operable, it would make coming and going more convenient than having to go through the front gate all the time.

    So, I decided to write this review after seeing so many negative reviews. I, honestly, love living here. Ive never had any problems with neighbors, noise, nor break ins. For me, that should be the main concern for anyone who is looking for an apartment. I just resigned my lease for another year because rent is affordable for the location and apt space. Now, with that said, Parc at Wallstreet isnt perfect. The gate is almost always broken and left open and the area around the dog park and pool could be a little cleaner. There was a rough patch, I would say, around November 2014 - January of 2015 where management and maintenance did suck, but I didnt have to deal with them very much during that time. I dont want to jinx my experience here, but I do hope this upcoming year goes as well as this past year. If you are looking for an apartment on Vance Jackson I would highly recommend this complex because it is affordable and safe!

    As a longtime resident at the Wall Street Apartments (over twenty years) I find that the current staff (including maintenance personnel) to be professional while always maintaining a welcoming, friendly attitude. Inevitably, maintenance issues arise but, throughout my time as a resident, the issues have been resolved within days (if not the same day) of submitting the work request. Although an infrequent attendee, there are numerous community events that enjoy a large group of resident participants. The grounds are beautifully maintained and free of unsightly debris. For an apartment complex, PARC is a friendly neighborhood community. Specifically, my interactions with Mckenna (sp?) Olivia (sp?) at the front office and the entire maintenance crew exemplify the reason I continue to be a satisfied resident.

    Apartments were modern and spacious. Closet was HUGE and the mirror in the the living area was a nice touch. Freedom to do what you want as far as painting the walls a certain color and mounting your tv or frames. Prices are a little high but you definitely get what you pay for here. Ask for McKenna at the front office.. she is great!

    McKenna is always there to assist. In the year and a half living at Parc at Wall Street, I never cease to be impressed by her world class customer service. Whether that is something as simple as a call on Christmas Eve to inform me of packages arrived that morning to save Christmas and offering to deliver them to my front door or finding resolution to a parking concern of mine.     UpDate: I am Happy to say that the issues that I had with this property were absolutly taken care of by the Property Manager Amber, Its refreshing to know that GreyStar is now the owners of this property, its really a beautiful place to live and a great location. And now that they have gotten Great management im assured this would be a perfect place for anyone to live. Thank you Amber for having such a great attitude even though i was upset. You really made me feel like you cared and would do everything you could, if anything at all. I really Respect that, and that alone is worth a positive review

    Its a chill place to live, its just the parking as always ends up getting full by 2-4pm and I end up getting out from work at 10-10:30pm, and also in the night theres has been way to many roaches and I mean those big ones that can fly!! And Im allergic to roaches! I dont know this place has its ups and downs sometimes. I like the fact that the gym is 24/7 for those that work overnight or get out late from work, the pool idk it never seems to be clean even though I see the cleaning guy clean it. Its just never clean, and for a while I had an issue with my mail, I wasnt getting my packages at all, and that ofcoarse is upsetting cause thats my money that Im spending, rent is ok but still with everything combined with the utilities and light it comes out expensive and I hate the fact that we can only go with one light provider, in my other apt I payed the most for electricity was $70 dollars and here I pay like $120-140! But I do like the fact that they do small events for the apt community like free tacos or donuts and they even got a food truck to stop by the apts which that was awesome!! Saved us gas to go and get food! I hope they keep that up cause that was cool oh and the apts provided drinks for us which was nice of them! Soo for that I do recommend this place, and I love the location! Theres so many things close to us the only thing I dont like is that theres a school across the street:/ I dont have any kids so thats annoying for me having traffic, but oh well. I give this place a 4star over all.

    I have to say I love this property!!! The staff is amazing very friendly and easy to work with, everytime I need something repaired it is done properly and efficiently.... the property is always kept up with which is great since Ive had issues in the past with other complexes.. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a new home.

    Very nice and helpful staff. Service requests are done in a timely manner and 9 times out of 10 someone will answer the phone in the leasing office. All of the negative reviews from past issues dont seem to relevant anymore, so I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

    Price is great for the area and amount of space you get. Have had some issues but its to be expected at any apartment complex. New management has made an effort to fix past issues. Overall pretty good.

    Used to live there back in 2002-2003. Nice location, and lived on the back side overlooking Elm Creek. Garage is a requirement due to tough parking, but the units were well built.
