    Its been great for me staying with PadSplit. Im in a beautiful home. And the price is great! With all the utilities and Wi-Fi being taken care of it gives me room to breathe and not worry about bills. And from the house Im staying in public transportation is just around the corner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay.

    Hi Everyone,I very much prefer the biz model of PadSplit over other home space rentals, due to their overall services provided for less and streamlined security system and business class internet. The only thing I recommend is adding Xfinity extender outlet pods all around the house. Overall: a good stay and fair price. This room is the smallest one I’ve been in so far I’ve been in 1 other PadSplit since. I was previously bouncing around other stays since Oct. 2022. The maintenance guy is good people, guaranteed to take good care of ya.

    At first I was scared to do something like this, but once I got to my padsplit. It was good. Nice and clean. The padmates are respectful and stay to themselves. I felt comfortable and safe at bedtime. Would definitely recommend.

    After a year and a few months of bouncing from unsafe place to unsafe place here in Houston; I feel like I found a place to finally rest. My landlord is responsive, and my roommates are quiet, respectful, and courteous. Theres no place like a peaceful, clean, home to lay your head. Padsplit gave me peace of mind=priceless

    Personally, I have had a great experience with padsplit. I got approved the same day I applied and was able to find something closer to public transportation and work. I like my house and the area its in as well. I can also save money and not live paycheck to paycheck. Thanks, Padsplit!

    When having to worry about how your personality is going to mesh with 7 other peoples personalities and you get like a three strikes and youre out kind of living situation. Im looking for stability. Do you know how many roommate situations I have been in where I have paid my bills but my name was not on the Deed to the house or Rental agreement!

    Roommates kept to themselves, cheaper than getting an apartment and the utilities are all included. The room is pretty small but if you dont need much then its great

    Life. Saver.I was applying for some low income apartments. Rather than just say no, they drug their feet for 2.5 months and gave me reason after reason as to why I could not move in yet. Final straw was when they called and told me my bank statements had been shredded.Padsplit to the rescue with an affordable place to live in less than a week. I could have been homeless otherwise.Awesome app.

    Very affordable, nice house where any maintenance issues were promptly taken care of, utilities paid for. I have nothing negative at all to say about them. Would highly recommend.

    People are too loud during what is supposed to be quiet hours and i don’t like that you can’t purchase little plastic drawers and bring them in. Other than that, it’s legit and the price is worth a stay
