    Latitude is a very good option if you are looking for comfort, friendly and efficient service, the building has excellent amenities among many a very good one is that it has transport service to the main hospitals in the area.These luxury apartments arehighly recommended.

    Thanks to Rose and NovaProperties for securing our flat at Hanover Rice Village while having treatment at MDANDERSON. The flat has been a welcoming place filled with sunshine and roomy enough for friends and family to visit. The staff at HRV has been helpful, especially, Edwin, and available to offer any assistance if needed. The secure mailroom made delivery of packages and forwarded mail easy and stress free! The hard and soft furnishings were ample, comfortable and appliances complete. Of course, we loved walking through the lobby to the restaurants and coffee shop inclusive in the buildings street sides. My husband and I agree that our flat at HRV was the single most important facet of our having a comfortable stay during a trying time. NC

    We are concluding our second stay at the Latitude in Houston. We were in Houston for cancer treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. We could not have picked a more perfect facility to spend these trying times. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The building is very secure and the amenities are second to none. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Having reliable shuttle service to the hospital was a huge benefit. The Latitude is an awesome place and has my highest recommendation.

    The most professional Corporate Housing Company in the business! Once you use Novas services, you wont go anywhere else. They respond immediately, are always available to help, and make the entire process so easy. Their corporate suites are in great locations throughout the city, are always clean, and are furnished to perfection with everything you need for your stay. It is worth every penny! I highly recommend the Nova Houston team.

    Nova Houston has been EXCEPTIONAL! Ive stayed on with several corporate housing services and by far Nova Houston has been the greatest. Several times staying with others, I will go in and pick up keys for weeks at a time and not know where most things are and have little knowledge of how the community works but with Nova, they personally meet you there, take you on the most detailed tour, AND will have answers to most, if not all questions. They are very accommodating and helpful. If you are looking to for a fully furnished place for weeks or months, I highly suggest calling NovaHouston.

    Nova Houston Corporate housing couldnt be in a better location, My family and I was there for a short stay on business. We were able to walk to different restaurants and retail shops to fill our day. Khaled was very professional and made sure our stay was comfortable and stress free.     Rose was wonderful and very attentive! Definitely recommend Nova for short term housing!Will be using them again in the future.Edit: I ended up staying two more years because that is how good this corporate housing is. Rose stayed attentive throught my time there, and I move plenty and this was by far one of the best experiences. Dont hesitate its worth the money.

    Nova Corporate Rentals was PHENOMENAL!!! From start to finish of the process, everything went extremely smooth. He gave me an option in the Galleria area for a great price. The unit itself was clean and lovely. Ive stayed in many corporate units but the stay, the customer service, and flexibility made Nova by far my favorite choice. Definitely would recommend!!!

    My husband and my two kids and I stayed in an apartment in Rice Village provided by Nova Corporate Housing for exactly three months while extensive repairs were done to our house. We had a good experience with Khaled and Sarah. They were prompt in any issues we had and responsive to requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

    We needed a rental in Houston on very short notice and during a weekend. Rose was accommodating, even though Nova is closed on weekends. We discussed rental options on Saturday and she had us in an apartment by Sunday. She was very kind and took the time to show us around the apartment.The apartment itself is very elegant and clean. It has cooking, cleaning, and laundry supplies. It also has WiFi and Netflix. The gym and pool are an added bonus. I highly recommend Nova Houston for a short term rental.

    Great experience.. spacious and luxurious. The apartment was fully furnished inside with TV in every room. Location was beautiful with park across the street. Two caveats...TV is all apps..no cable and shuttle is available in time of day for medical EMPLOYEES only not patients. Our property manage Khaled was very kind and helpful.

    It is a great place to be. Very well located. Near the Medical Center. Surrounding area with restaurants and nice stores. The apartment very well equiped and nice people attending you. I will not hesitate to stay there if I need to stay in Houston again.
