    Came recently. Greenery. Pleasant and great sun rays both morning and evening. Goodies on the Halloween Day. More to go. The maintenance is good in the community. Great view of sun rise and sun set. Children can enjoy the frequent moves of flights helicopters jet planes birds. The management cleans the pool every week before weekend. The club house is neat clean and prompt to use. The fitness center has many equipment and one will have great time in the fitness center. Though couple of them are out of service, remaining are worthy for fitness.The Leasing office is pretty cool and we can a grab a cup if coffee anytime during working hours. Chocolate milk is my favourite and of course there are many options.

    Miranda and Deana made it incredibly easy to switch over, as well as provided very useful insight/help. The property is beautiful and management is on top of any issue regarding tenant needs and upkeep.

    This place is amazing!! Everything I could ever want in an apartment. Fantastic layout, great location, amazing amenities, and wonderful neighbors. Special shoutout to Deanna in the office for being so wonderful and always helping me out!! Seriously, ask for her when you go in. You wont regret it!Nova is easily 5/5 stars and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

    I just want to say thank you to Luis on the maintenance team. I called the on call number about my refrigerator he called me almost immediately gave me an eta and was on time with a new refrigerator and fixed my problem very quickly and the refrigerator was already cold and ready. I told him I just went grocery shopping and he took my situation very seriously because he understood how expensive grocery’s are these days . I just want to say thank you to him as he saved my day and was very positive and polite as well .

    Ok, after living here for almost 2 years I think I can leave a decent review. These apartments are great, of course they are apartments so upstairs neighbors are always making a noise. I cut them slack cause they have a 2-3 year old that stomps DAILY and NIGHT sometimes but thats when I use my handy dandy stick and they usually quit. Gates tend to malfunction few times a month but its a good place to live at. I recommend it. Managment is pretty rad too from last years, so this team is much better and involved with the community 👌

    I have lived here for about 6 months now. Absolutely love it! The area is nice and peaceful. If any maintenance issue happens its fixed within a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are spacious and very comforting, would definitely recommend to my friends or family looking to move. I can tell they have been making a lot of improvements around the community including a new clubhouse, gym and now a new fire pit perfect for sipping some wine while unwinding from a long day! When I first moved in I was worried about towing because of all the negative reviews but thankfully we haven’t had any problems with towing.

    Re:I just want to thank Destiny Garcia for all of the help the kind words of helping me and my husband get into the apartment we went in on Friday of last week. We were told that we were approved about maybe 30 minutes later so it was a really fast and easy process. Nothing hard destiny was amazing and I thank you so much. We look forward to moving in and can hardly wait to be a resident And I love the property. The grounds are awesome so go out take a look at the Nova and ask for Destiny. Thank you for helping us find our place to call 📱 🏠

    Nova has been a great place to live for me and my growing family. Whenever we have put in maintenance requests I am thrilled to come home from work with my requests completed same day! We are especially so pleased with the updated stunningly beautiful Clubhouse! Its a great spot to spend with the kids after school. And its free to hang out in there! Whenever I have questions or adjustments that I need to make with my lease. Destiny is ready and available for me in the Leasing Office. She also has snacks and coffee :) She and Miranda are quick to answer any questions I may have and have been so attentive when I have any concerns. Thank you Nova and team for an amazing place to call home!

    The property management at Nova hosted a fantastic holiday get together tonight. The leasing office is beautifully decorated, and there was a great selection of food and drink for residents and their kids. Obviously much thought was put into this event. Kudos to the office management!

    What a great place to live let’s talk about it! 1. The office staff so sweet always willing to hear you out and help! 2. Pools there are two and they are great never to many people out there at 1 time. 3. Events they offer cute holiday events for residents to participate in. 4.     NEAR perfect Luxury Apartments. Leaving third and last review and it will remain at 4 stars.[First review was 3 stars and second it was upgraded to 4! (More like 4.3 to be nice)]. Now straight to the point:Pros:-Staff and Maintenance insanely helpful and nice. Sometimes not reachable right away but hundreds of residents vs handful of staff. New staff has came in but still same great service.-TWO pool areas that are always kept nice and clean-No troubles/cops always here to show its a bad area.-Overall cleanness of complex is well kept-Units very spacious and so are garages-Using an app to unlock gates is pretty cool, it was unfunctional in the past but has been fixed-Freshly renovated dog park-Gym layout very roomy and functional-They did have more community engagement events for residents which was very niceCons:-Some gym equipment unfunctional and never fixed or doesnt seem they check on them working, just cleaning perspective-Lots of trespassing afterhours in the pool and club house which has lead to damages property. No real security- MAJOR CON is the noise levels and the unwillingness of consequences to frequent offenders. This is the ONLY reason I am moving out as my second set of upstairs neighbors were too loud. Despite the many complaints, NOVA can only do courtesy call, no fines or evictions like other luxury complexes take place. For this reason around, this is a major sore thumb to the complex.Summary. Very near perfect truly. Most major con is units do not have carpet, nor sound proofing paint for upper floors and because of that you just need to hope and pray you dont get loud upstairs neighbors if one isnt on the third floor.Side note: I will update this accordingly the longer I reside here. First update was 12/6/22 and second one as of 3/9/23. Final review 1/12/24 as I only lasted one lease term of 15 months. (I delete everything and keep review as current as possible)

    I dont typically leave reviews, but this is a wonderful complex, Ive really enjoyed living here. The Staff is what really makes this place great! Bonnie is by far the sweetest, so friendly, accommodating, and quick response anytime I have reached out to management. I have no complaints and that is a first for me especially with an apartment. FIVE STARS!

    We moved into these apartments last year in September and I am so glad we did. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable and are always having cool resident events and having cookies and pizzas delivered straight to our apartments. The price is well worth it. Love our neighbors and the community is very friendly. Of all the places that I have lived, this one is by far my favorite. The property is close to everything. Major shopping is just a very short drive away but when your home you still feel that seclusion. Maintenance is excellent. Work orders are attended to in a timely manner. The property is gorgeous. I always see the landscapers on property tending to the flower beds and making sure the property is well maintained. Run, dont walk to make this place your home. You wont regret it!Rose R

    Ive lived at this property for 3 years now and it just keeps getting better. I greatly enjoy all of the staff and the property manager Kristen does a fantastic job. She has introduced fun and eventful ways to bring the community together through food trucks once a month, pool parties and margaritas, brunch, and even painting with a twist.The property is maintained beautifully give or take you always have residents that have no home training and litter or put their trash out on the wrong day. Like with any apartment there will be noise its not the luxury of your own detached house so it is to be expected.The dog park was improved and it has been perfect for me and my big dog Prince. My only complaint is the dog fountain does not consistently work and we need to connect the fencing because my dog is an escape artist.The pricing of the apartments has been great my only gripe would be that they recently remodeled some of the units to keep up with the luxuries of the apartments surrounding. I felt as a long time resident at the property should we choose to transfer to one of those units that there would be some discount offered to us in the pricing but I was left disappointed.Sendera has been home for a long time and I intend to keep it that way. Onto another year.

    The whole staff is so friendly & helpful! I toured a few units and was so pleased with how informed Bonnie was with the property Destiny and Miranda were so welcoming and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I had a lot of questions about groceries stores, gas stations, shopping near by, and they were all able to assist so well. If you’re moving, check them out!

    I lived there for 3 years under name of Sendera Landmark. My experiences living there were mixed. the model they showed me was not like the one I got. Right off the bat I heard noise from upstairs that sounded like they were in the same unit. The floors were wooden laminate and I was told 3rd level had carpet to avoid residential complaints. The refrigerator was dented up and smaller than the model they showed me. I decided to make the best of it.i decided to make the best of it. So I tried hard, I mean hard not to voice my concerns or complaints. Most of the lighting were not working and I started to see bugs, ants, and freaking roaches. The paint was blotchy and the carpet was lifting from the entry to the bedroom. I have had other issues that were needing to be addressed and it wouldve been way past my contract I sign to leave there. my advice is to check it out throughout and do it at the initial visit. I would not move back because of the poor maintenance & customer service and lack of security....lots of break-ins in vehicles. GOOD LUCK!

    I would love to thank everyone involved in my transfer at NOVA old and new management. Especially grateful for Destiney letting the movers in my new apartment after I forgot to leave the keys and was at work. It saved me time and money. I love how the new management have events for residents. It’s beginning to feel more like a community and I’m beginning to love living here again.

    I do not understand all of these negative reviews... I have lived here for over 5 months and have lived at 8 other communities and this one is the best!We have 3 nice cars and none have ever gotten broken into. The security officer is also very friendly.All of our neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other.The community is very clean and very well kept up with.I saw a review about Brittany and miranda... thats a joke right that review? These 2 are amazing! They have helped me out so much and before my move in kept following up with me. I called a lot too and they were so patient and still to this day very professional and caring. They love their jobs I can tell and they remember my name everytime I walk in to pay my rent.All maintenance requests get done very quick!!I love this community it is well worth the money you spend here. Do not listen to these other reviews I looked into their profiles they complain about everything be real dont make fake posts.

    Overall, I have to say I am extremely satisfied with my decision to lease here. I have had nothing but peace of mind living here so far, and that definitely means something considering I ended up leasing amidst a global pandemic. If you are looking for a peaceful community, this is definitely the place for you! Its definitely a place that will return the respect and kindness you give, and a place you will quickly and easily feel at home.Ive read all the reviews and thought that a fair 75% of the information is accurate so far, so take what you read with a grain of salt (including this review). My experience has been great so far, but I cant speak for everyone. If you keep in mind that you are an adult, and that you are responsible for opening any line of communication with the leasing office regarding concerns, information, requests, etc. you will be fine.

    I have lived here for 7 months now. Its affordable, location is THE best, Miranda, Brittany and the rest of the staff in the leasing office are friendly, stellar and excellent. Omar and the maintenance team are on point urgently fullfiiling requests if there needs repairs. Grounds are kept beautifully and safe place to live. I am happy to call Senders Landmark home. Thank you for all you do to make this feel like home!

    Nova Apartments (Modern).A good place to live. I love the environment, friendly neighbors and great staff members.Great features like Gym center, club house for mini picnics, swimming pool plus the apartment complex layout makes it easy to take a walk in the safe environment.I also love the fact that the roadside walk way stretches a long way on both directions from the gate.     I first want to single out Brittany Cannan, our leasing agent, for being phenomenal throughout our entire move-in.When we first went to tour the complex, I thought they were going to reschedule us for another day because we had gone ~15 minutes before they closed, on a Friday. I was totally wrong. I got the complete touring experience of the complex. At that point, I knew I had to call this place home- it is rare to find such hospitality these days.To elaborate a little more on our experience, our scheduled move-in was 10/1. However, we ran into some issues with our previous complex and could not move in. At that point, I was scared that I wouldnt be able to get a unit at Sendera. Again, I was totally wrong. Brittany went above and beyond to ensure we had a place to live upon our new move-in date of 11/1. Brittany ensured we kept communication by sending me weekly emails on any updates that have occurred.When move-in day arrived, all the headache of paper work had been completed, since Brittany took the time to complete it and all we had to do was pick up the keys and sign a paper.In all, this place is very well kept. Thus far, I do not have any complains, at all. I highly would recommend this place- it very much does feel like home.If anyone does consider this place, ask to speak to Brittany Cannan and use me as a referral, I promise, she will not let you down.

    Our new home in San Antonio, TX!! Ive heard great reviews. The apartment were to get is completely renovated with all new appliances and a very spacious kitchen and 2 bdrm, 2 bath with great amenities. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. So looking forward to living here. Its also very close to I-10W and 1604 with shopping centers and restaurants close by.

    It has been very great here at 14200 Vance Jackson rd. The agent that help me in my family out was Miranda. We sold our house in was looking for somewhere to stay until our other home was being built we only was supposed to stay for 3 months but a got pushed back for 6 months and every time something went wrong with the building of Our home we came back and let Miranda know and she reassured us that they would be able to accommodate us until our home was complete. I took a big burden off of us. InAnd she was always had a Big happy smile and a big hug every time we came into the office to make us feel right at home.

    I’ve lived here since 2016. I have to disagree with a lot of the negative comments towards the staff and complex. Flora, Brittany and Miranda are nothing but helpful and kind ( there is more staff but these are the 3 I have communicated the most with)The maintenance staff do more than they need to. And are always helpful.The grounds are kept clean and for the most part anyone I’ve met is friendly!

    We relocated to SA in June 2019 and have enjoyed our stay here at Sendera Landmark. Maintenance is prompt. The only issue I dont understand is when I asked about the cracked plaster in the pool and the response was they werent going to fix it because the ownership is trying to sell the property and the new owners can repair it. I dont know the names of the office staff, so I dont know who said it, but it sounded ridiculous.

    Nova is a clean community that has valet trash. They have a safe and respectful community as well as pet friendly. The office constantly sends reminders to keep our community safe and entertained with fun events.

    Everything has been great, except that I have had to call every month about a fire alarm low battery beep going off every few minutes since I moved in, in August. It is in a storage unit, but it still has not been fixed or the owner notified to fix it. It’s very annoying. (Going on 4th month).
